This office did a horrible job for me and moved leaving me with the new business that moved into the spot they were in. I have dentures at don’t fit and I’m not really convinced they were made for me in the first place. This was a bad experience that I’m now stuck in and no other dentists want to take me because of obvious reasons. I’m embarrassed to go out and now any plans I had to get on with my life are put on hold. Please do research before going to this office.

I was nervous because of the reviews I saw on google, but Im pleasantly surprised. They were super quick at getting me in for an appointment and when I was actually there, it was so fast. I had to get a tooth extracted and i have not had the best luck in the past, but he was amazing! Pulled it with no problem. I didnt even need pain meds the next day. He is really good at what he does. Definitely an expert and all the girls have been nothing but nice to me. I rest assured knowing Im in good hands once the time comes to get my dentures. I would recommend this place, especially for extractions. Cant say enough good things.

Im new to having dentures, but I must commend Dr. Smith and his staff. In the way of staff, my experience was professional. Some folks may expect a bit more of a personalized touch, bit these folks are very busy, and are simply providing a professional service. Im very pleased with the appearance and fit of my dentures, though I must concede theyre gonna take a bit of time to get used, otherwise I feel like they have met my expectations and an say Im very pleased with the overall experience. I have never had a problem. I have came here each time throughout the years. Most of the time I was able to walk in and get serviced. I always had to have a tooth extracted and one time I didnt have insurance and it was reasonable. They still accept walk-ins but you have to call and they will schedule you, if not the same day it will be the next day. The dentist and the staff was super nice and very professional.

Please do not go to this place. My 94 year old mother went and went back eight times to try and get the partial to fit, but it never did. She lost a lot of weight because she could not eat. She was lucky enough to find her old teeth that she had lost and got back to normal, with a $500 smaller pocketbook.I tried to complain to the owner, Smith, and he told me it is like you buy a used car, you cannot bring it back. The lady in front laughed at me. I did not know the dentures were used. $500 should have bought new ones. I have been in public business all my working life and this is the worst business I have ever dealt with.

The Dr ignored me and walked away while I was still talking to him. Who does that? I guess he didnt want my business, so I wont give it to him if hes gonna be like that. There is no point in wasting my money on somebody who wont even take the time to listen to someone that is having incredible tooth pain, and who can barely talk as it is. Its absolutely shameful. I hope he treats his family and other patients better than that.

I just had a tooth pulled there yesterday. I was only there for 25 mins tops,that included wait time, x-rays, the extraction and paying them once he finished. Super fast(but I had no issues with infection it was a simple bottom molar that was some what loose already)The nurses are very nice and respectfull. I could tell Dr. Smith knows his line of work very good. He Also made sure I would be comfortable at home by prescribing pain meds. And antibiotics. Thanks to all the guys and gals at Dr. Smiths office. Great job! Keep up the good work.

I made an appointment for him to pull my tooth, his rude, stuck up personality kept him from introducing himself to me. I ask him if he can save it, he says no and goes to give me the shot to numb me up, I asked him if he can give me the numbing cream before the shot, and he turns around and walks out of the room. Needless to say, I walked out.The nurses or his assistants, whatever they are, I felt like I walked into a high school girls bathroom when I walked in the office.It really doesnt matter how long hes been there or how good he thinks he is, if youre working in a business where you interact with people on a daily basis, keep a smile on your damn face

My husband Frederick had a great experience two extractions at once referred by my sister.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! My very hard of hearing, 85 year old, father had dentures made here and could never chew properly afterwards. When I accompanied him to revisit the dentist to discuss remaking the dentures or requesting a refund, my father was treated very disrespectfully, i.e., the dentist, B.D. Smith, talked to my father, my mother and me with his back turned to us most of the time. As I mentioned, my father can barely hear when a person is facing him while talking, much less, when someones back is turned! Please dont take anyone, especially someone you love, to this horrid place. The dental assistant was also very disrespectful, as well as the office manager. In a later phone call discussion they agreed to refund the money for only the dentures, not the 11 extractions that were done... yes, 11!!! They required that we return the dentures for the refund. While my father was home bound, my personal dentist made home visits, yes, I said home visits, to make new impressions and do wax fittings for a new bottom denture. By the way, BD Smith said he needed to remake the top denture...hmmmm, interesting! Well, anyway, when we called to set up a time to return the denture and get the refund, the office manager was extremely rude and said they changed their minds about the refund, (so, yes, they went back on their word) and then she hung up on us! She didnt even give us a chance to tell her that we now only wanted the lesser refund for the bottom dentures! DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!! Did I say, DO NOT GO TO BD SMITHs denture office and lab. Bad, bad, bad! They should be terribly ashamed! I wouldnt give even one star if I could post this without it!!!
