First time at this office - to get my teeth cleaned and a checkup. Overall was a great experience and I have been to many dentist . The staff was very friendly and the dental assistant was very good. I’ve been to many where I felt was like a torture chamber in my mouth. This was a very painless and pleasant experience. Dr Williams was also very detailed and friendly.. Believe it or not lots of dentist will advise you that you need this’ll that when really not necessary She was not that kinda Dentist . I felt that she is very honorable..I will continue to go there for sure!!!

Its the DISHONESTY FOR ME!!I recently paid SIGNATURE SMILES a lot of money for some dental work. The price seemed high.A few days ago I unexpectedly Cracked a tooth and they quoted me OVER $1,000 for a crown , with my insurance! That is went I knew something was horribly wrong. I left and went to another dentist who quoted me $560 for the same crown/service! I told their receptionist that I was quoted double elsewhere and she told me. Your insurance is probably out of network with them. Come to find out that is EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS AND SIGNATURE SMILES NEVER TOLD ME!!!I probably would have paid half of what I recently paid SIGNATURE SMILES for work me and my family got done earlier this year.Cracking my tooth turned out to be a blessing! If not, who knows when I would have realized I was being over charged. My husband and I need a lot of work. I am relieved to know it will not be happening here!It is a very expensive Lesson learned - never ask Do you take my insurance? Instead ask Is my insurance in Network with your practice?I should have read the 1 star reviews. Theres a trend there. Hopefully this helps someone else.

When making appointments for myself and family I asked If they were in our insurance network, the response was yes. When at all the appointments, once again was assured that the office was in network. Turns out that the office is not In network and we personally had to pay.Would not recommended this dentist or the office. We saw an ad for a checkup and cleaning. Come to find out it was a bait and switch and the real price would be around $300. The last time I had a cleaning and X-rays it was only $125. We got up and left the office. Drove down the street and visited another place. Had an exam, X-rays and a cleaning for $129.Please be careful of these bait and switch artists. Theyre out to con you out of your hard earned money.

Its been a while since going to the dentist because of my experience in the past. Upon walking in to Signature Smiles I was greeted with warm smiles by everyone and they asked if they could get me anything to drink and also they had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.. The office looks brand new nice and clean.. Kathy the hygienist was awesome explained everything beforehand that she was going to do.. Kathy did a fantastic job I didnt feel much of anything while she cleaned my teeth I will be going back for future work and would recommend Kathy and Signature Smiles for your dental needs!!

They make you feel at ease starting on the phone with Rose, which is a gem, to the hygienist which is soo nice and informative and takes such pride in her work, to the clerk taking payment. This office has great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel as if they were very pleased I had chosen to use their services. I was petrified with past experiences and was immediately comforted by their professionalism. The dental hygienist was gentle and kind the doctor and staff very informative. I had to have a tooth pulled and was nervous at first walking in. But the experience was unbelievably amazing they reassured me ans it did not hurt at all. There was no pain and felt very relieved through it and afterwards thank you to all.

When I first walked into the office I was pleasantly surprised, it did not have that dentist smell. All staff is very professional and courteous. I first went to Signature Smiles in February 2019. I found everyone there to be helpful and friendly. Very good dentistry. Completely satisfied, including the cost.

I went to Signature Smiles for a consolation upon arriving I was greeted by Ligia at the front desk and offered a beverage. I met with Dr. Spence Williams along with her assistant Lindsay. Final meeting was with Sarah to go over the detail of the work that I needed done. Sarah is so sweet she made sure she worked with me in scheduling my appointments. She truly comes across as a caring person.I will say the entire staff and Dr. Williams made me feel very comfortable. You leave the office feeling that you have made friends.

They straight up lied about having contacted my insurance. The office manager who was really a slick conniving huckster told me that procedures were covered by my insurance. I left and called my insurance carrier and they had no record of her office contacting them. (yes, they keep records of contacts, as they had records from another practitioner). The procedures would have cost nearly $5,000 more. Also, the dentist did some kind of bizarre rehearsed thing where she walked out of the room, turned around and grabbed her chin, and then asked can you start tomorrow? Then when I called to give them a piece of my mind the dentist showed how arrogant she thinks she is. Instead of apologizing for the bad treatment and promising to do better, she blamed everyone else including myself, the insurance company, the office manager. It was funny that even though I mailed them their paperwork back, they still called to confirm my appointment. I should have known better the moment I saw the cookies in the lobby!!!!!!!! I found another honest dentist - when I called the Insurance carrier their estimate was spot on what the insurance carrier would cover.

Words cant describe. I found a wonderful dentist! I was confused about the rotating staff but realized that it was a perfect business idea. Different personnel with different perspectives. They have found hidden dental issues that others never took time to review.

Nice office good service but I went in for a $49 cleaning on special and gave them my insurance card and they said I was good I didnt owe any money the insurance took care of it. they turned around and billed my insurance $495! my insurance wouldnt pay all that, so I still owed them $24 they almost put me in collections over it! so I went and paid the 24 bucks. they made over $500 for a cleaning and screwed with my credit I Wont Go Back

Everyone in the office is very polite and professional.I’ve always liked going to the dentist (yes, my friends call me an odd ball), however yesterday I received bad news about my teeth. I may need 2 root canals and crowns....this from a person who has never had problems with her teeth so I almost broke down in tears while sitting in the dentist chair.Other than that I had a very good experience.

Everyone is friendly, caring, informative, proactive, intelligent, and its apparent they all enjoy their job. They arent pushy, nor trying to rip you off. The office is new and well decorated. Everything was beyond my expectations. They are concerned with the patients comfort and alleviating any fears. 1000% recommend this place.

They asked for it I’m giving it. About 2 years ago they billed my insurance wrong and would not fix it resulting in me loosing $2500.00 dental spending account that has to be used at the end of the year or loose it and still to this day they have not done nothing to rectify it so I will not return to them unless they come compensate me for the $2500.00 I lost. It was lost due to them stating it was my portion to pay and it turned out it wasn’t and refused to reimburse me and bill insurance. I feel they owe me $2500.00 in work before I need to pay or bill insurance for!!!!!!!! Gave it 2 stars as it inice and clean and staff mostly friendly accept when it came to the above issue.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at my first visit. I went in for their teeth cleaning and checkup, x-rays, etc., and they told me the hygienist was out that day. Putting skepticism aside, I came back the next day and was treated as if I were of significant consequence. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean office. A warm personal touch is everywhere you look. Everyone was absolutely the sweetest they could have been to me. I was pleasantly surprised and will certainly return.

Suzanne Spence-Williams made me a set of dentures that restored the entire lower half of my face. Chronic illness took me teeth and eroded my jawbone. I presented her with a formidable challenge; she patiently solved the problem, and the finished product took 15 years off my appearance and gave me my smile back! This is one of the friendliest, cheerful and professional dental practices I have ever been to in my 60 years on earth and I have a lot of love for them.

They get you scheduled right away and get you in to their office. They are real nice at first. I even wrote a good review after my visit because they start off unbelievably nice. The problem is when you get the bill. BEWARE! This is the most expensive cleaning I have ever had. They told me if I billed my insurance they would not charge my copay or over the amount the insurance charges. I have called 3 times to get this problem solved with the run around. They tell me they cant do anything about it and the dentist is busy, however they are sorry about the mistake but they cant do anything that the dentist has to take care of it. Then they put me on hold for a long time. Then they come back on the phone and tell me the dentist is gone. They are not accredited with the BBB. BEWARE of your bill! $584 for 2 cleanings. I had current xrays to email them, but they told me not to worry about it and took more. More to bill me and my insurance! Must be for rich people only and they turn very rude. Would not go back. When I told them that I am a consumer and I have the right to be treated fairly and honestly and I would be writing this review, they told me they did not care go ahead. BEWARE! I believe everyone has the right to find a fair and honest dentist office and my search here will continue.

They are nothing more than greedy scumbags who try to squeeze money out of you any way they can. And to top it off she has sugar cookies in the lobby to give out. Just moved right up the street, was looking for a new dentist. Called to find out if they were in network with my insurance plan and they wouldnt tell me without making an appointment. Guess i wont be going there..to bad, she looked nice. Staff not friendly though.

Very nice and friendly staff. it was one of my moree enjoyable appointments for anything in my life. when they talk and did my exams and x-rays i felt like i was at home. if youve never been heree i recommend it. they give you a nice welcome to the signature smiles family gift and they even have cookies. cant say no to a fresh baked cookie.

I would say beware of this office if using your insurance. I called to ask if they participate in my Aetna Dental Plan for retired teachers. They said yes but could not tell me what exactly would be covered. They would check while I was in the chair and let me know. Red flag went up immediately. So I said I wanted an appointment to meet and go over my insurance which they did. Upon arrival into their beautiful office the girl pointed out the water, coffee and cookies in the waiting area. She then took me on a tour of the impressive office and gave me a gift bag with a mug, pen, toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss. She even pointed out my $50 credit I would get for referring my sister. We proceeded into an office where I was given pages of new patient information to fill out. Mind you I had not even committed to an appointment with them. After that I sat waiting for quite some time. Another girl came in. I asked about my insurance coverage. She said it would cover 70%, but they were waiting for a fax from my insurance with exact information. So I said on a $354 exam, cleaning and exrays I would pay $90. She said yes. $354 was quoted on the card I got in the mail. Mind you in NJ I never paid a dime out of pocket for these services. Sat waiting again. Another girl came in and said insurance would cover 80%, but they were still waiting for a fax from my insurance. Two different answers from two different people. They never did tell me the price of a cleaning. After an hour with no straight answers and no fax I decided tell them this office is not for me. I have never had this much trouble get answers regarding insurance from my dentist in Jersey. And no, it was not a clinic as they insinuated because insurance covered everything. Thanks for the gift though.

Visiting the area and had a root-canal (done elsewhere) gone wrong. They fit me, treated me well, and the tooth is no longer hurting.

Not real happy. Had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and they expected the one next to it also. Wisdom tooth was pulled and I was told the other just need 2 resins. After being all novacained up. They decided not to pull the other tooth. I went back to the appointment for the resins. They told me I had to get a crown not resins at 1600.00The other choice was to come back and get it pulled. What the heck I was just here to get it pulled. Dentist would not fill the tooth again. I would look into another dentist that knows what is really going on not just looking for the cash. On top of that they still tried to get me to do the cleaning on the others without addressing the problem. The doctor pulling the tooth was great but the dentist doing the routine work is money oriented. I would find another source unless you need a tooth pulled than dr Duke is a great choice. Sick of the games and money orientation. Whatever happen to good doctors caring about patients rather than the money.

As good as a dental visit can be. Wish the office was in St Petersburg where I moved to.

Im not one to give a review but my experience with Signature Smiles warents one. I never thought Id be happy to vist a dentist until I find Signature Smiles. Ive had a crown that other dentists said wasnt possible and that it needed an implant. Dr Willams saved my tooth and the crown in great! I also had another extraction and a bridge that saved me money and is working out well. This is the best dental experience Ive ever had, everyone is friendly and professional. The facility is relaxing and comfortable. There is never a wait, they set an appointment, send a text reminder and when you arrive they are ready for you. You can see the dedication of the staff and feel that everyone is a team with the goal of giving you a great experience. This reflection of Dr Willams and her example of how to treat her patients. My family and I will continue to go to Signature Smiles for all our dental needs and will refer all my friends to them.

Thieves and liars. Stay away from this place!! And know exactly what your insurance covers because they will try every dirty trick in the book!
