They are slow. Not to mention, the doctor is ignorant. Let me take you back 6 months ago, I explained to them that I needed a medication continuously for a medical reason. The doctor acted like she understood and we left. Months later, it is brought to light that the doctor did NOT write the prescription like I NEEDED it to be. Now, I have spent the last two days trying to straighten out THEIR mistake, that they have not even taken responsibility for. Nonetheless, I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was busy. I was never told the manager would call me back, nor was I told that I could hold to speak with her. I was only told, “she’s busy.” Last night, I obtained my medical history from a previous doctor. I brought my medical history that states it is “medically necessary” that my medication is prescribed that way, and I was still told that I had to be referred. Mind you, I have stressed that I do not have time to waste and I need the referral and appointment today, considering I do not have another day off for a week and this IS their mistake. I am currently waiting for the referral and appointment. Side note: I do not know the doctors name but she is skinny and she has long black/dark brown hair. I do not, and will never, recommend Grace Medical to ANYONE and I am looking to change doctors myself. This is just one of many issues I have had with them.

Erika is the best. She is very caring and likes things to be done as soon as possible which I think that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Lupe the nurse is very nice and the entire staff! I truly recommend this clinic.

Erica is wonderful very knowledgeable. Cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The office staff visit great as well. . She is completely one of kind. If you looking for a dr. Look no farther give Erica a try you will be happy. 10 thumbs up for Grace Medical concord nc.

I love going to Grace medical. Ive always been treated with the upmost respect regardless of which doctor I see. The staff is great too. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

My daughter was going to Grace in Charlotte, and we moved to Concord. But I decided to bring my daughter to a different Pediatrician. The Charlotte location told me to go to the Kannapolis location for them to fax my daughters records to her new pediatrician. They told me I couldnt get them myself without paying $15. Which is already crazy to me. So I waited nearly 3 weeks for them to fax her records over. They told me they were having issues with their system. Well then just give me the records and i will bring them the 3 minutes down the road myself!!! I cant get her an appointment til they get her records, and I cant get her shots caught up so I can put her in pre school. I am about to miss the first deadline, and the 2nd deadline is in May. Needless to say, I am very irritated, and very disappointed and glad that I am switching. Grace medical staff seems very incompetent

This place may have a wait time but what doctor doesnt? I have always been treated well and in a timely manner and they offer fair pricing for those without insurance which is almost unheard of anymore

I have never experienced anything like I have at Grace, its a hassle to be seen, the nurses are rude and are more impatient then the patients. Im 23 weeks pregnant, (hospital visit confirmed.) After being pricked serval times, and a full doctors visit, I was denied a referral to a OBGYN. Grace medical proceeded to call the next day to tell me Im only 5-6 weeks. I wouldnt recommend anyone!

I am very sick, I went there 2wks ago and got a prescription, no refills, I need more medicine so I called them on Friday to be told the Concord office was closed I’ve suffered all weekend, I called them today to be told that my prescription was denied, that I have a appointment Thursday, no I need my medicine now, I’m not waiting till Thursday, if they won’t help me when I need it I won’t be going back, I have singles which are very painful and I could die from, and they denied to refill my medicine, no need to say I will be changing doctors, I don’t go to a doctor unless I’m in so much pain that I can’t stand it and they refused my medicine, not about the patients, I don’t recommend them to anyone
