My husband and I had a kid free date today and had the luxury of enjoying a Couples Massage at The Pink Cottage. We received a 75 minute spa package to include an eye treatment, body exfoliation, hot stone hand massage, foot rub, and back massage. The Pink Cottage is located in Jensen Beach and conveniently located next to a coffee shop, close to waterfront restaurants, a park and lots of shopping. All of the staff were very friendly. We were greeted immediately and offered water and tea. The massage room was perfect! The lights were dim, the air was filled with aroma therapy, there was relaxing instrumental music playing and the ambiance provided a cozy setting perfectly suited for a tranquil environment. The message therapists were very friendly, prompt, professional and both provided top-notch service. I loved how one of them said, “Are you ready for us to take you on your journey.” It was exactly that; A journey into pure bliss. Both my husband and I were very satisfied with our overall experience and would highly recommend visiting this location for the ultimate pampering package.

The location was cute and quaint, professional, and clean! Definitely the best spa treatment either of us have had. We will be back if we ever come into town!

I went here with my husband for a couples massage, and it was amazing! By far, the best and most beneficial message Ive ever had in my life. I was seen by Michelle, and she was able to help my left shoulder which had extremely limited range of motion. I injured the shoulder in 2014, and this is the first time since then that Ive had full range of motion. Also, greatly reduced the pain in my left shoulder/arm, and I no longer have numbness in my left hand. My message was 2 weeks ago, and the results are still lasting.

My husband and I needed some time away to relax. This was the best spot to go! We definitely enjoyed our massage. Peaceful and rejuvenized! The love package was a great choice for us to get a little of everything. We will definitely make this a ritual!! We found this place via Groupon! The cottage is so adorable both inside and out. Be aware that you will have to walk up and down stairs as it is not accessible - it is a historic property. The massage therapists were calm and knowledgeable. It was very clean and there were adorable trinkets for sale to browse while the room was being prepared. We enjoyed a 75 minute relaxation package which included body scrub and massage, lymphatic face massage and collage serum mask... essential oils and deep breathing techniques were also a part of the experience. The morning ended with a “teamosa” which is their own recipe of champagne and green tea.

Got a Groupon for the 75 minute couples package and would go back and pay the full amount because it was definitely worth it. Very professional and made us feel comfortable. Would recommend any couple to try them out! The jewelry and gifts by the front desk are great too!!

My sister and I loved it! So cute and so quaint! The staff was professional and friendly, they offered us tea and neck warmers while we waited. The atmosphere and aromas were just wonderful. The massages (for each of us) were different, but we both had a great and enjoyable experience. Definitely going back!

I was treated to a massage and at first was reluctant to go. Having never had a massage, I was worried about being uncomfortable. Let me tell you, I had absolutely nothing to worry about because my experience was absolutely amazing! My masseuse was so very kind and explained how the whole visit to go. She put any worries I had right to ease and did a fabulous job working on my aching muscles and joints. My time there went so very fast because I was so relaxed. Ive been here three different occasions and every time I go I come out completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The employees here are all super professional, they take care of their clients with the utmost kindness and they are very hard working. I also love that each time Ive visited for a facial, the woman (sorry I cant remember her name) gives me helpful information of what to do/not do, recommendations for my skin and helps with skin products that I should try. Also, the massages are so great! They work out knots, do deep tissue and also make it relaxing so its a great mix.

I visited the Jensen Beach area for the month of February this year and was looking for a place for a facial. After some research, I chose the Pink Cottage Spa. What a charming place and staff, Jeanelle is fabulous! She customized the facial for my skin and it worked! I was so relaxed after the treatment and my skin looked radiant. I booked a second appointment for the end of my stay. I highly recommend The Pink Cottage Spa and Jeanelle!

I had a facial by Jeanell and it was amazing!! She was so informative and asked me how I was doing with every product. The mask was amazing and I even got to bring it home for more uses. Everyone was really nice and my skin looks and feels great! I will definitely be back!

My fiance and I have been looking for a place to get massages and other spa services. I love the feel and ambiance of this place. It is in an old house and it has lots of character. They treat their clients very well. We used a 75min couples treatment from groupon. Our therapists were awesome. Michelle worked on my shoulders which are my worst spots with time and care. Jaycee worked on my fiance who is extremely ticklish and doesnt have much experience with massages or other treatments. She made him feel comfortable and helped him to relax. The hot stones, exfoliation, hydration, and mask were all amazing and relaxing. Our skin feels incredible. This place really goes above and beyond! They offer cookies and teamosas and make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommend them! Also the receptionist or owner suggested we eat at Jans Place right around the corner, and we are so happy that we went. Great food!

Ask for Joe!My husband and I got the spa package special, coffee lovers massage. It had an exfoliation foot, body, and mini facial included with a full body massage. Followed by a tea mimosa. Just wow is all I have to say about this place. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Joe gave me one of the BEST massages I have ever had! He fixed what was needed on my back, neck and body! The massage was extremely relaxing and therapeutic! My husband did not experience quite as good of results. As he paid extra for a deep tissue massage but did receive it. I am very impressed with the ingredients thry use here on my skin. Coconut oil and essential oils. Pure, natural ingredients.

I have gotten a massage twice a year since I was 17, Im 30 and went to the pink cottage today for the first time. I was absolutely amazed, Jessica did a fabulous job and gave me the best massage I have ever had in my life. This will definitely be a yearly stop for my vacation. I have tried several other spas in town and while they were great this one is absolutely the best. They offer a mommy and me package and my 11-year-old daughter got to experience a spa for the first time and she was absolutely delighted. Could not have asked for better friendlier service or price. We will see you next year!Update: Once again I was not disappointed! My daughter and I came back again this year and did the entire package this time! Breakfast, Massage, hands, feet, body scrub, and facials for us both. Jessica and her daughter (sadly I do not remember the young womans name) did an amazing job and since this was my 12 year olds first full treatment having a younger lady do her services made her so much more comfortable. I recently discovered the Pink Cottage Day Spa & Boutique.The owner and employees are of the finest in the area. I got a phenomenal facial and body scub with message. After two hours in this spa I felt refreshed and noticed my face had a beautiful glow that I hadnt seen for some time. They greet you with a cup of tea or coffee and always a little treat if desired for the sweet taste buds. I would highly recommend this Spa to my family and friends. I would say theres no greater gift for a lady than a few hours at the Spa.

A waste of money. I work to hard for my money to have my girlfriend leaving upset. Someone needs to check their license because my girl said I do a better job and Im not the one who went to school for this. The descriptions of the package sounded great but its all a bunch of fancy words since massage envy was cheaper and better so save the high price of this place. Next

The moment you step into The Pink Cottage, you feel a sense of calmness overtake you. The cottage along with the staff is very welcoming. This spa experience was a surprise for my daughters 10th birthday. We were running behind schedule with a 2 1/2 hr drive to Jensen. After a phone call to the cottage, we were told to continue coming. In my mind, I thought...our tardiness is our lost of time for treatments. Absolutely not! The ladies stayed 30mins later, awaiting our arrival and worked my daughter and I for the entire 75mins! I must say, the session was among my top 5. The ladies made sure we were comfortable, we had great conversation and they always checked to assure they were applying the correct pressure. My body scrub was done very neatly. The woman that worked my daughter went above and beyond to educate her on each oil, scrub and lotion applied to her body or face. I highly recommend The Pink Cottage if you are looking for a cozy atmosphere and exceptional client service.

I bought a couples spa package from Groupon for the Pink Cottage Spa. It included foot treatment, hand treatment, eye treatment, Himalayan salt scrub and massages. Our therapists were Joe and Jessica. We were impressed by the friendliness of staff, the professional level of the massage and treatments and the little extras like pure water and gluten free chocolate cake that was to die for. Both of us had the best massages we have had in a very long time (and we get monthly massages back home with a membership). My legs and neck have been sore for the last couple weeks and I noticed afterwards everything feels back to normal. We will be regular customers here and highly recommend.

I was feeling kind of crappy this morning and had some time to kill while my dog was being groomed up the street at Salty Dog and called on very short notice for a foot massage. They got me in quick! And I must say its just what I needed. De bora has a special touch that got me me feeling better in no time with a mineral salt foot bath pressure point massage and delicious aromatherapy. I really felt 100 times better than when I walked in. The rest of the staff were equally nurturing I must say! Ill be going back for a full message ASAP. If that wasnt enough I was invited to try the most delicious flourless gluten free chocolate cake Ive ever had on my way out! I highly recommend The Pink Cottage a clean and cozy retreat with a warm and attentive staff.

I bought a groupon for a spa package at pink cottage and was really excited because of the great reviews I saw. When I called to schedule I was told they couldnt massage me because I was in my first trimester of pregnancy. Ive never heard of this before. I would think if anything they wouldnt be able to once I was in my third trimester because I couldnt lay on my stomach but the first trimester should be no problem. Very disappointed!

Hard to find. The place was cute but ready to fall apart. The massage left me in pain for days afterward. Did not receive all of the services my son paid for. Will not go back nor would I refer anyone to go there. The staff was nice but they took walk-ins who were repeat customers before me with my appointment making me wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time.

Just received the worst massage ever . My husband booked it as a gift for me so I could relax because we recently had a baby. I asked for the therapist to only use coconut oil , but despite my request halfway through the massage she was using something else which was scented. I also asked for a little more firmness in the massage, and that didn’t happen . She did pinching , and poking but no relaxing massage. Then during the facial, the products uses stinged on my face, and to put a cherry on top she got product in my eye. Im disappointed because it’s been a while since I’ve been able to do something nice for myself and unfortunately this happens. Then at the front desk they don’t even ask how the massage went , they just charge you. If I could give zero stars I wouldUpdate to owners response :1- I called in advance to let your establishment know I was delayed and asked if it was still a possibility to be seen or if I should reschedule. I was told that it wasn’t a problem because you didn’t have other appointments immediately after, hence I went. It’s not like I just showed up late, unannounced, and expected to receive your services.2- I asked if it was possible to charge my phone as it was the first time I was away from home, and I thanked the therapist for being able to use her charger. I didn’t insist like you are writing in your response, I simply asked for a favor.3- Since this was a 2 person massage there was another therapist and client in the room. Before the massage the other therapist asked about allergies and explained they used essential oils and coconut oil during treatment. I indicated I am sensitive and also breastfeeding , to which she replied: then no peppermint . I then asked the therapist who treated me to please only use coconut oil. However, she still used scented oil during part of the massage, and I kindly reminded her again to please only use coconut oil. I asked for firmer pressure ( instead of the superficial rub and poking), and finally asked if the product on my face was supposed to sting the way it did. I believe all of the above are things you should be able to convey to the therapist so they can be modified to make the experience more pleasant. My criticism wasn’t towards the spa , it’s towards the massage that the therapist that was assigned to me provided. The fact that I asked to please use a charger for my phone has nothing to do with the quality of the massage. I went there to relax and unwind , which is the complete opposite of being rude. Thankfully there was another client present in the room who can attest that my demeanor was polite.3- Gratuities are given according to the perceived quality of the service received , they are not mandatory, especially if the customer is not satisfied with the services rendered. If you are going to use this as a rebuttal then I would suggest you to make automatic gratuity charges that obligate customers to pay them.4- Sadly, instead of responding to resolve the situation and caring about customers , your response is out of place, talking about tips and twisting facts.Best of luck with your business.
