Best way for you to be married

Our family has used this wonderful building for several events, including my mothers Celebration of Life. The building has historic significance, is well maintained, and the kitchen is wonderful!

We want to thank the board members, especially Susie Scott for all their support and compassion for my young sons Celebration of Life memorial! It is a beautiful venue to gather with family and friends and it always be in our memory! We will always be here to support the Mandarin Community Club!

The place is located on a beautiful grounds and lots of parking. It is a historic place going back to nearly 95 years. Lots of history behind this place going back to WWI. A jewel in Mandarin to go to and learn about the past. The President (Emily) and members of club are very friendly. As a newcomer and retiree to Jacksonville I am glad to have found this place. Keep up the good work!

Attended a wedding reception at the Mandarin Community Club at 12447 Mandarin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. This was a really nice place to get together with family and celebrate a wedding. Table and chairs were decorated beautiful and had a dance floor area. A bar was set up in the corner of the room for drinks and dinner was served. A beautiful really old Florida tree in front of the building is a perfect backdrop for family photos.

Pretty cool place with lots of history. Harriet Beecher Stowe lived in the house at one time. Get out and look around the grounds as there are things to see...like a grave. The one small bathroom is a bit of a disappointment when youre at a wedding with lots of people.

Ive been going to events at this venue since childhood. It is a lovely place with a pleasant atmosphere. Lots of parking and easy to get to.The maintenance staff is somewhat rude and snippy.

The lady in charge, Dee Dee, is very unprofessional. She never returns calls or texts. When peoples money is involved and they are paying for services, you need to keep an open line of communication. On top of that, they didnt give back our $500 deposit and surprise surprise, she wont return our calls to explain why. Its very unfortunate that this beautiful community club is run by someone so unprofessional.

Great venue! Beautiful grounds, full kitchen, plenty of parking. Jackie was very accommodating with our party planning process. Cant wait to book another celebration at the Mandarin Community Club!

I have called multiple times, sent emails, and even contacted on FaceBook about renting this studio and nobody has contacted me back even once. I told the person managing the FaceBook page about my issues getting a response and they assured me that someone would get back to me. That was over a week now. A friend rented from them recently and although the venue is very beautiful the lady who they had to deal with was extremely rude. I was told by multiple people who attended that the woman was screaming at them and almost didnt let them in the building. Its a shame that such a beautiful spot in a beautiful location is run so poorly. I was hoping to make my own opinion of the place, but looks like I wont have that opportunity since I cant get a call, a message, or an email back.

Great historical site for a fancy small wedding. We have such memories now from this place!

A great place for a small gathering

Nice and clean

Very pretty grounds and venue (although a little dirty inside ). I was there for a wedding and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the area!

Nice venue for a small to medium gathering of less than 100. Acoustics are the negative.

Kinda small but good for moderate shindigs

Easy parking, beautiful area, great place to get married, however the a/c did not get as cold and womens bathroom door is in main banquet area. It made it difficult to get to when chairs and tablets set up.
