I guess they make their own hours. Went today at 2:12pm and the girl on the speaker system said they are closed till 2:15pm. I went back at 2:16pm and she tells me they are closed til 2:20pm. Signs posted all over said they close at 9pm. Must be nice being able to close a store and stop operating a business when you feel like it.

So, I like this place, in general. They got a decent reward program (app) and the smoothies are good, but the lobby is closed (covid?) And the drive thru is a train wreck in the parking lot. It moves decently quick, but whomever designed it, I think might have failed in their basic understanding of traffic flow...

Tried to go to this location 30 mins before close. pulled up and waited for a while before saying hi. the person that answered just said they were closed in a rude tone and offered nothing more. about 5 more cars in line behind me and 2 had been in front of me. a sign or a nicer tone would have been appreciated. did not enjoy this employee at all

Ordered a SMALL smoothie, the girl even repeated it back to me but I ended up paying for and receiving a LARGE 40 OZ. I didn’t notice until they handed me the receipt and smoothie. The smoothie did not taste good either. When I asked for a refund, the employees said they’re “not allowed” and I did not get a replacement smoothie so I wasted $9.25. Make sure your order is correct before you pay!!! I’m not coming back here. I shouldn’t have to pay for employee mistakes.

Consistently horrible service at this location. I’ve been here four different times over the last month and only received one badly made smoothie. The other three times, they’ve been “re-booting their system” or something to that effect. The teenage girls who are working here avoid doing their job as much as possible. This location desperately needs new staff.

This rating is for terrible service, in fact probably worse I have ever had at any restaurant. My family loves Smoothie King and we a regulars in another state we also live in. I barely got the order out of my mouth for one smoothie and was told to pull forward..I had 3 more to order. I asked if could order more smoothies. The employee talking to me was so rude and acted like she had somewhere to be and soon. I asked to speak to someone else and someone else did come on the speaker interrupting the rude employee. She was pleasant, but said “sorry she was making a smoothie while taking your order.” ??..Interesting business model. Smoothies were good..just paid $30 and left with a pit in our stomach hoping they were not spit in.

Someone should really look into this particular Smoothie King ! Constantly their system is “re-booting “. I was advised it will be a 15min wait. I had no issue in waiting . I sincerely understood with staffing shortage and etc. However, after agreeing the young lady proceed to tell me I can’t wait in the the drive through because it’s going to raise a flag on their behalf. I ask where should I wait ? At this point , I realized the service was no longer customer based.I drove up to ask for a manager . I was told no manger available and both ladies refuse to give me corporate number because they are a “ franchise” and basically told me to google the store number because she doesn’t know the number even after the “2 years she claimed to work there for. I’ve never dealt with unprofessional, lying, lazy incompetent individuals EVER at a Smoothie King. There is no excuse why this store employees are treating customers in this manner .I can only imagine the half-stepping of making smoothies ! If the work ethics are anything like I’ve witness today. I can guaranteed those smoothies are not made with care . I don’t trust another smoothie out this place. The Health Department should look into this Smoothie King. The employees and management is bringing this place down. You are only good as your team !By the look of the responses . No one is following up with the employees and or proper training needed.

Literally every time i come here i never get a smoothie. it’s been 3 times in this past month i tried to get a smoothie and it’s either they’re having problems with the register or they decide to stop taking orders. :/ i just want a smoothie man

I just received the nastiest smoothie Ive ever had. Cant take more than 1 sip. Ive gotten the exact same smoothie from multiple chains and never had a problem until this one. I never write reviews but this was so bad that I felt the need to let others know. Go to Tropical smoothie instead

The biggest problem with this specific smoothie king is CONSISTENCY. Almost every time I go I always get something with my order wrong or they forget to add peanut butter to a smothie that comes with peanut butter already. I literally feel like the last 10 times Ive been here the smoothie always tastes different & I always get the same thing. Sometimes I get multiple smoothies for the fam & I realize they mess up on the smoothie when I get home. Its just frustrating when everytime you go the smoothie tastes different. I feel like it depends who is working when that shouldn’t be the case. I don’t have a problem with high schoolers but they’re running this place so bad. Some days you get someone with a bad attitude. Theyre forgetting stuff too frequent. After seeing others review I realized I wasnt the only one having the same issue. Theyre not doing the smoothies right. This wasnt the case a year or two ago. So I know quality and service is decreasing because of poor management.

Typical smoothie health food place. Ran by high schoolers so you are gonna need patience with some of them. This location in Jensen tends to have a better selection for smoothies and addins than tropical smoothie although they dont serve food.

After ordering my smoothie and paying $8 for it, I told the worker that the smoothie did look appear correct (the coloring) mind you, I used to work at a smoothie king and know what tint of color it usually is supposed to be and the consistency of the smoothie as well. The worker snatched the smoothie out of my hand after I handed it back to her and remade the smoothie, she then shoved the new one in my hand and immediately closed the drive thru window. when I got the second smoothie it tasted so chalky and disgusting.... highly disappointed honestly.

The 16yo girls running the place decided to close the store 30 minutes early.

Denied service. Staff was not wearing mask....proceeded to tell me I needed a mask to be served.....wth

Used the app for a discount, pulled up to the drive through and my delicious vegan smoothie was in my hands within 5 seconds.

Brooke is the best employee there, she filled with joy and always gives a smile under that mask. Definitely deserves a raise.

First time here no signs here stating that there was no refunds. The smoothie was terrible I tried to return it . They wouldnt give it back. Cooperate does not have a number to contact them .So I have no smoothie or money or way to get my money .

I am highly disappointed with the customer service at this location. I always go to Smoothie King in different cities and have a good experience but not today. I was in the drive thru with a friend placing multiple orders (without any cars behind us) and another voice I later found out was “Tammy” began rushing us to order and even raised her voice at us. She said “what are you going to get?!” “cmon we’re trying to take an order here”. Which made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that we left without placing our order.I then, called back to get in contact with a general manager or supervisor and she advised that there was no contact for a manager and that I needed to go to smoothieking.com and Tammy proceeded to spell it out when I was trying to ask her for more information. She stated she was a shift lead and her name was Tammy. She did not advise of the customer service # I later found on google.

This place makes some of the best smoothies I have ever had, and most of them are quite healthy. I tend to try and stay away from the ones that include turbinado (sugar), but thats as personal choice. Im sure you wont be disappointed if you had one of those. The place is spotless and the staff is very helpful.

Smoothie King holds a special place in my heart. After recently moving back to the area I was super surprised to find one here. I had my first visit earlier today and it was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had with customer service. Very polite staff and they all were smiling. You will not be disappointed.5/5 Would Recommend.

Yum! Ive tried a handful of smoothies and have loved all of them. Very creamy and tropical. Love that theyre healthy, no gluten, no added sugars. The protein smoothies keep me full for a long time. Staff have always been very nice and helpful.

It’s not fair to me that I’ve been a loyal customer & I have been going there for four month straight ordering the same smoothie consistently letting everyone know what I want / don’t want in my hulk smoothie due to allergies & the smoothie maker women messes up my order after I made it clear 3x & floods my smoothie with peanut butter that I’m allergic & has the nerve to say it’s part of the smoothie when really it’s not even in the ingredients. Three of the ladies that works there that handles my order (you know who you are) amazing, kind, helpful, & great customer service thank you! Im sad cause no other smoothie place is better than there’s. Unfortunately, the other workers have to get it together!! It’s just the principle

We love Smoothie King! Its our go to on Friday mornings as a treat before the gym. They have so many options to choose from and variation. Flavor is amazing and smoothies are filling. So happy we found this place. Must go and try out, but you might become addicted lol.

I love Smoothie King and the location in Boynton, where I used to live is where I went but since my move, I go to this location now. Great area and the employees in the drive-thru were friendly and fast. I will continue to go here for the amazing smoothies.

I will never go to this location they argued with me about my flavors and how I wanted it blended. I’ve worked for tropical smoothie for years and never once had an experience like that. My smoothie came out chunky and there was a little more then half in the cup . Very disappointed

Service has been good every time I’ve gone but i can get the same exact smoothie 3 weekends in a row and it will taste different each time. No consistency!! Very frustrating.

Great smoothies!Attempted to join the text club. When I recieved my text back offering $2 off the young lady at the counter did not know how to redeem it. Which would not have been an issue but all 4 employees there at the time did not know how to complete the transaction unless I downloaded the app. Staff needs better training on guest joining the club thats how you keep local guest in the loop!
