It is such a pleasure to enter this office. The personnel must see a hundred patients per day, but each one of us receive a personal touch. I am thrilled with my knee replacement performed by Dr. John Redmond and his PA Daniel Jose, PA is so encouraging and very personable.Thank you!

Dr. John Redmond is a very knowledgeable and personable physician who really listened well and then explained available treatment options. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Its worth the 2-1/2 hour drive from Orlando to see him which I initially did for a second opinion. Every other patient Ive talked to in the waiting room who used Dr. Redmond had nothing but high praise for him and his ability.

Receptionist has poor customer service skills snippy and unprofessional tone and mannerisms.X ray tech poor customer service skills poor bedside manner.Waited over an hour in the lobby where it was freezing.Overall dissatisfied.

My appointment at this facility was as smooth as it gets. I arrived a bit early, and was taken back almost immediately. Mark answered all of my pre-op questions thoroughly. I recommend Southeast Orthopedic Specialists if you have a joint replacement need.

I appreciate how patient and detail oriented these ladies are. Most times my 85 year old grandfather is rushed through a doctors appointment leaves having a multitude of questions. However that was not the case on this visit. Thank you so much for your kindness and concern.

Dr. Redmon, is truly a professional, and forward thinking individual. He always see his work with the patients view in mind. He has changed my life for sure.

Did not care for new office. Care is FANTASTIC. I have had a few joint replacements by Dr Redmond. He is/was the only surgeon that would perform my procedures due to my Obesity. I have lost weight as well but he was only willing surgeon and I have seen many.

The visit was fine, but the pre-appointment experience was forgettable. A person rang to confirm the appointment at a different location than had been designated and then a robot called two hours later to confirm the appointment at the original location. I then had to call and see which was correct and they gave me yet another location. When I got there, I was told that my appointment was for yet another location.

Dr. Redmond took the time to explain everything and all options clearly to me. Great staff as well

I was seeing Dr redmann who is wonderful but the front staff (receptionist) are very rude and unprofessional, it ruins the whole setting

My visit was with Daniel (PA), I understand that Im not his only patient however, I would think they would at least take the time and view your chart before coming in the room with you. I had to keep repeating information that was shared with the assistant that escorted me to the room & also the information that was shared from the last visit.

Appointment went well, advancing well, Walt hopes to be riding bike in next couple of weeks.

Initial visit was good, on-time, comprehensive and thorough. Steps to be taken following MRI will be key.

Cari read my MRIs and said it looked like I needed some work at a rehab to build back up some strength in my muscles. Was happy with what she had to say to me.

Dr. Hakim has been our Doctor for many years and it was a joy to see him again. He is very knowledgeable and professional and was spot on with his diagnosis.

Waited for over an hour, just to be told that the Doctor wasnt coming in until after 11 am, and that wasnt a guarantee. Asked for a ticket to redeem my parking pass, and they dont give those out either. Paid 128.00 just to reschedule. Wow.
