My experience as a new patient at Riverbend was excellent (9/1/21). From the office staff, to the hygienist - and of course with Dr. Mautner. What a well run operation! The latest technology, like their portable x-ray. No waiting - everything smooth and seamless. They were patient and professional, explaining all processes and answering all my questions. I have been to many dentists over my years, and this was BY FAR the best experience.

Super modern clean and newest technologyAll insured my comfort and knowledge that the doctors and techs are hands on. I had a great experience here Eleni cleaned my teeth superbly and Dr Bevans was very gentle Snd kind. I will be returning in January. Definitely recommend highly.

Honestly, the best dentist I have ever had and I have lived in five different cities throughout the USA. I’ve had root canals, implants, and cleanings and the service is professional and focused on you not cookie cutter. Ask for Dr Heinl, he’s the best. Personable, extremely knowledgeable and loves what he does!

As most people, I don’t like the dentist at all. Going to Riverbend Family Dentistry today was a refreshing new start to a dentist experience. This is my first dentist since moving from NY. Everything from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left was nothing less than perfect even though my apt was an emergency. Dr. Bevans is a great dentist, he’s soft spoken, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and fixed me all up. I got my tooth back! If you’ve lived in NY you know people are rude and money hungry up there so I’m extremely thankful for all the kind staff working at Riverbend, they are nothing like that. I was also very grateful they were able to get me in the very next morning after my tooth cracked and were fairly priced! Thank you all at Riverbend Family Dentistry for making me feel comfortable, I’ll be back for my routine visits!

I used to live in the Farms and came across this office out of pure luck & convenience if it being right in front of my neighborhood. Great dentistry!! Everyone is so nice. The hygienists that do the cleanings are so gentle...best cleaning I’ve ever had. And I don’t remember the dentist’s name, but he had red hair and he did a small filling for me and he was so good that he didn’t even have to numb my mouth and I didn’t feel a thing!! My only slight complaint is about to increase in self pay price for cleanings...was around 75 now went up to around 95 which I assume is because the pandemic made it a lot more expensive to run things so I get it but I still think that’s a big increase.

All my options for treatment were clearly laid out enabling me to make proper decision. Ive already recommended them to two fellow employees.

I went in for a consultation about implants and they took x-rays, including a panoramic x-ray, and spent approximately 1 hour in consultation where I was given an oral examination and discussed the different types of implants.I was not charged any fees whatsoever and a future consultation involving meeting the oral surgeon together with the dentist where we will discuss pricing and treatment plan.

The 5 star reviews are accurate! Hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had. Originally found this location through the insurance website and chose it based on reviews, and I’m so thankful I did. Everyone was kind, down to earth, and seemed to genuinely care. The doctor was extremely thorough, even did an oral cancer check which as an oncology nurse I greatly appreciated. The office is pristinely clean and beautiful, the technology is top notch. They involve you in your care and listen to your concerns. And for the first time ever in my life I left a dentist feeling encouraged, not guilty and chastised, and not in excruciating pain because they are so good at what they do. The cleaning was pleasant and not at all torturous like every past dentist. My husband who had not seen a dentist in 10 some years, scheduled his OWN cleaning which ladies you know says a lot! He was also blown away. They have gained two patients for life! Very very pleased with the service. It’s so hard to find good healthcare facilities in Florida - you have found one in this location!

“What a pleasant experience!” Those were the first words my husband spoke when he got home from his first visit with Riverbend Family Dentistry. Recently we both had a bad experience with a group in Stuart...rough hygienist, $$$ to the point of taking out a mortgage! Yuk! Riverbend’s entire team is blessed with a pleasant attitude. The atmosphere is beautiful! Taylor (our first contact) just couldn’t be sweeter and helpful. Marisa, his hygienist was gentle yet so thorough. Dr. Bevans actually listened to what Jim had to say and understood how much he was willing to spend to get his teeth (which require quite a bit of repair) to make him healthy and handsome again😃 My daughter and I plan to start with Riverbend Dentistry as well. Soooo glad we found you❤️

Dr. Heinl is phenomenal! Prior to attending Riverbend I went to a dentist close to where I live. At my first visit I was told I had 4 small cavities. When I went in three days later for the removal I was informed (while they were drilling) that all of a sudden I’ll need a root canal, a wisdom tooth to be removed ASAP, and because they drilled so deep a tooth lengthening surgery and crown was now needed… When I asked why this wasn’t mentioned in my first visit with the X-rays they had no logical response. I immediately contacted Dr. Heinl for a second opinion and he only found 3 small cavities and the 4th was not even a cavity but a coffee stain! I contacted the prior dentist to inform that I got at second opinion and was not returning. The secretary got upset and stated that I “have to return” and keep them as a dentist. I said I would be happy to inform the dentist with why I was leaving but I never received a call back from the office. Dr. Heinl completed the tooth lengthening with absolutely zero pain and I felt no discomfort. Prior to the surgery I was not able to chew on that side of my mouth because of the poor temporary filling the last dentist put in. After surgery with Dr. Heinl I was able to finally chew that night. My apologize for the novel but I am so thankful for Dr. Heinls work and the staff at Riverbend from saving me from that dentistry nightmare. Dr. Heinl and his team are incredibly patient, took the time to educate me on my X-rays and overall are extremely kind and honest. I hope this was helpful and thank you to Riverbend Family Dentistry!

I went in today for a cleaning and had Marissa as my dental hygienist. Honestly I thought she had worked for them for months but it was only her first day. She explained everything to me before it was done. Her work was impeccable to say the least. If you need a cleaning or anything done ask for Marissa.

Where do I even begin??!? Well I recently switched over to Dr. Mautner’s practice as a result of a recommendation from a close friend, and I must say that I am extremely pleased with this decision. First off the staff at the front desk was extremely welcoming, and my Hygienist for the day Brie was the same as well. She also did a great job throughout my cleaning being thorough and very informative as well. Similarly, my examination with the Dr. Mautner went great as well. One of the things I appreciated the most was the way they both delivered information in a teacher-like fashion which made understanding/comprehending such information a lot more feasible. Lastly, special thanks to Shannon at the front desk for being very helpful with scheduling my next appointment at a date/time that fit very well with my schedule, and thank you for the candy cane and coffee to go! All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Mautner and his entire staff!! A+++

Very clean and professional Dr Mautner and his staff exceed my expectations every visit.I am always made to feel my calls are important and I am a valued client. If I have an emergent issue I am seen in a timely manner.Cleanings are a breeze as the hygienist has a preference card from my last visit and goes out of her way to accommodate my personal needs. She even monitors areas of concern from the prior visit! WOW.Most importantly you will be very well taken care of by clinicians you can trust. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I found Riverbend Family Dentistry after having concerns after visiting another dentistry in the area. Everyone here was absolutely lovely. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Brie very thoroughly examined my teeth, did a cleaning and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth. Every single person went out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating from the receptionist to the Dr. My teeth are the cleanest they’ve been in ages- and I have them cleaned every 6 months. No problem getting an appointment. No one tried to sell me anything or tell me I needed extensive work- as a matter of fact nothing! A first for a dental office. Excellent technique (I’m an RN:).
