Great customer service. Everyone there is beyond friendly from Frank at the front desk to Dr Spector, my personal favorite. But like I said everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.

Frank the office manager is extremely helpful. My entire family goes to this practice and we are really blessed to have such great treatment.

I am not sure of their job titles, but the girls who answer the phone, run the front desk, and act as dental hygienists are so incredibly kind and helpful. I had my first appointment a few days ago, they scheduled me within 48 hours of my call. When there was a problem with my insurance they were reassuring and promised to take care of it for me. They made my experience a great one.

So glad I found their advertisement in a weekly local magazine. Its hard to find a Dental group who genuinely care about your dental needs from the dentists to the office workers. I had my first appointment today and I will not be going back. When I arrived, the waiting room was packed, there are 3 exam rooms in the back yet there were 10+ people in the waiting room. I arrived 10 minutes early and was supposed to be examined by the dentist then half an hour afterwards have a cleaning. After waiting 45 minutes (with two people ahead of me waiting 45 minutes and 1.5 hours each), I am finally called back by the hygienist. She was very nice and probably only the redeeming factor of the entire place. Once my cleaning was done she went to get the dentist to do my exam only to find out he had left. Then, at check out, after the hygienist handed my paperwork over to the lady at check out, they attempted to charge me for my cleaning even though I had insurance. I persisted that it needed to be run through insurance and she kept telling me no this is the new patient special, you signed up for it! She finally looked at the papers and realized I was a totally different client, mind you the papers had been in front of her the entire time, she just didn’t even look to see which client was in front of her.I was absolutely appalled. This office has wonderful reviews online, maybe it was a bad day, but the fact I waited over 45 minutes and never even saw the dentist?! Sorry but I’ll be going some more professional in the future.

Had the best teeth cleaning of my entire life and I’m not a youngster.

A busy practice but my appoint time was adhered to. Wait room is small but adequate for the number of patients when I visited. Receptionist were friendly. The dental technician was thorough and considerate. Payment when leaving was fast and efficient. Overall very happy.

Dr Wade is superb. Did both my upper and lower full implant and teeth 11/5 years ago. Everything is in great shape. Needed some minor porcelain repair which he was able to do immediately in my mouth. Everyone else in the office top notch!!

Dr Harrouff did such a wonderful job on my implants and pricing was more than fair! The absolute best part is that he really stands behind his work. The worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist is cold, rude, and doesnt care.Put a crown on one of my front teeth and it turned brown within a year.Then he ordered a new tooth just last month, had his assistant put on a temporary which was atrocious!When I got my new tooth it was again the wrong color and it fell off 5 weeks later while I was in Scotland.Smelt terrible and couldnt find a dentist to recement so I worried about it throughout my Europe trip!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST

Dr. Haurrouff got into politics while working on my teeth. He spoke negatively about “liberals”, and “Democrats”. He told me Democrats had not come up with a good idea in 10+ years.Very unpleasant. I’m unprofessional.I would NEVER go back, and strongly recommend avoiding this dentist.I should of known better when I saw all the political photos on the walls in the waiting room.

Normally have a good experience and feel this practice is priced competitively.What I disapprove of is all the political photos on display. Dont think this is appropriate for a medical practice.

Appointments not on time. doctor is clearly overwhelmed and doesnt seem to have the time to sit with one patient. Then they run up the bill on you with work that is not needed or the reason you made the appointment in the first place. went in for a cracked tooth and was having conversations about 3 other teeth that were not the problem. clearly not worried about their patients . focus more on whats bothering ur patients instead of focusing on what you can charge them.

It is my opinion that Dr. Wade Harrouff, whom I have been a patient of for the last 2 years, is truly the best. The first time, he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with ease and also help me to relax during the extensive treatments of my reconstructive implants. He has a staff that all work cohesively together and I was impressed on how professional they were with everyone. The doctor, paid great attention to detail! I have been with this dental office for years. Barbera whom greets you upon arrival remembers your name and your history of visits. Mr Frank has been helpful with insurance issues. Dr.. Harouff is wonderful and honest about procedures whether painful or easy, no matter what your needs staff is wonderful. The hygienists keep you entertained while cleaning teeth always making you feel your issues are important and will put notes in chart for further assistance should there be any.

Everyone in the office is very accommodating. Call for an appointment they get you in asap. Prices are good.

I have been a super satisfied patient at Appearance Implant Dentistry for at least 15 years. I came into the office after l had broken a front tooth and couldn’t find a dentist to see me without an appointment. They asked me to have a seat and told that someone would see me as soon as they could. I was shortly brought into an examination room and a plan to help was formulated. I walked out with a temporary replacement and thus began the transformation of a mouthful of constant dental problems to a beautiful smile that has proven the test of time. Over the last five years, I have experienced root canals , crowns, implants and dental fillings. All with Dr Harrouff. I have a crown and two more implants scheduled with Dr Harrouff. I have many choices in the area for dental professionals and as noted, I have the need.Why do I return? Dr Harrouff is a professional and stands by his work. He works with you. I didnt give him 5 stars because I loved it, who does, but because Doc makes the best of a not so pleasant situation. For that , Im grateful. Over the years ,I have been to over 15 dentists including ones in Europe. I would rate Dr Harrouff in the top two.
