I dropped in while visiting family in the area and was very impressed with Defiant Strength. It was very clean and had great vibes from everyone there. I really liked the format. It allowed me to take my time and not rush. I liked that I could come when it was convenient for me and not have to fit my workouts into a class schedule. There was a variety of WOD types to choose from or you could do your own thing. I wish that more gyms were like this! I cant wait to go back!

I love training myself and my clients at this facility. There is plenty of space and a huge variety of equipment for everyone to use. The facility is cleaned top to bottom daily, even multiple times a day. I love the community of people that attend this gym, everyone is friendly and supports one another, especially new faces.

HIGHLY recommend this gym. It has quickly become my second home. I’m here once if not twice a day! The programming in fantastic and the ability to go whenever it’s convenient to me is HUGE! The people are so nice and the training is next level. The facility is clean and well maintained as is all of the equipment. It literally checked every single box I was looking for. Go experience it for yourself!

Previously coming from a class structured CrossFit environment for over 4 years, it was a breath of fresh air to step into Defiant Strength. No rushing to make class or perform to others expectations. The community feel remains, while having the freedom to work on skills of my choosing. The facility is very clean with plenty of space and equipment!

Clean facility with plenty of space and all the equipment I need to get a great workout in. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to workout. Workouts are provided. Equipment and floors are cleaned all the time. Showers are also available.

Our family dropped in for a couple weeks while in the area... perfect for all of us. Some did daily WOD - others followed box schedule from home box and the teen received some lifting form advice from masters. Extremely clean and spacing good for COVID. Our family highly recommends giving them a try!

Great gym. Super clean and beautiful new equipment. I am able to get the workout I want without any of the cons of a typical CrossFit gym.

I love coming here because of the flexible schedule and no class times ! Plenty of room to do your own workout and friendly people. Definitely would have all my friends come here!

Great atmosphere with an open gym concept and all the equipment you need. No classes, but you still have access to the programming. Pro is you can come/go any time you want!

Gym is absolutely killer. Big space, all the equipment you would ever need for Olympic lifting, power lifting, CrossFit and general fitness

This is an awesome gym!! Super clean with tons of different equipment. Josh and Zach are awesome coaches who are always providing us with different challeging workouts. They are also so great at modifying any excercise if you have any limiting injuries or issues. Check them out for sure!
