Called on the phone to see if they would stay open two minutes late and I was hung up on. Showed up and the two workers stood at the counter shaking their heads no. No courtesy and not Interested in making money apparently. Disappointing. I’ve been a customer of this store religiously for the last few years. Won’t be going back.

Poor customer service.

Vitamin shop is usually my go to place for supplements. I will not be going to vitamin shop from this day forward. I just entered this vitamin shop to purchase over $200 worth of supplements and asked to use the restroom, the clerk told me that it was out of order, as I voiced my frustration he cut me off very rudely and told me there’s nothing he can do I can go down to firehouse subs to use the restroom. I told him I would not be doing that nor would I be buying any supplements, he said that’s fine with me have a nice night.

Brick and mortar prices. BUT, you can order on line and have sent to the store and pick up there. That way you get online prices and still support the store.

My comment isnt about the local store but about the Corp. 2 years ago in an effort to be competitive with Amazon, they started doing Amazon price match. Awesome!! Then I used it a couple times and this store stopped carrying the Garden of Life product.So I went back to Amazon and got the best quality at the best rates I could find.Then I decided I didnt want VS to go out of business so the last 2 months Ive bought the GOL meal replacement at Amazon prices. I go in today, and theyve now stopped carrying THAT product .AND now the cashier told me theyre only now matching sold by Amazon prices only. No longer matching Prime, etc .So basically theyre screwing their customers because theyre not making as much money as they were. You better believe they still make a profit even at Amazon prices, because if the little guy is making profit at the lower prices, VS is making just as much or more because theyre a national chain .So...Im done shopping at VS, and Im back to online only.I predict that if VS continues these BS policies, they will be out of business within 5 years, which is really too bad. It can easily be prevented by being fair to their customers.

Shop here often. Good variety of quality products. Went there in the rain. The carpet at the entrance was too small to dry your feet and I almost fell on their tile floor ... Said something to the rep who was watching and he looked at me like I was an idiot and made a joke. If someone breaks a hip it wont be so funny ...

I like this store slot and the early staff is amazing but in the afternoon there is a old cranky guy who is always giving a bad attitude hes always like you need help in a negative way Im like naw dude and he like thinks Ima Rob the store no I work for my money I dont need to steal no matter what store it is there always that one person with negative energy
