Dr Raid Ossi is my doctor and I feel he is the greatest! He takes his time and listens to both what I am asking and saying. He explains what I dont understand and doesnt get frustrated. Dr Ossi is truly a wonderful doctor and great man.

Forget it if you expect them to call you back.I just heard test results of a test I took over a month ago, a few days ago.That result, possible blocked artery to the brain resulting in two mini strokes and still no one will return my call when last I heard they were ordering yet another test to confirm.My whole experience has left me stunned.Please ossi call me back!

A horrific nightmare! Thats how I would sum it up my experiences with both of them.First, my experience with Dr. Raid George Ossi:This, and I swear this on my own life, has been the most useless doctor that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I truly mean that in every sense of the word, and that is by no means a simple figure of speech. I TRULY, 100%, believe that Dr.Ossi did not care about finding out what or where my health issues were/are stemming from, not in a timely manner, at least. Today, I still do not know what my health issues are.Things like Its OK to double book him. It wont take long. Things like trying to schedule you for 3 months later, when no diagnosis, nor a treatment has been found/prescribed yet, and you have just got done explaining to him that youre in constant pain. Things like not taking any suggestions into consideration at all. Things like not being interested in listening, but instead only in talking. Not willing to do the work, and order tests. Minimizing your condition, and pain youre in. Things like You remind me of another patient I had, but this guy was REALLY in pain. Things like my memory loss, and drastic change in personality, headaches, and all that, be IMMEDIATELY dismissed with a simple its the shunt without doing any further investigation of his own. Things like the fact that I lost 20 lbs in a VERY short amount of time, without changing my lifestyle, and not even care to acknowledge it. Things like me going back to my primary and HIM be the one telling me, that on Dr.Ossis notes, Dr.Ossi says I have sings of Demyelinating Polyneuropathy, yet Dr.Ossi never shared that with me, after multiple visits. (photo: I had my primary write it down for me, so that I could look it up.)After months of going to Dr.Ossi, he has not provided me with a diagnosis, much less a treatment. I am in more pain than ever, and the issues surrounding my head have not gotten any better. I can understand that some issues take time to find, but Dr.Ossi has not shown ANY sense of urgency, but instead quite the opposite, has postponed and elongated the process.As a matter of fact, it has took so long, and because my girlfriend has not been allowed to go into medical visits with me (because of the pandemic) she faxed a paper (shared) to Dr.Ossi with questions, and suggestions from a top doctor in Chicago who saved her life from C.Diff when no other doctors could even find her problems.) Instead Dr.Ossi found my girlfriends fax extremely offensive, and thats when things started getting even more weird. (Ran out of space.) (Worst experience of my life. Literally. Dr.Ossi. His Office. Tyrone Baron McCloud.)

Great Doctors and staff .

My issue isn’t necessarily with Dr. Ossi, but with his staff. My boyfriend has been sick for months, and due to COVID I have not been able to go with him to his appointments. It’s been hard watching someone I love significantly get ill. I faxed over a letter with questions that I hoped Dr. Ossi would answer for my boyfriend at his next appointment since I couldn’t be there. His staff made a comment that my fax was disrespectful (it wasn’t). Then my boyfriend contacted them on a separate occasion telling them he felt he was dying. 24 hours later someone called him back to go to the ER. He already had been multiple times and he passed me the phone since he was getting no where with them. I spoke with them on the phone and they instantly were hostile, which in turn made me frustrated since I have been watching my boyfriend significantly decline. I asked to speak with the supervisor and so forth. I eventually got a call back from Tyrone McCloud who I tried to explain the issues. He eventually went off on me telling me I was berating the staff and my faxes and calls were not welcome until I was on his HIPPA. Regardless, I honestly have never, and I mean never, seen any place, company, or office be so rude to someone who is simply trying to advocate for someone they love. I am well aware that with HIPPA they can’t say anything until I’m on the form, to which Tyrone said “then you should not be disrespecting us by calling and faxing as your calls and faxes are unwelcome.” Literally, all I was trying to do was be helpful but ended up in tears at my frustration with how rude people can be. I never cursed at these people. Never screamed. Never “berated” them. I highly recommend going anywhere else.**Update on my review. I got my boyfriend into Mayo and wow. What a difference. The treatment, the testing, the quality. Absolutely wonderful. Truly don’t go here. I can’t believe how they treated us.

Dr. Ossi is a compassionate, professional doctor! He really listens and makes me feel he really understands my health concerns! And his MA Regina is awesome!

I just saw this doctor recently for tremor, he asked a lot of questions to make sure what condition I had. Prescribed me the medication for tremor, no beating around the bush. Overall, im very satisfied.
