Great gym! Keeps me accountable when I sign up for each class and the exercises aren’t boring. Actually miss it when I can’t go.

I’m going to preface this with I hate working out. I started F45 three weeks ago and I actually get excited to go to class! The trainers are fun, high energy and motivating. The facility is clean and well organized. I look forward to going every day!

Trainers are very friendly and helpful for your first couple sessions! really great overall crew that give off amazing energy as your are working out! Very clean environment!

The coaches are amazing! They help you stay motivated and on track with your goals. This isn’t just a gym, this is a community. I love it! Highly recommend this place!

Great gym and fantastic trainers! Their classes are well rounded with cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and weight training on Tuesday and Thursday. Weekends are a mix of both. I used to go to a traditional gym for years before joining F45, however, after having gone here a few months I don’t think I will ever go back to a traditional gym. As someone who severely dislikes cardio training, the cardio days are actually fun (note: this isn’t cardio in the normal sense). All of the trainers are super energetic and motivating which is a huge plus. I leave every 45 minute class exhausted but happy. Highly recommend this for everybody!!

I work in Florida during the winter months. I searched for a gym that was comparable to the gym at home. I was looking for a functional training type of workout. To my surprise I found this place and it’s great staff. I love it more than my local gym. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a challenge, but I love a challenge. I saw results which made me love it more. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, genuine and motivating. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing workout that will have the calories and weight dripping right off! Different workouts everyday in a fun environment with AMAZING trainers & staff! Highly recommend you give it a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

So grateful and thankful to be a part of F45! For someone who has always had the desire but was lacking the motivation, F45 was exactly what i needed. Couldnt be happier!! Jon, Kelly, and all of the trainers are so positive and welcoming. Hard to imagine my life now without F45...thanks!!

Try it out if you haven’t, trust me!! Best workout ever and the coaches are super nice, care out you and take care to make sure you are doing exercises in the best form possible.I miss it so much at the moment!!

I love F45 and it’s like home to me! I am a trainer that loves working out and getting challenged! I go to a lot of places around town to workout, but this is home, my main place! It caters to everyone from a beginner to high performance athletes! If you enjoy working out but needs a little push, this place is a no brainer! Trainers explain all exercises and they are right next to you if you need! You can also count technology in, they have screens with all exercises, helps a lot with good form! The owner is always around for a talk or a workout! Come give this a try and you’ll be part of the family too!!!!

250.00 for 10 classes. 500.00 for a month of classes Will be out if business very soon. At least we know Mark Wahlburg can afford it.
