I had been going for years but now I’m not coming back. Whenever Sudie did my brows it was great but she hardly there anymore. The lady she does have there doing eyebrow threading is a nightmare. She completely f$cked up my eyebrows. Made one thinner than the other and I had to guide her to try and fix it without thinking out the other one too much. She also created patches.This was like a month ago. I’ll me getting my services elsewhere.Oh yea and they won’t take credit card.Only cash, venmo, or cash app

Long time to be seen and serviced but she is great and passionate on threading face.I come here for that. They brow tint she does lashes and facials. Microblading as well.

My friend got here brows threaded and Sudie said she’d even out the brows. Well the brows are not even and there are bald patches now. Sudie herself even noticed and suggested micro-blading to fix the patches…the same patches that Sudie created. My friend is too nice to say anything herself so I’m posting for her. Not good.

Sudie ALWAYS makes you wait 2 - 2.5 hours before she puts numbing cream on, then she lets it sit for 45 minutes. She never responds in a timely manner and she tries to take care of 3 clients at one time. Plan on spending two weeks to get in and 7 hours at her place. She is constantly having her husband and another female come in to talk to her while she is doing permanent makeup, which is very unsettling when you are getting work done. For your inconvenience she will give you $50 off service or have one of her employees give you a cheap and quick facial when she decides to not show up and forget to cancel your appointment. Not worth the frustration. I ended up going somewhere else to do my touch up and got in right away because she wouldnt respond.

Hands down Sudie does an amazing job on anybody’s brows. Trust you will not be disappointed.

I had my eyebrow Microblading done for the first time with Sudie’s employee Shade 3 weeks ago. I was told to keep them dry for 7 days. The shape and color were good at the end of the service with just a bit of swelling and redness. She said to call for a touch up in 6-8 weeks to correct any missed areas. Although I thought when I made my online appointment I would be getting Sudie as my artist it was okay and I was okay with things. When I arrived I noticed the method of payment was only cash or cash app. This seemed suspicious to me if the salon was legitimate and in business since 2013 why not offer credit card or debit payments which is customary in the industry.After one week my brows flaked away (skin peeled) and I was left with nothing but a thin outline where I expected to see dark brush stroke marks. I returned to see Sudie on day 8 to show her in person that they hardly show at all. She said they are fine and at the touch up in about a month (+ $100) I will get the results I want. In the mean time I asked 2 other highly rated artists what they thought along with my dermatologist who is very familiar with the process and uses it herself (different artist).After another 10 days I sent Sudie another message that I’m not happy and would like a refund because there may have been a mistake when doing the procedure which she was not present to oversee. She responded “There is no one more knowledgeable than me in this service. You have to come back in 6-8 weeks and pay me $100 I promise you will love them”Again I asked her to reconsider refunding me half the cost because they did not take as expected and we can share in this loss/mistake. She has not responded. The before and after we’re taken same day of service. The other was taken 12 days later.

Great experience, easy to book an appointment via Google Booking service. Got me eyebrows threaded. The attendant was pleasant and she did exactly what I wanted. Would recommend!

Horrible customer service and a uncomfortable setting, I was going to sudies for years to get my eyebrows threaded but over the last few years this place have gone down hill I now go to sadhana Eyebrow Threading better service and much quicker.

Im a returning customer and sudies generally does a good job but lm highly disappointed with their services on May 20. I was there for a walkin @5:20 pm and I was asked to wait. Im third in line and I waited around 40 minutes. The old lady who was doing the threading sanitized the chair for the guest before me and have not cleaned the chair for me. There is another guest when I was about to get in to the chair, the lady was very eager to take the other customer over me, while this is happening the owner asked her to do my brows as I was waiting for a while. The lady was rude, and very eager and rushed to complete my brows in a harsh way and she didnt care if it hurted me she was just rubbing her frustration over me, and did it bad that left cuts on my eye brows and started hurting me as soon as I reached home.

I used to really like this place but the last couple times Ive gone has been disappointing. I asked for eyebrow tinting, and the lady told me my eyebrows needed to grow back a little thicker first so when I went yesterday, she told me the same thing. Ita been over a month so if my eyebrows arent growing back in, they probably wont. Will not be going back if I cant even get the service Im asking for.

She did a good job, but told me 10 minutes and I waited a hour, only reason I waited because it was her...last time I didnt wait on her and let the other women do my eyebrow thread. I had to let my eyebrows grow back for months cause they where not what I wanted!!!

Called them and their voicemail says they are open Sundays until 6 and walk ins are welcome. I show up to the southside location at 3pm they have a sign that says open and its lit up yet there is no one inside, lights are off and doors are locked. Two other girls showed up right after me trying to get inside as well. Will not be returning since they lie about their hours online, on the phone and at the physical building itself. They missed out on 3 customers in the matter of 10 minutes. Unprofessional. I understand emergencies happen but at least put a sign on the door... something.

Ive come here many times and the ladies have always done a wonderful job. However I had a horrible experience here today with an older lady who literally removed 2.5 cm of my left eyebrow without even bothering to apologize, and laughed instead. I called Sudie and she was so kind and right away offered to fix it in any way she could, and made a huge difference at no charge. I truly appreciate her customer service and kindness. Because of her I will be returning to her establishment. Thanks Sudie

She tried to fix her mistake a few times and it did not work. She assured me that they were perfectly even 🤦🏻‍♀️ I went home and immediately washed off the tint then had to fix it myself.

Too much wait. She put someone in front of all of us on top of the waiting. The threading I got was something I could already do myself at home. I wanted some professional touch and shaping, but I didnt get it. I have received eyebrow threading by much more skilled people in the past. So, comparing this to those, I am giving it 2 stars.

Very unprofessional. Went there yesterday on a Saturday and the old lady just told me to leave and come back later, I went back and she still told me to leave. Tried again to go today (Sunday), “open” sign was lit, but it was closed! Called and there was an automatic message saying it was open from 2-6pm but still it was closed!

I came here for the first time and I usually get my eyebrows waxed but my experience here with Shani who was very kind and informative and quick made me change my mind threading is so much better. My eyebrows look amazing she did a really great job 10/10 I’m definitely coming back

I have been using Sudie for a while but I’ve taken all I can take. Her ungraciousness and disrespect, I cannot take anymore. Sudie is unprofessional, disrespectful and very bossy. She has no problem insulting her clients or their spouses. She doesn’t listen to her clients and gets upset if u want something different than she suggests. I have witnessed this between her and many of her clients and I’m just done. Jacksonville is too big with too many appreciative business owners for anyone to have to deal with her. At this point I wouldn’t recommend any of her services. I sincerely regret being a patron for as long as I was. I will NEVER step foot in any business she is a part of.

I come here often to get my brows tinted. Ive always had grey brows and I have gone place to place to get them tinted, until I found Sudies Brows. Both times I went; Sudie and Rhonda did a perfect, professional job! I love this place!!

Sudie is a true eyebrow artist. She takes the time and skill to design and create the perfect brow for your face. I am so happy with her work and my new eyebrows. I highly recommend her if you were like me and had no brows or just want a perfect brow every day.Edit: I scheduled a 10:00am touch up appointment and the day of, at 9:50am-ish, got a text to confirm my 10:30am appointment. I was already on my way and live 30 minutes away, so was going to be there at 10:00am. No big deal, I waited half an hour extra. At 10:45am no one was at the salon; doors locked. I sent a text asking if they were still coming. No reply. At 11:00am, I texted that I was leaving after waiting an hour and was disappointed. I was texted back that they were sorry and to come back, but I had already wasted my time, so I will go someplace that takes my time and money more seriously.

I’ve been going to Sudi since she was in the Avenues mall, she convinced me to threading and I love it . My eye brows never look so good !!!

They are only accepting new cash, cashapp and PayPal. None of which I use. Was not advised of this when i came in. There was a sign that I saw at checkout which has changed positions. So beware of this. Make sure you bring cash. They did an adequate job of my eyebrows but they are trying way to hard to sell the eyebrow microblading. Did not appreciate the pushyness.

I was not pleased with the unprofessional phone call that was answered when calling about needing an appointment or not. The owner had what sounded like a child screaming in the background and was very quick on the phone as if my call was not important to her business. I could not get myself to book with this salon due to this experience. Also, after further review of the owner’s inability to act professional in many of her responses to her negative google reviews I will be sure to share this behavior with others. I hope that this changes, so that the business can become more successful in the future.

I first went here for microblading a year ago and I have had 2 touch ups since. The place is very clean and everyone is very professional and friendly. Sudie does exceptional work and ensures youre happy with the final result. She gives very detailed after care instructions and Ive never had any issues with healing. She is also very gentle and thorough with her threading techniques. I highly recommend Sudies Brows and I will definitely continue going here.

Terrible experience. Every single time Sudie has made an appointment with me she has been extremely late, forgotten and is extremely unprofessional. She’s just totally not even there. This was her third appointment with me for a touch up that she completely forgot about. I am disgusted with her unprofessionalism and disrespect for others time. Being a working mother you would think she’d have the understanding for other working mothers. It’s absolutely disgusting the way that she treats her clients and the shop is very unsanitary.

I went to see her this weekend for the first time. I have had bad experiences with my eyebrows before so I was very nervous. But, Im glad that I went!!! She is amazing, I will definitely be back to see her. First she threaded my eyebrows and then she added some tint to them and they look great. I wish I would have been sooner!!!

Had great experience with Nauz doing my eyebrows. I have recently had a baby and so havent had my eyebrows done for about 4 months now, and I called to see if I could get in with Nauz. The lady answering the phone didnt know who that was. I sadly will not return as she was the only one who was able to do my eyebrows the way I liked (not saying the other techs are bad, Im just very picky about my eyebrows). I will sadly have to find another place to go.

HORRIBLE ! Now having to go through time consuming and expensive saline treatment to get this total mess of ink off my eyebrows. Arch is higher on one side and eyebrows are saturated with Ink thanks to Sudie that took it upon herself to do a color boost instead of my usual microblading touch up.

They always do my brows so nicely. I dont even have to direct them, they go by the shape of your face. Love them!

I came here because the lady I usually go to at another salon is out of town for a few months. I saw that Sudies Brows had great reviews so I came here. Sudies Brows made my left eyebrow too short and my mothers eyebrows too thin. The lady then had the nerve to lie to me and tell me my eyebrows were like that themselves. Why is my right eyebrow a good length then but my left one way too short? Not coming back here again.

Today I got my eyebrows tinted at Sudies Brows. I had heard great things about this place and once I arrived I was seated almost immediately. The lady who had me was very nice. But my eyebrow tint is not the best. The tint is square and go out past my eyebrow line. One eyebrow goes farther in than the other. I have had my eyebrows tinted many times and this isnt the best. I expected to get them done and not have to try and fixed it with concealer.

She charge you to redo what she missed the first time my friend had her done at a different salon her has perfect the first time she didnt have to pay again if I need any more services Ill go her my friend had her done.

Sudies is the place to go to have your brows threaded or permanent brows and eyeliner, which I did. Sudie is calm and professional even when I squirmed during the process. The tattoos have taken beautifully over two sessions and I want to do one more for my liner. The shop is clean and stays busy with regulars. Ive only been to the Southside Blvd location. This place is amazing! All of the staff are genuinely concerned that you walk out happy. Sudie is so kind and considerate. She always takes the time to listen to my request before beginning the threading. Most other places just want to rush through the appoitment, without listening to your requests. I called and was told I didnt need an appointment to get my eyelashes done so I went on my lunch break. She was not nice and I wouldnt go back.

I was able to get in on short notice without an appt which is always nice.The salon was clean and nicely laid out, though a little warm.Susie was very pleasant, professional and fast. She primed my brows by swiping them with something (I’m assuming alcohol to clean the area and prevent infection) and got to work. She tweezed stray hairs. Probably less than 10 minutes. $10.

Found this salon on google and just relied on reviews and went there to get my eyebrows done... it was so much more than my expectection!!!! very cute Salo and they do everything, wanted to get my eyebrows done, but ended up with pure Brazilian on my hair as well! Sudie did a great job with my eyebrows and I must say Im very picking. I just relocated to Jacksonville, Florida from the Bay Area of California and was looking for someone good to do my eyebrows. I tried to get my eyebrows done at the mall. The place called Labiotique. The lady was very nice but unfortunately didnt know anything about eyebrows and she took my beautiful arch away from my eyebrows. I left the store crying. My friend referred me to Sudies and I just left the store. It is a very beautiful salon. Sudie fixed my eyebrows and from now and then I will be her client and no one can touch my eyebrows anymore.
