Every time we come the wait is over 2 hours and they just keep saying sorry someone will be with you shortly! This place always over books and doesn’t care about people’s time. They also waited an hour to tell us “your insurance won’t cover this” I told them yes it would we come every year. So they called the insurance and of course it is covered! They don’t know how to run their business. And this is during COVID-19 and they still have this many bookings.

This place is always very nice and accommodating .I take my children there to get both of their glasses.the lady that operates the place is always able to take care of us without a problem and they take Sunshine State which is very helpful! The only problems are that the hours for optometry are inconsistent and closed half the time as well as not being able to get anyone one the phone to see if they are even open.

It sycked got here at 8am to drop off my sons eye glass prescription. It seemed like the lady for that decided she would take care of the 2 people signed in when they felt like it. This is aggervating.

Called for business hours, receptionist very rude and unprofessional. Hung up before I could ask anymore questions.

Horrible service.sat in lobby over an hour and a half past my appointment time .I finally walked out
