The lady who did my pedicure was great! She made sure I was doing ok the entire time. The pedicure did take abt an hour which is unusual and she did massage my leg too hard to where it started hurting, but nothing too bad. The pedicure seats were very uncomfortable but the overall pedicure was a 4/5. After I got a pedicure I proceeded to get an acrylic manicure. The lady who did my manicure did a terrible job. She rushed it and didn’t do anything with my cuticles or under my nails. She drilled my regular nail too far down and it burned extremely bad and she kept proceeding to do it. When I put my hand under the uv light to dry the paint, it was extremely hot and it burned my nails. She didn’t do a thick coat of polish at all. It was $93 for a pedicure and acrylic nails which is very overpriced compared to my regular $75 for way better results. On top of all this, she didn’t cut them the length I asked for and got dirt stuck in my polish so now I have a white acrylic nail with dirt in it. My suggestion to you is please don’t waste ur time and ur money here.

I have been to this salon many times before. I am always very happy with their work. I went recently and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They turned out perfect. All of the employees are very kind and caring.I highly recommend this salon.

Kathy is the best as far as nails go! I’ve tried a few nail artists in the area and she is the only one I trust. She is always willing to take the extra time to do all types of different designs, and if it’s something she’s never done before she very quickly masters it. I always come to her with new pictures of things i found online that I want to try. I get pedicures here too and everyone is great. Very clean salon, professional, and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

I got a full set of healthy nails...Im 47 and have been getting my nails done over 25 years. Cathy is prosseional friendly, appreciative and veryknowledgeable! They take your temperature and have wash your hands FIRST before anything else! Im THRILLED and will definitely going back as a regular!

I can only speak from my experience there and it was fantastic. My Mom and I went in to get pedicures and I was extremely satisfied. Peter did my pedicure and he did an amazing job on my foot and calf rub. He took his time and did a beautiful paint job too. Even if he hadn’t I would go back just to get a foot rub! I have been going here for over 1 year and Cali Nails never disappointed me. Absolutely the best manicure and pedicure in town. Cali Nails listens and understand clients even if some of the staffs here do have limited English barrier. That is also a reason if there are some confusion and misunderstand between the client and and the staffs. Its a family business. The salon is very clean and sanitary with very nice staffs. I consider myself a fastidious woman, and this salon is the only place in Jensen Beach and that makes me feel glad. Every manicurist and pedicurist is better than elsewhere. They are simply the BEST. They always make me feel welcome, smile and especially remember my name. Moreover, Comfortable seat, incredible services and a genuinely caring energy make me return as often as possible. Meticulously high quality work, gorgeous selection of high end polishes, a caring and thoughtful staff, and I always leave felling pampered and relaxed. Especially, mornings are the least busy time so maybe you need to book in advance. Overall, it is AWESOME salon!

Super unprofessional! I am here with my cousin. The man doing her nails does not speak to her... only pushes and pulls her hands when he needs them. He also just went to the restroom with the polish she chose and shoved it in his pocket. when he game back out and pulled her hand he coughed right on it. don’t waste your time

Went to this place because it was closer than the place I usually go to. And I regret not driving the extra 3 miles. The guy that did my nails DESTROYED my hands. Asked for a manicure and didn’t get it. He drilled over my cuticles with the filet and destroyed my fingers. 3 of them got cut with the file and were bleeding and hurt so bad. The salon is old and doesn’t look very clean. I do NOT recommend anyone to get their nails done here

Very rude. Either nails or peti it is like they tried to injure you one way or another. Place is unsanitary and equipment is old. I tried to go for convenience but after a few months I quit. Much better salons out there. I recommend you say your money and your health.

My husband and I went together today for pedicures. We were greeted and immediately seated. He enjoyed his, my technician was completely uninvested and cranky. She rubbed me with only one hand and never rubbed my feet at all. At one point I politely asked her to do my feet. ( we paid for the deluxe). At the end, I was considering no tip, but then I felt bad and softened. When I gave her a generous %18, she never looked at me or said thank you. To be fair, customers with other technicians seemed happy enough. She was awful! 😩

I went in with my Mom for a manicure/ pedicure. I was impressed with how clean everything was. My pedicure was wonderful, neatly done and very relaxing. I got gels for the first time and they came out fantastic.

I love it here. The staffs are so friendly and professional. Although the salon was busy, they didnt rush at all. Instead, they did my nails carefully and that made me feel so happy. Definitely will be back.

My daughter and I went for pedicures today. We had a great experience. Our nail techs were both very nice and attentive.

The worst gel and pedicure that I have ever had. There are too many issues to even address. She did not buff/file/cut the cuticles on my toes or my nails and when I asked her multiple times she was extremely rude or just ignored me. There is paint all over my fingers that she did not even bother to take off and the gel on my fingers is completely bumpy because she did not even bother to buff off the old gel that was on my nails.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! Came in with a bridal party for everyone to get their nails/toes done. They didnt bother to ask which kind of pedicure we wanted, just assumed everyone wanted a deluxe.Not sure what made it a deluxe either because the guy barely touched my legs & never applied any lotion. Got a French on my toes & it looked horrible! The lines werent straight & he didnt completely fill in the white. Got gel tips put on & the guy was drilling my fingers so hard he was making me bleed then asked why I was making faces, probably because youre hurting me! Its been less than a week & my pedicure is pretty much completely chipped off & my nails are partially coming off. Its so bad that Im embarrassed to show them to people & will be taking them off. What an absolute waste of money to have nails put on that last less than a week. Dont waste your time/money going to this place.

Owner has an attitude! Prices are never consistent. Theyre terrible at pedicures but charge more than most!! They constantly cut you around your cuticle to the point of drawing blood and dont even apologize! Ive overlooked their short comings, and have used them for over a year because of convenience, but enough is enough! Ive since found a new nail salon.

If I could leave no stars I would. Rude people. They told me my eyes were crooked because I told them one hand was a different shape then the other was longer than the next. They yelled at me saying I was trying to not pay and threaten to call them cops, when I had no intentions of not paying I was just over the horrible work. They were screaming at my in front of the other customers insulting me and just being absolutely terrible all together. I would never even look their way again. They should get shut down cause they arent meant for the service industry. PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!!! Wish I could show you guys pictures. I noticed a pattern with the other reviews that they are just lazy and not willing to listen to you. If you like a bad job then go.

KIT IS THE BEST. HES BEEN DOING MY NAILS FOR YEARS. I MOVED AWAY FOR TWO YEARS, CAME BACK TO PSL AND IM SO GLAD HE IS STILL WITH CALI NAILS. THE TWO YEARS I WAS GONE, I NEVER FOUND ANYONE LIKE HIM. HE IS GREAT.

I had a gel fill done. Kept cutting me around the cuticles and did not properly grind around the nails so in a week I has thick globes of gel.not a happy customer plus they charged me for my design that I wanted that they said they could do but when it comes to did it they couldnt and I had to settle for another design.

Worst gel manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. VERY unsanitary. Pulled cuticle cutter out of a bag of dirty money to use on me, asked if it was sterilized and she kept saying yes but clearly not. She cut me and made me bleed. Pedicure polish was so thick and globby he paint chipped after a day. My gel manicure fell off after a day. Never goin back and reporting to health department.

My experience was awsome the nail tech were so nice and the place was really clean I really enjoy going there and I will make it my home nail place....I had a full set and a pedicure the full set was nice and had lots of compliment!!!!!

I will start with THE only positive thing about Cali Nails and thats the location (right next to publix). I will agree with the other reviewer in that Kathy does a decent job on nails when she is not answering the phone, making change for someone, yelling across the room in another language, or drilling so hard your fingers bleed. That being said this salon is extremly hot due to the fact they dont run the a.c. and it is next door to a bar. You get a constant smell of cigarettes blowing through. The employees in this salon are beyond rude! They are constantly talking in another language that starts to sound like ting, tang, dong, fong wahhhhh!!!!!! It is absolutely out of line when I saw one of the employees making fun of an ederly lady right to her face. Either the elderly woman didnt realize or she just chose to ignore it but myself and the other lady in the salon at the time noticed it. RUDE!!!! If you are not paying attention Kathy will drill so deeply into your nail beds that you will leave with wounds on your hands. I will NEVER go back to this salon because of their innapproiate behavior and poor treatment toward clients. You should leave a salon appt. feeling relaxed and rejuvenated not angry, hurt and stressed out! If this is the best salon in Jensen Beach WOW Id sure hate to see the worst! This salon gives Jensen Beach a BAD name also its not very clean. I just thought I should save people the trouble of going there and having a horrific experience. That being said I did give it a fair chance went several times thinking maybe it was just a bad day but nope! Its just a bad place.
