We need outside lights so it isnt so dark at the east side and the very front door. It is pretty dark and the street people hang around the smoking shed at night, since they cannot be seen!I have been here about 2 1/2 years and the staff are friendly and curteus but then I do not try to tell them their jobs either. When I need something (usually repairs) I call the manager and tell him my problem, usually it is done that day. Some people here like to argue and spread rumors so it is easier to avoid these instiens! You get more done by not being so nosey or a know it all!Overall for the rent we pay, this is a great place to live.

Its a fairly decent place to live. As in any place with 6 floors of people, there are going to be some problems but overall its a pretty safe place to live.

Ive been comming to visit family here for a couple months now most of the people here are very nice and polite the inside and outside are always looking superb. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and bonus the hospital is rifht nect door .

They have a mean management brad he is sorry .he pitch my sister in the dumpster over an old purses to it were oldBed bugs roaches drugs he even does them to....

Have family that lives here and the other tenants are really nice. And the janitor keeps this building clean you can always smell the clean when you walk in a hallway

I have a friend who lives here. For years I had no idea what this place was and who lived there. This place is for people who receive either government or state benefits. The Apartments are nice and they have great resources for the residents.

The reason I dont like it here is because of all the things that happened to me when I was visiting someone who lived there.

The employees are rude. They also have a lot of rules that are unethical.

They are nice but I would not live there.
