I recently called Preston Home Medical supplies because I needed additional large gauze pads after surgery. I spoke to Tim who was wonderful. He set aside what I needed and when a friend stopped by to pick up my supplies, he had found additional supplies plus some wonderful tape he highly recommended. Preston Home Medical Supplies has to be my favorite medical supply store that I have ever been to. Tim and the Staff are super nice and helpful. I have been going to them for over 4 years now for all my ostomy supplies. They always have what I need and make me feel right at home! I suggest them to all my family and friends for almost everything. My mother recently had a total knee replacement and we got her special stockings and the extension for the toilet seat so she didnt have to bend as much.They also offer Gift Cards so for Christmas when I am asked what I want I tell them a gift card to my medical supply store.Thank you Tim and all your staff for everything you do to make my life with Crohns Disease easier every day!

I needed to purchase a knee brace and Tim stopped to take the time with me. He measured my knee and then took some braces from the wall. He took about 4 of them from the wall and tried them all on to make sure which one better fit. He was very nice and made sure I was okay with it. It was a very pleasant trip and would go there from now on for anything I need. Great customer service!!

You just dont find service like this anymore. All the people in the store are so knowledgeable and they go out of their way to really help. I needed incontinence protective underwear for my elderly mother. I was tired of buying that product they sell in regular drug stores. They fixed me up with products from Abena, they are terrific. Better than anything I have ever gotten her before. We are done with those Depends!!!! They gave me samples and made sure I got the right size for her too. You wont believe how this is like the service you used to get everywhere. I guess not since those chain drug stores put all the good guys out of business. At least this place is still open...thanks Tim and the gang there.

Such an amazing experience while we were in an emergent situation!! Our dog got a hold of my husband’s CPAP mask and we didn’t get home until 530. I spent 20 minutes searching for an open store to buy a replacement and the only one I found was this. They close at 6 and at 550 I called and they agreed to stay open until I got there! My husband could not sleep without the mask due to sleep apnea and it was just a blessing that they were willing to help us in that type of situation!

Every time I go to Preston Pharmacy I always get excellent service. The employees are always very nice. I also go to the medical supply show room because being diabetic I can get everything I need for my wound care. The carry a great variety of supplies such as honey=med which is great for healing wounds on the foot also all the different sizes of gauze and tape depending on the area you have to wrap whether it be toes or ankles or any other area..

I love Preston Pharmacy because of their Pharmacy Technician Nita. She has extraordinary people skills. Whenever there is a problem she works with me until we get it resolved. She does a wonderful job having my People with disabilities medications filled accurately in a timely manner. Nita we need more people like you. The proprietor Tim Stiles charged one of the individuals that I provide services for 76.50 to replace four screws, bolts, washers and front casters on his wheelchair. I am so very disappointed. Most people that frequent your pharmacy/medical supply store are on fixed incomes, and can not afford to be taken advantage of. This is exploitation at its finest.😞

I needed information and products to help with pending arthroscopic knee surgery. Tim, the proprietor of Preston Home Medical supplies, explained the importance of icing the knee, and recommended an Ice It! knee wrap with reusable ice packs. They worked great! The staff is very knowledgeable, and the customer service is second to none!

Im an active weekend athlete, and for me Preston Home Medical Supplies has helped me stay in the game! I had a knee problem, so Tim recommended a compression knee brace. I always go to Preston Home Medical for my knee braces, wrist braces and ankle wraps because their supply is real state-of-the-art, high tech inventory but the prices are more than reasonable. That stuff really helps me out with my tennis and racquetball game..... I also switched over my prescriptions to Prestons from CVS because I like the friendly, personalized service they give. I just kind of like the down home feeling there rather than a corporate franchise retail store. The location is ideal too

This place had the ankle brace I needed however they are double to cost of buying online. I expected to pay more buying in the local community, however I feel ripped off by this place.

Ive been looking for a decent knee brace for a long time. Have an entire drawer full of braces that Ive tried over several years. They have all had various issues from not working to slippage or bunching up. In my desire to keep active in middle age with running, biking, snow skiing and racquetball I needed something secure, sturdy and by all means durable. Mr. Stiles of Preston Home Medical Supplies suggested I demo one his braces after he measured my knee called Medi and I was amazed that it never slipped during racquetball or while running. My knee also felt much better afterwards. I liked it so much I bought it plus one for the other knee. I would highly recommend Preston Home Medical Supplies if you want old fashioned personalized and professional service that is lacking in todays world of commercial chainstores. In closing, I couldve purchased ten pairs of these braces for all the time and money I placed into the false ones that Ive bought over the years.
