My wife needed retina reattachment surgery immediately and we had met $0 of our $1500 deductible. I had to pay in full before they would schedule surgery. Now 5 weeks down the road they are just now filing with Blue Cross! The other Doctors and assorted other services have all filed before them. I am now getting $1100 bills because my deductible has not been met!! They say they will refund me in 2 months after Blue Cross returns them the money. Surgery went well, but paying under duress then getting screwed on the back end. Schedule somewhere else if you have the opportunity, sadly we didnt have any say so.

Scheduling is poorly organized and takes too long which makes it difficult to arrange the required transportation.
