Awesome staff! I needed to replace my broken glasses and Jacksonville vision center was able to see me on a day notice due to a cancelation. Other vision places did not even offer that option. The check-in was smooth and easy process. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Explained everything they were doing. I got a better price on my new glasses than my previous eye doctor office. Highly recommended. Thank you Jacksonville Vision Center, you are all awesome!

Dr Taylor was very fast about the appointment and got me in and out. Despite the fast visit he was sure to take the time to make sure my questions and concerns were answered and explained thoroughly. Definitely will be going back in the future!

Got my glasses within 2 weeks which they said it would take 4-6 weeks because I have Medicaid.. shocked me when they called to tell me my glasses were ready . All the staff and doctors were really nice as well. I really recommend the eye vision center!

Absolutely the best vision center I have ever been to. Ive been wearing contacts for 20+ years and have never had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Taylor and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great. Highly recommend!

I wish I could leave less than 1 star but I cant. Our daughters glasses were supposed to be ordered 6 weeks ago. We called today for the 3rd time to check on them and were told that the insurance carrier said they never got the order from the staff. The staff failed to follow up and ensure everything was on track until 6 weeks later!Now, our daughter has to wait another 6 weeks with a high prescription.

I took my toddler here as they take tricare. We had an annual eye exam done. We were seen on time, they were great working with a just turned 3yr old, and did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help with any questions or needs. Great service.

Great staff! It was my first time getting my eyes checked in years and the staff thoroughly checked my eyes and helped me pick out a pair of glasses I would have never picked up myself but I love them! Tricare accepted, and I highly recommend coming here!

Everyone was so nice ! They even helped me pick the right frames for my face and took their time. Didnt feel rushed or anything. I also love the fact that they were very prompt. I had an appointment at 2 and sure enough I was taken back and started my exam at 2. Absolutely love that. Highly recommend! (They take tricare as well)

I called for a quote and was told a price nearly double what I actually paid elsewhere. Do your research. Seems like many companies are out to make extra bucks under this quarantine.

Great experience. Had trouble adjusting to progressive lenses. The optician ordered a second pair and cut them with less progression. I still had trouble adjusting to the second pair so the optician ordered a third set of lenses with no progression. All of this was at no additional cost to me.I really felt like I was being a pain/annoying, but the optician was kind and compassionate throughout the entire process.Many thanks and I would definitely recommend Jacksonville Vision Center to a friend.
