Wonderful little dentistry for children!! It’s small which means they can focus on my child and his needs without being rushed. Dr. Morgan is amazing! She truly listens. Angela the assistant was so sweet and gentle with my son, she made him feel so comfortable. The lady at the front desk was so helpful & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This practice is phenomenal. My son has autism and was very fearful of going to see a dentist. The entire staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door, and were incredibly patient with him throughout the visit. They showed him the instruments and allowed him to touch each one, explaining exactly what each one was and how it would be used. I highly recommend this practice for kids of any age!!

Wonderful experience with my 6 year old daughter getting fillings. Dr. Gordon and Ms. Kearson were an awesome team to accomplish this as my daughter is a fighter when she is scared lol! They were able to calm her and keep things running smoothly, which was a great help to this Mama. We couldnt be happier with this dentist office!

The Cabarrus Pediatric staff were really accommodating with my children. They scheduled all 4 of my children at the same time & from the moment we arrived everyone was treated as a separate appointment. There were enough hygienists & empty rooms for each child, as well as a separate appointment. We were in and out within a timely manner. I truly appreciate the attentiveness from the dentist herself.

I brought my 4 year old son here and the staff is very nice, the facility very clean and they do their best to comfort my son. The area they are VERY.... slack in is information. They dont make anything clear to the parents or guardian upcoming appointments, as far as if theyre at a different location or over the phone. Myself, I think that is quite unprofessional.

One of the best trips to the dentist my 5 year old son has ever had. They handled his needs accordingly and made sure he was comfortable and took the time to explain everything they were doing so that he understood. Our tech showed how each tool worked and was very good with our son!

My kids have been coming here for about 2 years now and this office never disappoints! At our last visit, we had problems with our insurance. The ladies Jessica and Lisa went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me figure out what the problem was, spending a great amount of time helping me when I know they had other stuff to do. This office is also very flexible with time and always help me find an appointment most convenient for my hectic schedule. Our dental assistant Joseline was so gentle with my daughter. I always recommend this little office to my friends and family when they are looking for a new dentist for their kids!!!

The office staff have been so great and have taken time to explain procedures to me that made me nervous to have done for my sons dental care, as well as explain my coverage in a way I could understand! The dental hygienist and dentist at this location have always been kind, too.

Love this dental office!! The office is clean, tidy, and so cute and I just love the home-y feel to it. My kids are usually super anxious about the dentist but they ALL love it here and even my 3 year old whom I was sure was going to be a handful was super calm and did awesome!! I give this facility a one star rating because at least one of the ladies at the front desk were understanding. First off the phone lines were down so we had to go inside with about 10 more people in the lobby and it’s a close proximity to each other. My two year old has never been to the dentist and was scared, and crying and he saw a child with a popsicle i then proceeded to tell him he can get a popsicle after, as soon as I said that the dental assistant looked at both of us and said they did not give popsicles for cleanings, understandable, however I asked her to just go along with it for the sake of my child not being as scared. We get into the room and he is very scared of the machinery and suction stuff and the bright lights so he starts crying again. Again, he is TWO and never been to a dentist so this is all pretty scary and unknown for him the dental assistant proceeds to ask if he has been traumatized at another dental office when I have already stated this is his first ever visit, which shows me she wasn’t listening to anything I had said from the get go. We sit down on the table and I am in the process of finishing up paper work my son seems really scared of the dental assistant. She doesn’t try to talk to him, doesn’t try to console him. And informs me she spoke with the dentist and they will not see my son because he is “acting up” (he just crying and in my lap due to being scared) she asks me questions regarding my sons mouth and doesn’t look in his mouth at all, then proceeds to say he can now have a toy or a popsicle. I politely decline on the toy and ask if he can have a tooth brush and toothpaste since it is almost time to replace his, she says NO. That she will not be giving I’m toothbrush and tooth paste because he didn’t finish the appointment and she wants it to be special for next time? And we proceed to leave without a toothbrush and she gives him a popsicle instead. Why on earth a dentist would give a popsicle which promotes tooth decay, over a tooth brush and toothpaste which promotes healthy teeth is beyond me. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not to mention this is a PEDIATRIC dentistry. If you do not know how to console a scared child or refer to them as “acting up” you shouldn’t be a PEDIATRIC dentistry…. Just my opinion. We will not be coming back. And I DO NOT recommend this facility.

I was referred here from a friend. She said she has tried other dentists in the area and cabarrus pediatric is by far the best. I fell in love with the environment and staff from the moment we walked in to our first appointment. Every one here is so welcoming and professional. The dentists take the time to explain all the options there are and what they feel would be best for your child. But ultimately let you make the decision. My 3 year old loves the dentist and always gets excited when she has an appointment. I would recommend this dentists office to anyone looking for a great place that treats their patients right.

The dentist and all the staff are wonderful !! Gentle , kind, talkative and attentive to our child’s needs !! We’ve been for cleanings and small filling , both times everything went seamless and everything was explained in detail to my children and myself . Also love they it’s a very home like feel atmosphere and is very tidy !! Highly recommend!!

Refused treatment to my children today after I mentioned they were adopted. Demanded to see court paperwork and birth certificates, even though Im clearly listed on their insurance cards as parent. They admitted they dont require birth certificates from other parents, but they made me feel like a second-hand parent since my children are adopted. I told the scheduler they were adopted when I made the appointment and no extra documentation was mentioned as being required. I will find another dentist who treats ALL parents as equal, and doesnt rudefully kick children out of an exam room, refusing treatment. Blessedly my children arent old enough to realize they were asked to leave because they are adopted, but Im sad that this could happen to other adopted children.

They did a great job working with my son who was scared and was being difficult. They did everything they could to keep him as happy and calm as possible. I love the environment and the staff and would recommend them to anyone.

This office is absolutely amazing! My Son goes their and they are all wonderful. The Dr.’s and staff are amazing. There prices are phenomenal and we never have any issues. I feel heard and can always voice any concerns. This office wonderful and I recommend them to everyone! They are very clean and they have been taking major covid pre cautions. I have 2 children that go to CPD. My son has anxiety, ADD and ADHD. I have been to one other dentist with him and the difference in patience and care is incredible. I highly recommend Cabarrus Pediatric Dentistry. There are wonderful!!

Gabriel loves his dentists and assistants and desk clerks. They are great with him and he had his first panoramic x-rays and very informative.

My experience could not have been a better one. My son has had a few procedures there and always left feeling positive and pain free. The staff were always courteous and friendly. Dr. Gordon is most professional and I would recommend her to any parent.

I would give zero stars, but its not an option. First of all, they do poor work. My step-daughter had a filling done on one tooth and was referred out for a root canal on another. The specialist informed us they didnt drill out all the decay on the tooth they filled and it needed to be redone. I took her back and they refused to see her because Im her stepmother. Ive taken her multiple times before this. So, we rescheduled. Today, her mother took her in and they refused her service AGAIN. They tried to tell her mother she was lying and that wasnt her daughter. Literally told her if she didnt birth her, although she did, she would get in trouble. Really??? Who takes a child that isnt theirs to the dentist, of all places, and lies about being mom. Its been nothing but a hassle for months, all to get a tooth fixed that they messed up! Unfortunately, no other dentist will touch it because insurance has already paid for it once, and wont a second time.I do not recommend this place, and I will tell everyone I know how horrible their dentist and service is! If you want even medial dental services, I suggest going ANYWHERE else.

This office is so wonderful! Everyone is so nice and caring. Terasa is such a sweet woman and made sure my son had his tooth fixed the same day! Dr. Anderson was very informative, and explained everything in the procedure they had to do so I could understand it. I highly recommend this office to every parent in the area.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! I have 1 year old twins and a 3 year old so the process was a little overwhelming for me but they didn’t mind and helped me through the process. We will continue to get our teeth done here.

My daughter is super nervous about drs/dentists etc and from the receptionist to the dentist everyone there was super hands on and reassuring to her feelings and are able to calm her easily. Very understanding and hands on with the child and parent.

I love this place! They are so patient and gentle with the children. My 14 month old was very scared and they worked with her and helped calm her down.

We have been taking our kids here for a couple years now and it’s always a good experience. They are great with kids and work with parents to do what’s best for each family. Only once have they ever canceled due to an emergency but they quickly called back to reschedule. Everyone is friendly!

I took my daughter here for her first ever dental appointment. I was really dreading it because she can be quite challenging at times lol. I was so very pleased with her appointment from the time we got there until we left. The staff here work incredibly with children! I couldnt ask for a better experience!

The staff is great and extremely courteous. The facility is always clean. No one likes going to the dentist but this place I would definitely recommend. They go out of their way to make sure their clients are taken care of.

I took my 2 year-old twins here for the first time. The staff were so incredibly patient and kind towards all of us. We are grateful to have found a wonderful practice that gives children such great care!

Daughter needed dental work back in November 2019.. the procedure went as planned. Not even a year later the issue came back. Went to a different pediatric dentistry and found out that the seal in the work had CRACKS!! Which has caused issue to her teeth now which also includes sensitivity.Due to the work failing by whom performed the procedure, my daughter has a chance of losing her front teeth.When it comes to cleaning every 6 months, you might as well do it at home. They brush only 30-45secs on your childs teeth and they send you out.I do not recommend this company.

Taking your child to the dentist can be a battle. Not necessarily because of the staff but because the children arent sure whats going on because lets face it, at the age of one its hard to explain many things to them. Coming here for my daughters first time visit was definitely a breeze and it was very calm and easy. Brittany at the front desk made sure to get all of our information correctly since we were new patients. Tiffany did a wonderful job at explaining every step to me and dr Gordon was very gentle and kind. Thank you all so much!

Love this dentist! The staff are very friendly and happy to assist, and the organization is a plus. I was seen immediately for all 3 of my children, and they each had their own dental assistant treat each of them which was great! I would recommend to anyone!

This was the best decision I’ve ever made for my son to come here. This review is based off of my sons experience and I can honestly say he LOVED it. I was very pleased with the staff and how friendly they were to my family. They got right to the point about what my son needed and made him feel real comfortable.

We went to a dental clinic for about a year that didn’t let the parents come back with their kids. I do understand why that can be beneficial if you’re dealing with a hysterical parent. The unfortunate part is that sometimes kids don’t feel strong enough to advocate for themselves when they’re in pain. It’s also unfortunate when your child comes back to you bleeding excessively and crying and no one even bothers to acknowledge it; let alone explain. CPD was wonderful with my kids. They were gentle. They checked in to make sure they were comfortable, and parents are welcome to be with their children if it makes them more comfortable. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

What a wonderful office for kids and parents! The office is super kid friendly and the staff is professional and patient. My daughter is terrified of everything, especially the dentist. Yet, by the time we left, she was so comfortable she put on a mask and gloves and gave me an exam! We live far away but I would never change to a closer provider!

Is really a zero is not a one... But since you cant leave a zero....We had to get my sons tooth pulled which we paid cash for and literally they left the root still in his mouth, and didnt know until we came back months later for a regular visit and see it in a x-ray it was still in there.. i just want to know who gave that dennis their license!!!!!!!!

As the mom of a high anxiety child with Sensory Processing Disorder, appointments are usually tense. After two appointments at other dental offices, we had still not managed to have x-rays or a cleaning done. Dr. Allison & the office techs listened to my son, made sure he was calm and comfortable, and made each step fun for him. They were patient and enthusiastic! I was highly impressed and we will be back!

Every kid is different and they deal with the kids in their own unique way. My daughter had her doctors appointment today, we got halfway home and she wanted to go back and have her teeth checked again..lol We highly recommend this dentistry!

I have a 5 year old and twin 2 year old boys. The staff is absolutely the best hands down. Our appointment for all three was scheduled for 2 pm and we were home by 3 pm. Thanks for always making a potential train wreck of an appointment, enjoyable for us all...

I had a pretty bad experience at this practice to say the least. The tray where the instruments are placed had food crums on it. I had to tell the hygienist and did change the tray but it is still unacceptable. This is supposed to be a clean area. I also notice she opened the package with the instruments without wearing gloves. The gloves protect both them AND the patients. The dentist had a cut on her finger which was on the cuticle. It was very red and unsightly. As a professional handing gloves on the outside part, she should at least have worn a band-aid. Its a worry no parent should have. I am truly concerned about the exposure of an illness.

I brought my son to Cabarrus Pediatric Dentistry for the first time today and I was really impressed! My son can be a handful and a bit sensitive - but they were able to distract him and get him to do things he wasnt totally comfortable with. (like taking xrays of his teeth.)Everyone was very friendly and patient, and the experience was a very positive one. My son left with a big (clean!) smile on his face.

December, 2018 right before Christmas my daughter tripped and cracked her 2 front teeth (she was only 13). I had just started a new job and knew that if I went to her old Dentist office I would have a HUGE bill later. I contacted my new insurance company and they gave me the name for Cabarrus Pediatric Dentistry.As I am flying down the highway to get to their location I called and explained what happened and that we had never been there before. Tiffany preceded to calm me down and stated, We will be looking for you when you get here.As I am running thru the door with my daughter Tiffany was right there, and they were indeed waiting for us not completely knowing what to expect BUT they were calm, caring, and willing to help no matter what the situation was.My daughter is doing great to this day! Dr. Zimmerman, the staff and hygienists at Cab. Ped Dentistry are the best! We went for a second opinion on a procedure for my 7 year old. They told us all the possibilities and were very clear and made us very comfortable in our choice. When we checked out, I decided to move all three of our kids to this practice. Would recommend them highly.

AWESOME! First time at Cabarrus Pidiatric Dentist and I was very impressed. Love the location, comfy and bright waiting area with kid-friendly movies playing(even though we were seen right away) and very friendly staff. My kids said they can not wait to go back.

I choose this office cause it was small meaning my kids wouldnt just be a chart number. I dont regret my choice on bit. The office staff and doctors are amazing and I would definitely recommend them to other parents
