The Dr and his staff were always kind and provided great service everytime. I moved so Im saddened to part ways with this office but I highly recommend them to anyone needing an optometrist.

Dr Grinshaw is so very caring. I felt like he truly cared about my well being. Id been to 2 other eye places before going to Gateway Vision. He made me feel like he was concerned and told me he was going to get my problem resolved. I HIGHLY recommend this place from the amazing staff when you first walk in to the professionalism of the Dr. He has my business for life!!!

I normally have a great experience here. However, I called to schedule my regular yearly appointment and was told to call back at the end of the month. Who doesn’t schedule appts that far out, it’s two weeks from now? I am a returning patient, not new. Bad customer service and apparently loyalty means nothing to this business. I will be finding a new eye doctor.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The wait was extremely long. Staff walking around with sagging pants and underwear exposed. Had me read the eye chart out of the smallest mirror imaginable across the room. Out of date equipment. Safe to say I will never go back.
