I spent about $800 dollars on my last pair of glasses. I wasn’t interested in doing that again. I did the home try-on which was great. So, I already had an idea of what I wanted when I arrived at the store today. 15 minutes later, I walked out having spent $325 dollars. To not mislead, I didn’t get progressive lenses this time. If I did, it would be 525ish. Still, a savings of almost $300 if I had stuck with my old prescription.As for the customer service, it was excellent. At the Jacksonville, Fl location masks are optional if you care about that. I know many people have breathing issues or simply don’t want to wear a mask.They are friendly and helpful with a large selection. I’m an extreme introvert. So, any time I leave a store feeling comfortable, you know they did a good job.

The staff is really helpful and their selection of glasses was great! The store was clean, I will definitely be back next time I want to get new glasses!

Great location! Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and of course great Warby frames. Their selection, though, was quite limited compares to what I see online. Quite a few styles and colors were missing that I had hoped to get on - either they werent carried or they were out of stock. Otherwise THE best place to get glasses.

Had such a pleasant time picking out my glasses during COVID-19. The staff took every measure to ensure safety and social distancing. Danielle Johnson helped me out and was so patient with helping me find the right pair for my face and one I liked! She even went above and beyond and suggested glasses that weren’t even on display but were stored in the back and in boxes.. I ended up finding the PERFECT pair from one of the boxes stored away. GREAT EXPERIENCE..

Great experience. Salesmen were very nice, helpful, and informative, the place was very clean and safe with covid, good prices, just a great place to get glasses.

I like the style of glasses that I have but they smudge so easily! And obviously you can’t clean them with a shirt or they become even worse so I have to carry around the case with the cloth they gave me everywhere. I rather go back to the glasses that I had before. It’s so annoying having to clean them 4-5 times in one day. I don’t have time for that when I’m at work.

Visited this store recently because Ive seen commercials and one of my friends got her glasses from here! The associate on the floor was not welcoming at all however. It felt like she was more willing to help customers who visibly had luxury purses and clothing. I had high hopes but will be going someplace else for glasses.

Just had to make a follow up visit to Warby Parker at St Johns Town Center. I must give this location 5 Stars for the level of attention, customer care, and selection. The entire team was pleasant, patient and greeted me with a warm smile. The plus is that this location also has an Eye Exam office. Please stop by. You dont be disappointed.

Made appointment for our son and had complete eye exam. Ordered glasses and trail contacts to be p/u at the same time as we do not live close by and thats where the service stopped! I called twice asking about the glasses and contacts with no response! Then finally the gentleman at the call center NOT THE ACTUAL STORE WE WENT TO - informed me that the trial contacts werent ordered.... what a complete waste of time!Zero actual service since its a call center! Yo uh cant speak to anyone at the location you visited! This experience makes me rethink drive through eye care....

When Warby Parker first hit the scene years ago, I loved the idea of having glasses that you picked sent to you to try on in the comfort of your own home. You could ask whoever you liked which pair they liked the best. I remember posting on Instagram asking my friends to choose from a few photos. I asked my mom and girlfriend and ended up with a great pair of glasses.I was pleasantly surprised to see that WP has started to open up brick and mortar locations. I came in here today and was greeted real quick. The staff was very nice. I took some time to find four or so pairs that I really liked. Shannon helped me add them to my WP account so I didnt forget them. I was just looking today so I didnt go through ordering a bunch to try on or buying a pair, but I think it will be super easy. I was told they take about 7-10 days to arrive.It looks like the cost of an eye exam is around $140 dollars which is about average compared to other places in the area. I got mine for less somewhere else though so that was nice. There are benefits of coming into the store to choose your glasses. They will measure you to make sure that the glasses you are choosing are the best ones for you and fit the right way. I have to say that the customer support is top notch. Shannon was super friendly and helpful. Also tons of glasses still fall under $100 dollars. I think all the pairs I like were a cool $95 dollars. That is an amazing deal for glasses that look as good as WP specs.I highly suggest you come here for your glasses. You wont regret it.

Everything about my experience there was fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, there to make finding the right pair of glasses as easy as possible. And the prices are excellent!

I visited this store earlier today and was highly unsatisfied with my experience. There were multiple associates available, but only two people went out of their way to assist me while the rest of the staff stood around and gossiped. Id like to thank the associate with dark brunette hair and another associate with medium brown hair for their maturity and amiability, they were the only ones who were professional and composed. The rest of the staff gossiped about other coworkers, which was highly distasteful for a professional environment. I will definitely not be coming back to this store!!!!!

For years and years I have gone to Walmart or Sams club to get my frames at a discount. Needless to say, I have spent hundreds of dollars on frames in lenses at least once a year for the last 20 years. Then last year, I discovered warby Parker. my first set of frames with lenses ran me a little bit over a hundred bucks and I got nothing but compliments on the style and the lenses are second to none. This is my second year when Im going to order from warby Parker and Im getting two sets of frames and one of them is going to be transitional. I love their work ethic and their sustainability and the toughness of their frames and lenses and just about everything else about this company. If I could buy stock, I would. I highly recommend them for all of your eyeglass needs

Great experience with customer service my order for my reading glasses and sunglasses were lost in the post office system and the team at war B Parker made me two new pairs and mailed them immediately to my home today and no extra charge couldn’t be happier
