Good experience no problems answered all my questions very knowledgeable experienced doctor

I went in to get an X-ray because I had pain in my thumb near the joint of the hand my doctor looked at it instead concentrated on a rash on the wrist which came from the brace I was wearing and insisted I had shingles. I did not have shingles however the x-rays came back negative though Im still having a lot of pain in my thumb I came down with Corona virus I call them on a Thursday they said they would call me back that night with where to go and what to do about it they never called I called back Friday they said they would call back and said doctor Montgomery was working from home and she would call me to set up an appointment at Saint Joseph to have the test done to confirm the Corona virus. The doctor never called nobody from the office ever called until Monday in the afternoon several hours after I had already got tested myself as poor bedside manner they dont care about you there but the one thing that they do concentrate on is your insurance they dedicate time to that information and they are pretty stingy about it. Which I do have insurance but for them patients mean nothing were just an assembly line to them making money.

Staff was fast & informational.

Less Than ZERO: Horrible, Unprofessional, Unethical, Uncaring treatments by Karen Shahan, MSN , APN: Never in my entire life was I treated so grossly by any medical professional as I was treated by the aforementioned so-called Nurse Practitioner. Her bedside manner, or lack thereof, was grotesque, and appaling. I would not recommend an animal to this malcontent woman. Her lack of empathy and compassion coupled with her vernacular are the worst I have ever seen a medical professional act and/or express themselves.
