I was referred here by a friend who has spoken so highly of them for so long. I had my first appointment there today to get a chipped tooth fixed. The whole experience from trying to make an appointment with Ashley, to checking in with Nan, meeting with Victoria and getting my tooth fixed by Dr. Ramsey was wonderful and painless. I’ve never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a dentist’s office. The office is great, efficient, clean and seems like a really great place. I’m so glad I was referred to them and am actually excited to go back to the dentist now!

Best experience possible at a dentist office - from every staff member at every touch point this is a luxury experience compared to probably 95% of your choices. Ive been a patient for 20 years and I have seen other dentists in that time - I always regret going elsewhere. These people are extremely professional - they don’t pay their hygienists by the number of crowns they ‘recommend’, they do what’s best for you and they do it with class. I love this practice, truly.

I’m recently moved to the area and was in need of a new dental home. I read online reviews of Ritter + Ramsey and decided to try it out. In all honesty I was attracted initially to their logo and marketing, very cool vibe. These guys are awesome! The minute I stepped into the high style lobby I was welcomed by the receptionist. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes and was ushered back through their beautiful facility by Rosie, my new hygienist. They use all the latest equipment and you feel like you’re on a movie set. This place is rad! Doc Ritter stopped by for his consultation and is very personable. My initial exam and cleaning was easy and dare I say enjoyable? After my cleaning Rosie led me to the checkout area, again a swanky set-up and Ashley set me up for my next visit. The service and everyone I encountered was impeccable. I highly recommend Ritter + Ramsey… I can’t wait to go back!

My teeth cleaning went great. My hygienist Danielle could not have done a better job. She worked quick and efficiently all while being as gentle as possible due to my sensitive gums. My teeth are cleaner than ever. What a great office and staff!

It was my first visit, but was treated like a regular. Adriana was so kind and caring. She explained everything in detail. Dr. Ritter could not have been nicer, too. They both made me feel comfortable and went out of their way to explain all my options. I never felt like they were talking down to me, like happens at a lot of medical practices. I went to see Dr Ramsey upon local referral he was out of town so I decided to see Dr Ritter for a small cracked veneer .Ritter said he had to change a total of 8 Veeners that he couldn’t do one bc he couldn’t match color ? When I questioned it went on to tell me to go see the guy who did the original work with poor bedside manner. I got another referral locally and got the repair done for $360 - Obviously try to rip me off

My previous dentist recommended Ritter & Ramsey after I relocated to Florida. I went in for a cleaning and check-up and every step of the process was swift and painless. When I showed up for my appointment, I thought I had mistakenly walked into a luxury spa. Their office was modern, beautifully designed and decorated, and sparkling clean. Check-in was quick and I was in the dental chair before I could log into my email inbox. My dental hygienist was Rosie. She did a wonderful job with the cleaning, checking in with me during the procedure, and finishing quickly without me experiencing any pain. I was also very impressed with Dr. Ritter spending time to get to know me as a person instead of just another random client before performing the check-up. It really made a difference and I will gladly be coming back to visit!

Ashley E. worked to get me an earlier appointment and from the initial contact thru arriving at the office and leaving, everyone is not only smiling but they are timely, attentive and Dr. Ramsey went above and beyond what I expected for a second opinion consultation while spending significant time explaining my options while utilizing the most up to date technology and equipment. The office staff were all amazing and the office itself is comfortable and very clean. I would have to say that this office sets the standards for what other dentists should work to achieve. Great experience with Daniella my hygienist and the rest of the crew as always but they got an easy job with me Im a good client I brush and floss everyday so no need to see the big guy with all the real tools to dig around in my mouth dont forget brush and floss. Keeps the big guy away. LoL

Best Dentistry practice in the county! Entire family of 4 have been treated by Ritter & Ramsey for 7 years. ALL superlatives & accolades apply. 3 key points worth mentioning specifically - 1) A crown installed by another Dentist came off when traveling out of state. I phoned Ritter & Ramsey & requested & was seen for a Saturday 8PM appointment due to my business travels. Dr. Ramsey & Dental Assistant Vickie were happy to accommodate for my schedule! 1st & only Saturday evening Dental appointment in 50+ year of Dental care in 9 different states. 2) Obviously appointments are incredibly flexible & available. I have received 2-3 same day & next day appointments. 3) I had at least 3-4 different Dental Hygienist clean my teeth - Rosie, Laura & Rita specifically - & ALL were exceptional. The standard of Dental care from Dr. Ramsey & his Hygienists are absolutely the best available done to the highest standards. Additionally Dr. Ramsey has installed at least 2 PERFECT crowns - color, fit & quality! Needless to say - Look no Further for a Dentist in Jupiter. I’ve been to Ritter and Ramsey for quite a few years now, but my experience today was definitely my best one to date. The staff at the front desk are always really nice and do a wonderful job and my hygienist Adriana did a stellar job today. I hadn’t visited R&R since before the pandemic, so I knew I was overdue for a cleaning and my teeth were gonna look ROUGH, but Adriana was very friendly, professional, and thorough the entire time.

This is an excellent practice. I have been going to this office for the past eleven years; appointments are on time, and they invest in the tools to provide fast and thorough cleanings. I especially appreciate that the doctors and hygienists take a conservative yet transparent approach to problem spots in my teeth. Adriana is AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, as have been the other hygienists I’ve seen here in the past. I had some questions about changes to my bite and she took time to answer them thoroughly. I have incredibly sensitive teeth as a result of Lyme Disease (In addition to a lifetime of limited dental cate due to fear.) Danielle was AMAZING during my appointment today, and there wasn’t a single moment where I felt any pain or pressure, (which I completely deserved, for my lack of follow through;) She was absolutely the best technician/ hygienist that I have ever been subjected to; Danielle didn’t scrape any further than she needed too, and she was very sensitive to my pain threshold; I worried about this visit for a week, totally unnecessarily; DANIELLE WAS AMAZING!

I have been seeing Dr. Ramsey for over 10 years. Ive been seeing my dental hygienist, Jenna for several years. They are both outstanding! I had to undergo a lot of dental work growing up. As result, I can sometimes still feel anxious about going in for a simple cleaning but Jenna is outstanding and immediately helps to ensure Im comfortable. Dr. Ramsey has also helped me immensely over the years with helping me feel comfortable when I need any simple procedures. I trust them completely and I will not go anywhere else!

This was my first experience with this practice, I will say it was remarkable from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Then you go through the process of filling out their paperwork work which we all drag. Then the wait is minimal, depending on what the visit is for Im sure the rest may differ. I had a cleaning and a full set of X-rays, Hayley I believe was the one who took care of me and she was great. She had just the right combination of personality which put me at ease, the girls all around are busy working one dropped into check and see if she needed any help which to me shows team work. Dr. Ritter came by to examine my teeth asked a few questions, seeing all was well YAY he bid me a farewell and off to the next patient he was very polite. I believe if there would be a major procedure the team wouldnt hesitate to jump in and help each other out.

This was my first time at a dentist in the area as I had recently moved. I chose Dr. Ritter and Dr. Ramsey because of their exceptional reviews on google. Even before I went in, they tried to accommodate me to the schedule as best as they could. Then went I actually had my appointment, I had an amazing experience at this office. Jenna was my hygienist and she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ritter was very nice and just the vibe was very positive there. As long as I live in the area I will definitely be going to them for all my dental needs!

I was vacationing in Jupiter when my front tooth veneer popped off while I was flossing before bedtime. The following morning, I called Ritter and Ramsey after I google searched for a cosmetic dentist in the area. Much to my surprise, Dr Ramsey worked me into his busy schedule that same day to glue my veneer on my tooth which saved my vacation! Dr Ramsey was courteous and very professional, and his staff was amazing in all areas of patient care and service.

Dr. Ritter has been taking care of my teeth for 20 years! I would Never go anywhere else! He is by far the most advanced and professional dentist I’ve come across. His expertise in cosmetic dentistry speaks for itself. He did my upper veneers over a decade ago, and the work he did landed on the cover of the American Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry! I’ve had many friends and family members out of the area try to go to others to replicate the work Dr. Ritter has done, and none have measured up. Contrary, Everyone I know who has gone to Dr. Ritter has been extremely happy! After a decade my veneers still look amazing! Although after experiencing how wonderful my upper veneers are, I’m now ready to renew my smile by refreshing my uppers, and matching the lowers for the most perfect smile!! I can’t wait to see the results!!!!

I’ve used Drs. Ritter & Ramsey for six years. Up to now, I couldn’t have been more pleased. So it is with regret that I have to report that this dental practice hides behind “Standards of Care” as a way to make extra money. As a physician, I know that Standards of Care, as published by professional organizations, are guidelines. They are recommendations. They are not dictates. Each practitioner must decide which standards to follow and which standards can be relaxed, based on the individual needs of each patient. When it comes to practicing health care, one size does not fit all.Standards of Care should never be used to deny health care, yet that is exactly what happened. My wife and I were turned away from Ritter & Ramsey’s practice, ostensibly on a Standards of Care issue. We only wanted to have our teeth cleaned, but were told that would not be possible unless a full set of expensive x-rays were taken prior to the cleaning. Reason given: x-rays are part of the Standard of Care. We would have signed wavers, recognizing that we alone were responsible for the decision not to have x-rays, but that option is not offered at this practice. — In 35 years of practicing medicine, I never turned away patients who smoked, drank to excess, failed to restrict salt and/or sugar in their diet, weighed too much, and didn’t exercise… all part of Standards of Care. All I had to do to insure that my practice met all acceptable standards was document that the patient chose not to follow my recommendations. Ritter & Ramsey have that option as well. That they chose not to exercise it is their decision, and their decision alone. It is not a Standards of Care issue, as we were told.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly. It makes going to the dentist more like going to the nail or hair salon. You walk out with a smile. They are the very best.

I am not fond of the dentist but I love Dr. Ramsey and his team. Ashley is the point person for the office at the front desk and does an amazing job. My hygienist Laura is irreplaceable. She’s thorough and Gentle and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. The office is honest and reputable and efficient.

I just got done with my first appointment at Ritter and Ramsey. First, I was seen at my appointment time - no waiting. My hygienist, Hayley, was fantastic. She cleaned my teeth with ease and was pleasant to talk with. Dr Ritter followed and was friendly, spent time getting to know me and my dental history. My experience with the Doctors and the office was fantastic. Before I made my appointment I had researched each doctor’s background. The office is state of the art and had large windows so you did not feel like you were in a cubical. The dental Technicians were wonderful and the whole experience was pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice.
