Buyer BEWARE~~ I have two loved ones that have used this company for their hearing issues. At first blush, the office staff was helpful and they were extremely diligent in selling both of them the newest in hearing aids that they promote. When asked about other vendors hearing instruments, we were told that they were of lesser quality and we should go with the brand that they were promoting. Now 2 years later, my husband goes in to get his hearing aids repaired at least every 2 months. While they are still under warranty, this is not a concern. As soon as that warranty is up, we are being told it will be at least $500 per visit to get these aids repaired. My sisters warranty ran out, and was told that they couldnt help her with her problems. She would need to buy new ones. I am certain that when you are looking at hearing aids, you need to understand that the objective is to get you to buy them. These people are in it for the sale, not for the health or comfort of the deaf or nearly deaf. You should research all types of hearing aids and not take it on the sales pitch alone that the equipment will be better. Because in both of these instances, the sales pitch was just that. Used car salesmen could take lessons from this establishment.

After a complete and thorough hearing test I found I couldnt hear higher frequencies. I was fitted with hearing aids that let me understand TV without the subtitles and hear birds outside plus speech from others. The doctor who worked with me was kind, courteous and very understanding. I have the highest recommendation for this company. The hearing aids were paid through the VA so there were no costs on my part.

Their new name is HearUSA. Very pompous doctor. I will never set foot in there again! You couldn’t pay me enough money to go back. Worst doctor experience ever. Treats Veterans badly. Go to Glacier ENT!

I have worked with Dr. Moore and her crew for several years now. They are always kind, considerate and in a great mood. You can tell that they care about the patient and want what is best for them. I think their expertise and customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.
