I have had hearing problems my whole life. I have been told that the problem was that I had scar tissue on my ears due to tubes and there was nothing that anyone could do. I went in because I heard that there were new things that they could do to replace the ear drum.My first visit I went into Dr. Ramsey I could tell that he really cared. He did an x-ray just and and found out that one of the bones in my ear was malformed. Its been a miracle. One doctor cared enough to look and now almost a half year down the road I can hear better than I ever have. After my surgery i had packing was really worried about it. But when I got the packing out I almost cried right there in the office. I can hear properly for the first time in my life. Thank you so much Dr. Ramsey!

Did not care for them. I went for a diagnosis, and all the doctor did was look in my ears with his magnifying glass and tapped on my forehead. Thats all. And the visit was $320.00. Then wanted me to come back for a hearing test a week later. That was going to be $360.00. I told the receptionist NO WAY! And all I had was a feeling of a head cold. A week and a half later I was fine. Just took some sinus medicine. Way, way, way to expensive!! There a scam! Believe me. And please dont try to redeem yourselves with your stupid. Were sorry that we werent able to satisfy you comments. Remember people. A rip off!

Dr Ramsay put tubes in our 2yo Daughters ears last week. The improvement in her hearing and balance is amazing! Our daughter is a bit of a Spitfire, so wed give him a 6th Star if we could for taking her dislike of Drs in stride. He was compassionate, professional and had great bedside manners.

This was my first visit. The front office very friendly and got me in promptly.. however the appointment was super rushed and I truly was talked over the entire time. This is typically why I tend to see Nurse practitioners vs MDs because they actually take time to hear their patients... I left feeling less than validated about my concerns.. I will go back for allergy testing but that’s most likely it. I have very little faith in Western Medicine these days 😢 The assistant was also very friendly.. so at least they have that going for them

I would never recommend this doctor nor will i ever go back. Kent keele took out my tonsils and assured me he would speak with me after and check on me. I never seen this doctor again. He stated i would be numb for the first few hours giving me some relief for what was yet to come. After waking up with no doctor around i was in agonizing pain, and my nurse thankfully was able to help and wanted to point out that it was HER and not the dr who was giving me pain meds and i didnt understand why she pointed that out at the time. I went home and that night started puking up OZs of blood, my mother rushed me to the ER were i was admitted for 2 days. I was then sent home again and discovered i was vomiting blood again, witch the doctor who released me told me to come back for if it happened again, so i went back to the ER. They gave me pain meds fluids and steroids for swelling. And sent me home again, now i am at home in pain suffering but still living. My primary care called today to check on me and i gave her a rundown of everything ive been through. The fact that i can barley swallow and my throat is still extremely swollen, that ive had 12oz of fluids since Sunday, that i havent had a BM since Monday before surgery (over a week ago). She urged me to go into the clinic and get fluids and be checked, i had to speak with my mom first so i called back and they were booked out, so i figured id call Ear Nose and Throat even though i didnt want to because keele never came back and that rubbed me the wrong way. Very unprofessional. I spoke to the front desk who put me on hold for keele. I spoke with him and started to explain what was happening and just wanted to know if i needed to go to MY PRIMARY for fluids as she recommended. I explained i had 12OZ of fluids and he INTERRUPTED ME to saywell if your talking this well you should be able to drinkEvery breath hurts, every time air touchs my throat i hurt, im bleeding, im spitting out blood in water bottles, trash cans, everywhere! And he says this to me??? I had to talk to my doctor for 10 minutes that nearly had me in tears. I was so baffled by his comment i asked why he never came back to see me after surgery. His response?I was out of town So did you leave right after you were done cutting me? Or in the middle of the operation? I am just shocked, i cant believe you;d treat a person like this. Im not after meds, im not looking to go back into the hospital, i just wanted to know if all my symptoms were something worth going back to the doctor for being ive been so much, instead of being Kind you were cold and rude. You didnt help me at all but instead made me feel as if im doing wrong as im struggling to even take a drink of water let alone swallow my own spit! If im bleeding out i will not go back here, i will go to Whitefish and pray they help me. You were a mistake to trust, my first ever surgery and this is how i get treated. Im just a confused person who needs a little help not a child who needs to be told no. Im an adult and i called for a professional option and got a child. I pray i dont bleed out, If anything happens to me my family will know whos responsible. Please Please make sure you really research your doctors and read reviews. I thought i found a good one, now ill be forever haunted by any surgery ill ever have to undergo again, worried the doctor is going to treat me like keele did. Ill never forget this experience though i deeply wish i could.

Von with audiology is the best. Takes him job very serious and very respectful. I’ve been to several hearing places and they never believe or take you serious. Von helped me through my problems and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I thought I was going to have a decent experience here, and then the billing department got involved. I ended up wasting tons of time to correct their mistakes. Having a procedure done is stressful - having to fight the billing department after that is unacceptable.Ill pass on this place if theres ever a next time.Update - After wasting a bunch of time with the billing department, they claimed that things were resolved. But they werent. All they did was pass the case onto the insurance company so it could hound me instead.Stay away from these liars!

If only the doctor spent as much time with the patient as the lady testing for covid did at the entrance. Receptionists were pleasant, but also misrepresented the private pay pricing, making it double the amount than quoted.

I went in after having a loud popping noise in my right ear and feeling sensitivity to some noise. The receptionists and lady who gave me my hearing test were all very nice. The visit with Dr. Healy, however, seemed like the classic reason why I dont go to the doc. You wait in the waiting room for half an hour, 20 minutes for the hearing test, another 15 for the doc, and then the doc spends 5 minutes with you. In my case the doc said I had perfect hearing and he could not diagnose me with anything. However, this did not fix the problem that I was explaining to him. Little thought was put into anything beyond you have perfect hearing theres not much I can do. I would recommend going here if you are clearly diagnosed with something but they did little to help me figure out what was wrong when I didnt know. Also, I am sure I will get a large bill in the mail :( Only gave another star because the ladies were so nice.

I was unsuccessfully trying to find a doctor to remove my tonsils for several years because they were causing huge issues and none of them seem to think they needed to come out and when my new primary doctor referred me to this place, the doctor here took one look in my throat and scheduled my surgery immediately. He did a wonderful job really let me know everything that I should expect during healing and I would recommend this place to everyone

Dr. Healy was amazing while my baby girl was in the NICU and he diagnosed the issue and it was completely resolved quickly! Not too long after her twin brother has been suffering with pretty severe ear infections and Dr. Keele has been caring for him and placed tubes in his ears as well as removing his adenoids. The office is always so friendly and welcoming I am so grateful that I have access to such great professionals to care for my children! You guys rock thank you!

I had a deviated septum surgery at Glacier ENT that had complications the doctor didnt tell me about until weeks later when the cartilage and nasal tissue in my nose began to die. The complications were directly related to the doctor tearing my nasal tissue in several places during the surgery, and stitching it back together. I was never told this happened until weeks later. When I called to speak to my doctor about things not healing, my doctor was not available. I was told hed call back, and he never did. They eventually put me through to another doctor who informed me that the surgery didnt require stitches and Id have to be seen by the performing doctor to get answers. That performing doctor even missed an my appointment to check what was going on, so I ended up talking to a third doctor who told me what was going on and that I would end up with a perforated septum as a result of what happened during the surgery. I now have a perforated septum and deal with the hole in my nose on a daily basis. On top of that, the doctor agreed to refund me a certain amount of what I paid for the surgery, which Ive spent two and a half years trying to recover from Glacier ENT. I was shuffled from one person to another for those years, with no resolution, being told time and time again that theyd check on it and get back to me. I finally got fed up and recently consulted an attorney about what to do about it, and was told the statute of limitations for filing a medical malpractice suit was two years. I was strung along by Glacier ENT the entire time until they recently flat refused to refund me what the doctor had agreed to. It appears obvious that their delay tactics were to string me along long enough to get them past the time when I could sue for malpractice. The amount the doctor was refunding was minuscule compared to the cost of the second surgery needed to correct the issue, the pain, and frustration Ive had to deal with with this clinic. I thought I was doing the right thing be trusting they would hold to their word, and that Id be treated with any kind of fairness or respect, and boy was I wrong about that. For them it was all about the money, not doing what was right and in the best interest of their patient. Beware, as this is not an organization you want to deal with when things go wrong.
