I was there for my initial meeting with Dr. Wigley. I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. I noted that the office is well equipped with the latest diagnostic technology making the doctors evaluations most understandable to the patient. The associate remedial costs were up front allowing the patient to determine the order of procedures.

The office is centrally located. The staff is friendly & competent. The office is immaculate! The care was Excellent!!!

I had an amazing experience at Jensen Beach Dental. I was on vacation and I chipped my tooth eating a chicken wing and they were able to see me the very next day! They told me I would be seen in between patients and I expected to wait hours. My appointment time was at 10:30, I got there at 10:00 to fill out the paperwork. I was examined and treated less than 30 minutes! I walked out at 11am with a fixed tooth that doesn’t look like I broke it! I will be seeing them each year when I come on vacation. Thank you!

Always a wonderful visit, my insurance provides for a visit once a quarter so I get a cleaning four times a year.

I highly recommend Dr. Wigley and his staff at Jensen Beach Dental. I have had a ton of dental work done over the years and recently had to have 2 large, opposing crowns redone. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Wigley after a couple of pretty awful experiences in Stuart/Port St. Lucie dental offices. Dr. Wigley did an awesome job prepping and staging the two areas so that they fit like a glove. He is a total professional with the latest technology. His staff are also highly recommended including his dental assistant, hygienist, and front office staff. They are organized and work as a team for the benefit of the patient. In addition to being incredibly nice, they all do their jobs efficiently and professionally. I am so glad to have finally found such a great dentist and dental office.

I’m so glad I found Dr. Wigley since I arrived in FL two years ago. Yesterday I called the office because I chipped a tooth somehow. When could I be seen? How about 9:30 am tomorrow? (Very accommodating! Better than I expected.)Every single person I encounter this morning was professional and cheerful — including of course Dr. Wigley. He had my tooth fixed —as good as new — in a few minutes! Obviously, he has the latest and greatest dental equipment.The office is easy to find in Jensen Beach and parking is ample and convenient. I liked the way the office is decorated: nice comfortable wicker chairs with cushions and a big underwater mural on the wall in the waiting room,. There were some fun looking mobiles in the room in which I was treated.I just really liked the atmosphere there. A very calming vibe with a great dentist. What more could I want?

We decided to see the practice of Dr. Wigley based on the reviews...we were not disappointed.The staff were extremely professional and kind; we were seen promptly at our appointment time. More importantly, the care we received was superb. The dental hygienists introduced us to Dr. Wigley, he greeted us as new patients then later, explained our treatment plan he was recommending and the WHY behind it. Genuine, transparent and professional. We are excited to have found the right fit that we were looking for in regards to dental care.

This dentist office is a rip off don’t go there and less you have deep pockets because they don’t tell you the truth! They worried about taking money from my pocket and not my insurance another words they made sure they did the expensive things and then worried about you paying out-of-pocket totally misleading! I would not recommend this dentist to anybody! Worst experience in my life! After returning to the dentist office and I was told to take down this review before they would work on me. I refused Letting them know that I was upset and all they could say was it was a miscommunication needless to say didn’t get my dental work finished. This Dentist does not listen to what you want he does what he wants.

In my experience, Dr. Wigley is an incredibly pleasant man who helped relax some of my insecurities about my teeth, which no other dentist had ever done before. The woman who took my x-rays and prepped me for my visit was a delight, and the hygienist who did my cleaning was so very gentle and thorough and also had a lovely demeanor. If you’re looking to get taken advantage of and over charged for simple fillings then this is the office for you. Unfortunately the front desk failed to tell me that not only is my health insurance out of network, but the office actually rejects my health insurance. I was told on the phone when I called to ask that they would bill my insurance and I would receive a refund. For 2 cavities I was charged over $700 and did not receive any refund because they reject my insurance. The dentist also was snappy to the hygienist which made me uncomfortable throughout the fillings. I called multiple dentists in the area prior to Dr. Wigglys and each receptionist was very clear on if they accept or reject my insurance. Dr. Wiggly’s office did not say either and I falsely assumed they accepted where all the front desk said they “bill my insurance and I receive a refund.” I am not someone who writes reviews but It disturbs me this office took advantage of someone who recently moved to this area. I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. This is a learning experience for me to always double check, if I was told I could have explored other options.

I have always been petrified of dentists because of bad childhood experience. After today that is no longer the case , the staff and Dr. Wigley were the best. I only wish I had meet them years ago.

My first visit was timely and informative. Dr. Wigley takes the time to explain things in understandable terms. Staff is helpful, knowledgeableFacility is current and appears to be up to date and clean. The waiting area is comfortable, spacious and clean. I hope my first experience stays that way for future visits and nothing changes.

There was a mix up in my appointment. I thought I was scheduled for a cleaning and a consultation for some major work to be done in the future. I was disappointed to find they didnt schedule my cleaning. When I told Dr Wigley this, he immediately had one of his hygienists fit me in after my consultation. Staff and Dr are friendly and courteous. I went in for a routine 6 month cleaning and happy each time I leave. I Would recommend asking if staff recommends any needed work to inform you of the cleaning work prior to doing it and being charged. This happened but they understood and pushed through to insurance and in the future will consult me first.

So friendly and helpful with the billing. I go there myself and recently took my elderly father there for appointments at the same time. They were so helpful and friendly to him. He is not so steady on his feet and he was done before me. They took care to get him to the waiting room and kept an eye on him for me. Would definitely recommend.

The hygienist was wonderful and the office staff was nice upon entrance. My x-rays were done and the dentist reviewed them he decided we could do an extraction the same day, I was all for that as it needed to be done. So we go to discuss pricing and they have failed to tell me that they are out of network and I must pay this amount. Like I told them you should have let me know from the start that I was not in network. Very unprofessional!!!

Not cheap, but great work by Dr. Wigley in an atmosphere where it is clear that staff enjoy their work and work cooperatively. Four stars instead of five is because of price only. Don’t expect a bargain, but every procedure I have had here has been top quality. The doctor and the staff are professional and friendly.

I am dentist-phobic. And I have a lot of dental issues over the years from dead teeth to broken teeth... when I found this practice it was like a miracle. Not only is everyone personable and helpful, but the Dr Wigley will explain anything to you. Additionally, I’ve had money problems and they’ve helped me find help for that and walked me through all of it. My teeth today look spectacular and I’ve never felt more confident of my smile. I’m so grateful that I found them, and that now you have, too.

Let me first say that I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my first visit to Dr. Whigley’s office. The attention I received excellent, the staff was friendly, attentive and followed up on every detail. The office was professional, spotless, and warm and inviting. It did not feel clinical, like visiting the typical doctor/dentist office. More like being in someone’s home. I visited the office in pain, but was taken care of warmly, and left with the relief I was seeking. By the next day, it was like I hadn’t even had any work done. This is what going to the dentist should be like. Anyone needing any dental work or cleaning would be well served to make this your decision when looking for a dentist.

Dr Wigley is a great one shop dentist where he approached my, very complicated, case considering all possible treatment options, from if money wasnt an option to reality, and has been willing to work with my short and long term goals while keeping my finances at the forefront. His experience and knowledge surrounding aesthetic dentistry is immediately apparent after your first conversation with him. Therefore, I strongly recommend his office for any service from traditional cleanings to cosmetic implant surgery.

I broke a tooth on a Sunday afternoon and called them up first thing thing Monday morning. They got me in right away and took care of me. Dr. Wigley explained my options and made sure I was comfortable. He and his staff made the experience of a root canal first thing Monday morning not so terrible. The gals in the office are super friendly and it was an overall pleasant experience, I would strongly recommend Jensen Beach Dental.

Was able to get an appointment to glue a crown back on. Was quoted on phone $59, actual bill was $160. Dentist spent 1 minute with me & tried to sell me a new gold crown. I declined then just turned over to hygienists to do the work. Took 5-7 minutes.Doubt I would recommend this dentist. Pricey, high overhead, factory.

Everyone was great. Professional and no pain. In and out ready to go. Mouth a little numb but was expected. Dr. Wigley knows what he is doing. Assistant very nice and right on top of procedures.

I called with an emergency tooth abscess. My regular doctor wouldn’t see me and said on the phone there wasn’t much that would be able to be done anyway since I was so swollen. Then I called Jensen beach dental and explained my situation, Rebecca was amazing on the phone and getting me a same day appointment. When I arrived the entire staff was friendly, communicative about everything that needed to be done. I really felt they went above and beyond. Dr. Wigley was amazing and made this terrible experience not so terrible. I’m definitely sticking with this office, and would highly recommend!
