I have shopped here for years. My favorite employee retired, but I find all kinds of useful household goods. I bought my son a very nice bed frame, my kitchen cabinets, appliances, books, pictures, fan blades, lights, doors, tile, ect. Will continue to donate when I can, but also shop!!

Nice Selection but prices are high, especially for used and or surplus items. You can spend a minor amount more and get new items with warranty. The used items are displayed without cleaning the units. A simple wet wipe could make the items display better. They are actually selling dirty/nasty used items at close to new prices.

These stores are great for the DIYers. They have an amazing selection of products, make sure you check both stores. A couple of things to remember is that generally what they have is what you get, in short make sure you buy enough for your project. Also be aware of color dye lots, the same color product can have slight variances because it was manufactured at a different time.

Tried to donate good condition kitchen cabinets after a remodel. It was impossible to speak to an actual staff member over the phone. The store does not allow for drop off donations and wants to charge for pickup of my donated cabinets that they will most likely resell. I think I will find another outlet for my donations.

Great organization in Jacksonville located at the intersection of Emerson and Beach. They accept donations of building supplies and furniture. They have a large variety of items that are at really good prices. Interior doors are $5.99 and some of them are solid wood and would be close to $100 a piece at Home Depot or Lowes. They are also good be to find trim and moulding for $3.99 for pieces longer than 5 foot. They are definitely worth checking out if you only need a small quantity of material, you likely wont find an entire jobs worth of materials if youre doing a large project, but you could likely find enough to redo something a room at a time.

This store is super awesome! We have found many treasures from HabiJax and your purchase goes toward our local Habitat for Humanity. If youre looking for things for your home like lightning, doors, flooring, etc or need furnishings, a rug, toilet, couches or paint? Maybe some neat second hand finds? They have all of that here; office furniture, pianos and even some antiques! Its a neat place to walk around and check out. You never know what you may find! They do offer Military and Senior Discounts. If you like something though, grab it because it will probably not be there next time!

The staff is very helpful. The products are donated by both individuals and local businesses. Often times from remodeling jobs. It is not uncommon to find complete kitchen cabinets with counters. A variety of sinks - for bath and kitchen, lighting, doors, tile, carpets, trim mold, new and used furniture. Also outdoor furniture. Bar stools. A hodgepodge. Books, artwork, mirrors and even tools.I stop in whenever I am near that side of town. I love looking around. All net proceeds go to the local Habijax For Humanity. A VERY WORTHY CAUSE.

Love this spot! Great organization to donate and shop! I’ve volunteered on HabiJax projects in the past. Therefore, I have witnessed a fraction of all the good they do in our community. These volunteers are awesome, friendly people! You can find so many things. They vary @ any given time... Examples: Windows, doors, other building supplies, kitchen cabinets. Office & home furniture. Lamps/fixtures. Rugs/tiles/laminate flooring. It’s really amazing to see & they are quite reasonable for most items!!!

Way over priced for most of the things they had at least vanity wise... A beat up one that was literally falling in half was still 149?!?! Howwwwww? A brand new one starts at like 300 and these VERY used ones were 200 to 500. Im not sure how they can run a business like this especially when they get it free.

I love, love, love thrift stores! You never know what youll find. Most of the thrift stores you go to have a bunch of junk that is either very outdated or doesnt work at all, but not this store. I was struck most by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The prices are already great but if you find an item that has a higher price than you are willing to pay, try to negotiate, you never know! They have a ton of appliances. I just bought a newer side by side fridge for about a third of what I would have paid new. But go early, because the good deals go quick. The staff is very friendly and I love knowing that the proceeds of the sale go to Habitat for Humanity. Youve got to check it out!

I felt like the prices were a little ridiculous. $79 for a table that had 3 chairs instead of 4 and wasnt in the best of condition? But what really got my sensitive nose was the overwhelming smell of cat piss as soon as I walked in.Its a shame, I really loved going to habitat back home in Virginia. I know its not guaranteed to score something every time, but this one I believe Ill avoid! That being said I really think habitat for humanity is an awesome program!

Very nice Shop if you are looking for discounted prices on everyday household items and Necessities that are need of repair replacement.Glad I found this place when I did, just replaced 3 interior doors and alway bi-fold door for under $60.They all need to be painted, that even a brand new door from Home Depot would have been needed to be painted, and I were paid around $60 per door at least At Home Depot or Lowes. They had a great selection of used sinks and countertops to, I just had to go measure mine to see what I can use.I will definitely be a frequent customer from now on.Michael H..

Unfair holds placed on items. The rules state you must pick up the item within a certain amount of time but there is obviously items that have been sitting there much longer! They will not let you buy those items after the maximum time has been reached. They do have a lot of different items but MUCH of it is way over priced. They are selling rugs for 70-100 and that is the price of a new rug. Gotta keep checking often because they get stuff all the time.

The prices seem like they are getting higher, but if you look closely you can find a good deal. The employees overall were friendly except one person on todays visit. My husband asked if they had the bit for an auger and when asked by another employee while we were standing right there he had the nerve to say dont let em fool you l, it didnt come with one. Very rude and inappropriate since we just wanted to know if there was one with it when it was donated. Not sure I will be using them when looking for stuff for my new house Im having built.

Great store to buy all home renovations items and more! I have purchased a dryer, stove, fridge, sofa, table, lamps, ceiling lights, tiles, paint, welcome mats...lol The 4 stars is because sometimes the prices are a bit high for used items! but when you shop there as much as I do it balances out!! WTH...I just purchased a basically new, stainless steal, set of stove and a french doors LG fridge, that was on sale for $899. It had an additional 20% discount...So I just paid $719.20 FOR THE SET!!! Cant beat that!

If Im looking for an odd match to a light a strange tile did I only need five pieces of, this is where I goIf you do rehabs and are looking to match older home finishings... This is where to go.Highly recommended when youre on the serious hunt. Today especially they came through as a continued go to.Yes, that rhymed...

Went to purchase a chandelier, and someone hit our car in the parking lot. Instead of helping me to complete my purchase the ENTIRE staff went to the door to discuss the drama about someone hitting our car. Even after asking aloud twice, Can someone help me? I was ignored. I left the chandelier on the counter and walked out. Perhaps your staff could get their priorities straight since this is a charity store and all.

Keep it real Habijax, your prices have skyrocketed, are you not a store to help the less fortunate to get their stuff and you are selling used stuff for very close to NEW pricing!
