These are the rudest people in the business. Customers are just wasting their time, whether I go in for a full set or a fill they are rude every time. I called to let the nail tech (Danielle) know I was going to be a couple of minutes late for an appointment, showed up 3 minutes after my scheduled time and she did not come out of the backroom for another ten minutes and then was hateful and rude the whole time she was doing my nails. She was rough and tore up my fingers, did a horrible job on the acrylics, then chewed me out for getting a fill every two weeks. She was so horrible I didnt even let her paint my nails, I just left and painted them when I got back from my trip even though I had squeezed in the appointment before leaving so that my nails would look nice for the weekend. Dont waste your money on these awful people.Response to salon: This is the correct salon. I know where I was.

Was referred to this place by my husband. About 40+ minutes to get to but worth the drive and more. I had a hair color style that I always wanted since before Covid all hit. The color would probably take more than one sitting to do but Ken said he could do it all in one sitting... omg. So, we scheduled an appointment.I cant say enough, how talented Ken and his wife are at their profession. They are booked out and this is for a reason; they want to make sure they spend quality time with their clients to make their experience perfect. The color I wanted required bleaching which he spent time to ask me all the right questions so that he could then educate me on how to keep the color from fading. Talk about excellent client awareness! In the end, I walked out super excited to show off my new look and will be coming back for touch ups etc. This is the place to go to if you need any hair/nail services!

Ken is amazing with hair, so good with color. Mae is awesome with nails, thorough and detailed. Family and locally owned shop. Best hair and nails Ive found in KC. Great people!

Ken and Mae are both awesome people and experts in their field. They take your safety and satisfaction seriously. Ken cuts our hair and Mae has done my wifes nails for years now. Make your appointments because they stay very busy!

Make sure to bring cash if youre a new customer who is wanting to get hair dye. I got a balayage by Ken and he did an amazing job. Turned my red/black hair into a beautiful carmel brown & blonde! Very clean and friendly shop.

Ken is a talented and professional hair stylist. While Im always happy with how he style my hair, its the covid precautions the shop takes that really impresses me this visit. Masks are a requirement and I had mine on 100% of the time even when Im getting my hair colored.

Mae is a great nail tech and artist. She takes time and has given me several manicures that have been the best quality I have had in many years. I will not go anywhere else! She is fabulous!

Mae is amazing!! Will not go anyplace else for my nails!!Ken does both mine and my daughters hair. She has extremely curly hair and is 11 years old and he is so patient with her!! He spends quality time washing and straightening her hair!! Great service I highly recommend!!!!

Personally i really enjoyed getting my haircut at this place. Its exactly what i was looking for! I struggle to find someone to cut my hair just how i want it without cutting way to much and charging a lot. Ken cut my hair and he made sure it was perfect how i wanted it and the price was good. This is going to be my new favorite place to go to for my hair!:)

Went there on a walk in for the wife to get her hair cut and colored. And the stylist was incredible. Very social, polite and knew what he was doing. Wife loves the hair and I enjoyed hanging out while being there. Will be back soon!

I enjoyed my first experience here! Ken did a fantastic job on my hair cut, and after that scalp massage with the shampoo I’m definitely going back soon. I would recommend him if you’re looking for good company with your beautiful cut.

I went into the salon on Monday the 15th to see about getting my hair cut and colored. There was no availability at that time so I made the appointment for Tuesday the 23rd. On Monday the 22nd I called to see if I was supposed to shampoo my hair or not. No one answered the phone I made several calls thinking that maybe they were just busy. This was my first time at the salon Ken was the stylist that was going to do my cut and color I was nervous. About 2 PM Monday the 22nd I received a call from Ken asking me if I plan on keeping my appointment for tomorrow Tuesday the 23rd I said yes! He wanted to know because he had other customers that he wanted to care for . So I asked him if he wanted to do my hair and he said it was up to me. I had then told him that I had tried to call him and was not able to get an answer at his shop. So ultimately he talked me out of it,!! It would have saved me a lot of time and trouble had he just let me know on Monday the 15th that he was not taking any new customers at this time. He wasted my time and cause me a lot of aggravation. I believe I would think twice before going to the salon for any kind of service. He did say that the salon was closed today Monday the 22nd and I checked the website it said that they are opening at 9:30 AM on Mondays. I believe this man needs better people skills. Luckily this is not the only beauty salon. there are lots of good ones out there. Just thought you’d like to know! Good luck ,have a nice day!

First time and I really like my hair!

This place is an oasis. My family all comes here to freshen up. From my wifes mannys and pedis to my son amd Is haircuts. We all know we will come out of the chair with exactly what we want. They are super professional, clean, and very detailed. Every time I come the place has a life to it. people are talking and laughing. its a great time. Overall Id recommend this place to anyone. I know they will treat you as well as they treat my family. Those are my two cents on this place.

I get both my hair and nails done here. I am super picky and had to look for a long time to find a place where I was happy with the environment, staff and end results.
