First and foremost Karen has got to be one of the kindest most patient individual I’ve met in a while which in today world is rare.I had my eyeliner done and for whatever reason my left eye was having issues and wouldn’t stop watering. Instead of getting aggravated, rushing, and or just giving up she was kind and determined to help me get through it and made adjustments to help. I go back in 6 weeks so that she can do any needed touch ups but so far I love what she’s done and look forward to seeing the end results.

If you find this “Permanent Makeup Creations” website you are in for a spa treatment. Not only is Karen the owner and an artist when doing the the makeup but Karen is very professional. Karen communicates with you before the appointment and after the appointment. Karen listens and will make sure you are “happy” with the results. If you ask me if getting my eyeliners done “hurts” of course it does, no joke there. But it’s all worth it. I was given instructions on how to take care of my newly eyeliners. I had my permanent eyeliner done by Karen. My touch-up appointment was yesterday, 1/21/20, and from beginning (Dec) to end - it was the best experience ever! Ive got to admit, I was NERVOUS! Anxiety overload. I heard from several friends... perm. eyeliner is PAINFUL. They should have gone to Karen. I considered cancelling my first appt. several times and boy am I glad I didnt. Karen made me comfortable and I honestly didnt feel much pain. (Matter of fact, as she got started I wondered when it was going to hurt?) Karen is a true professional in her field & very much a perfectionist. My eyeliner looks fabulous! Even before the touch-up, people questioned why I would even need it. Spoke to someone from a medical spa and she examined my eyes and asked who did it. She was impressed. Another friend had hers done by a well known eye institute in Jacksonville, FL and within 3 weeks, it was gone! She had to pay each time she went back and shes still applying eyeliner because it didnt take. She paid 2+ times what Karen charged for no results. I LOVE being able to wake up in the AM and go out and about without having to apply make-up first thing. Excited to travel to Sandals next month and be able to swim/tan/beach etc. without feeling the need for make-up. THANK YOU Karen! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would. Simply. The. Best!

I had brows and eyes done, then went back to do my lips. Scared out of my mind but just finally took the plunge. She did a great job on everything, but I am crazy in love with my lips. They were always small and colorless. They now look the right size for my face and the look like I was born with them. They are so real looking. I can and will recommend her highly. Just mad that I didnt do this years ago.

She didnt rush the consult, she thoroughly explained the procedure, her products, the machine & needles used. We tried various shapes and shades during my consult & she made me very comfortable!! So comfortable that I decided to move forward on the same day as my consult! (Karen kind enough to rearrange her schedule to do so) Karen followed up consistently and responded to all of my post procedure questions expeditiously!! I live over two hours away and there are many permanent makeup places closer to where I live but for some reason, I have had a really strong gut feeling to go with Karen since the first time I ever spoke to her. We spent months and hours talking over the phone and texting before I decided to drive there and get my eyebrows and lips done. I was very nervous due to bad anxiety I have and she always helped calmed me down and is honestly the most patient person I have ever known which definitely helped my anxiety a lot. Karen completely redid my eyebrows for me and gave me the arch I always wanted but could never accomplish with anyone else. She also made my lips look amazing. I am very pale and my lips were always pale as well and it made me look like I wasnt well and ever since she has tattooed my lips to a natural pink lip color, I have gotten compliments from everyone that I am now glowing and how natural everything looks. Throughout the sessions, Karen has never tried to convince me into anything that I didnt want which I absolutely love. I am beyond happy with how I look now and I refer Karen to anyone who asks about my brows or lips
