Ive been having a horrible tooth ache and was desperately looking for help. I walked in here and was welcomes quit pleasantly. They got me in immediately as a walk in. So grateful. The staff was truly lovely and helpful. The dr was very patient with me. I told him of my anxiety and he reassured me I was gonna be ok. His assistant, sorry didnt catch names, was such a sweet heart. Very patient and informative. I doubt Ill go anywhere else for my troubles teeth.

I had my wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Sutherland. My first visit with him. What can I say but only good words about this doctor. He was caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was excellent made me feel very comfortable. Now I can enjoy by birthday July 4th with no pain. I would highly recommend this doctor. Healing very nicely. Thanks again Dr. Sutherland you are the BEST!!

Visited the Lake City office for two wisdom teeth extractions. By far one of the easiest dental appointments I have ever experienced! Dr Massaro truly is a dental magician.

Great office, they worked me into the schedule and took care of me. Friendly staff that works well together. Will be bringing my teens here for their wisdom teeth.

Recently, my wife had a last minute referral to First Coast OMS from her Endodontist who performed her root canal. Unfortunately, the infection present in my wifes tooth had spread to some of the tissue in her face - requiring an unplanned procedure to remove said infection.My wife is a very sensitive individual and, like many people, has a general fear of dentists. That being said, she was resolved to do whatever was necessary to address her dental issues.Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Dr. Anthony Massaro proved to be abrasive, condescending and devoid of any bedside manner.When my wife expressed her initial concern and apprehension at the procedure, Dr. Massaro brushed her off with some dismissive statement that they would do their best to make her comfortable. However, he put virtually no effort into making sure she felt at ease with the procedure. He simply plowed ahead like a factory worker on an assembly line concerned with meeting a daily quota.My wife endured excruciating pain during the oral surgery - actually yelling out loud multiple times.Anthony seemed unphased and didnt once pause to offer my wife a moment to compose herself or to see if she needed additional anesthesia. Obviously, I am not a dental surgeon. However, it doesnt take eight years of specialized education to see when a doctor is exercising little to no empathy or consideration for his patient. All I could do was hold my wifes hand and attempt to comfort her through the procedure.Without needing to do any research, it was clear to me that Anthony Massaro is very new to his field. A quick online search verified that he only recently completed his education in 2018. That being said, I would be surprised if ten more years of experience would really change his general demeanor. His words, tone, and body language all communicated an air of superiority. On a recent follow-up visit, when I asked whether it was a concern that the infection may have drained into my wifes mouth and stomach, he actually laughed (presumably at my ignorance).Suffice to say, we will not be returning to First Coast OMS for a repeat performance. I hope this review helps any future potential patients avoid a similar encounter.

Went in to have my wisdom teeth removed Dr. Skigen and his team were all wonderful. I’ve had more traumatic fillings than this. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I would highly recommend. They was able to remove my tooth a month early instead of making me wait. Staff was very nice!.

I can’t say how understanding and compassionate the entire staff at this practice was. I needed an extraction and was experiencing severe dental anxiety and everyone was so understanding and non judgmental. Particularly, Savannah she was there to answer questions and hold my hand. Dr. Skigen was kind, understanding and also non judgmental. From the time I walked in the office everyone was kind, professional and caring. Tara was so helpful with insurance issues and was patient helping me and my husband through the challenges insurances present.As a RN with over 30yrs experience, this is the patient customer service you’d want everyone to receive.I’d recommend this practice to anyone and particularly those with dental anxiety. Thank you Savannah again you were wonderful! And thank you Dr. Skigen!

Dr. Skigen and his staff were amazing! I was highly nervous and full of anxiety but they were quick to understand and calm my nerves. Big shout out to Savannah for being extra caring and taking the time to explain everything to me!

I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted here, after my other dentist was only able to do 1, and take 3 hours. I was hurting for 2 weeks after I went to get the second one out and they tried to double charge me so I left. I come here to first coast to get the remainder out, and the consultation and extraction was done in same visit. I was only there an hour for everything X-ray and 3 teeth out. I have a little pain, but nothing compared to the other dentist. Very grateful for these guys. Staff and Dr. Massaro are 10/10

I put my wisdom tooth off for years because I was too afraid of the risk of removing it. Unfortunately my wisdom tooth were not removed within the appropriate stages and grew close to the nerve. Overtime the pain worsened and Andrew Skigen came highly recommended by another dental office who considered me to be a high risk patient. This has got to be one of the best decisions Ive ever made . Doctor Skigen is extremely well at what he does and he doesnt sugar coat! I was extremely nervous and very mixy during the extraction but Skigen and associates adhered carefully to my needs during the entire process.Its only been 24hrs since the extraction however I woke up this morning with ZERO pain and Im healing quickly (most of my swelling has decreased and Im eating normal.) Just be sure to follow every single rule and take meds as instructed ! I think its safe to say I wont be permeanantly losing my ability to feel in my lower mouth area. (:Theyre also very affordable ! I compared them to like 15 other places .THANK YOU

The most kind, professional and efficient medical service I have received in a long time! From the first call made to the medical procedure that was performed on the same day. I am so grateful to Dr Henley and her team. Excellent front office associates that made me feel that they will do whatever to help me the same day. Dr Henley was amazing. Charismatic and inviting. Helped me get rid of an infection I had been dealing with for some time now. Took the time to understand my situation and my current financial position and worked things out so that I could get the best option for what was happening.Would 100% recommend

My daughter had lockjaw. We had scheduled surgery to loosen up her jaw. Doctor Skigen evaluated her after we had paid for the surgery and determined she only needed muscle relaxer‘s. He refunded us all of our money and she is now getting better without surgery. He is truly an excellent doctor that will put his patients health above his financial gain. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had a great deal of dental work done over the years and have been put through unimaginable pain and discomfort. From the beginning and to the end of a wisdom tooth extraction, I had NO discomfort or pain. They truly care about their patients and listen to them. Very professional office and staff. I would highly recommend to anyone.

If you go anywhere for dental implants you must go here! These people are angels from God. They told me that when my implants didn’t take they would replace them to make sure they would. They are very thorough and extremely kind! And their work is Flawless thank you Dr. Skigen and Andrew and Dwayne for all your hard work!

Beautiful establishment but waaaay over-priced. I paid $146 so the doctor could spend 15 minutes going over x-rays sent by my dentist. Mind you, I waited 40 minutes to see him. Pissed. Go somewhere else. Run there if you can. Dr Emory, down the street, charges $55 for the same consultation...rip offs. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am not a good dental patient and Dr Henley has been very patient with me. The staff is great and I would recommend them anytime.
