I came to this location because it has the best reviews out of the other options. I was called back quickly and Erick was very friendly and efficient at getting me in and out.There are multiple signs saying that an appointment is required but many people still tried to get in. I like that it’s appointment only because it helps keep everything running quickly! I will definitely use this location again for anything else I need to go in for.

I went in with an appointment and was taken immediately. Jason was the phlebotomist who assisted me and was very kind and gentle. My veins are very difficult when it comes to drawing blood and, Jason managed to get in done in only two sticks vs the three or four I’ve dealt with in the past.And for those who have had issues with finding this location, it’s INSIDE of the Walmart.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7:45am was called back at 7:40am by Justin and out of there in under 30 minutes. Justin the phlebotomist was skilled having 15 years of experience. Five vials of blood later and I was out of there. I will definitely be using this location going forward.

Ive been here twice so far and had nothing but amazing experiences. Each time, I got called back within literally a minute of checking in for my appointment. I have extremely thin difficult veins and have had many traumatic experiences in the past but Jason (long hair) is a pro. Very calming personality, extremely gentle, I barely felt the needle, and he was able to draw blood on first try which has never happened for me! Will definitely continue coming back here.

I had a great experience with my 2 blood tests this week! Both of my phlebotomists were very friendly and professional. I only had to wait 1-2 minutes for my appointment.

I went to this location and got the blood work, so when I went to the doctor’s appointment she didn’t have the results, she asked did you get your blood work done? I answered yes, she said well they didn’t send it to me, so she called them and their answer was that they couldn’t get the results because I wasn’t fasting. I got so upset because I was fasting, and I don’t understand when they founded out that I wasn’t fasting? After they took my blood? I don’t understandVery bad work

As much as I dislike doctors appointments, and not to mention lab coat syndrome, Lol...I had a good experience with the lab techs who were kind and pleasant to help bring my anxiety down. I had to provide a couple of good, routine, samples which I hope will lead to better health recommendations from my doctor.

Unclean and rude. Run to another location fast! No one sanitizes the pad to check-in, the signature pad or the bathroom between clients. When I asked the worker about sanitizing she had a nasty attitude about wiping the bathroom handle and the signature pad.

Excellent service provided with adequate attention given to each and every patient. Great staff!!! With awesome customer service skills.

Do NOT support this business; as the other most recent reviews will reiterate, this place is absolutely awful. I made an appointment and checked into the Quest portal, and was informed that my estimated wait time would be twenty minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. The waiting room was full of people, and I knew when I heard the phlebotomist speak curtly to another person while checking in that this was going to be a bad experience. I waited for thirty minutes, checked into the portal again, and it said 10 more minutes. Finally, I had the phlebotomist help me (guy with long, red hair) and he was extremely rude. He typed my confirmation number into the portal, turned to me and said, “you’re in the wrong place.” I asked him what the portal said - when and where was the appointment? He could not tell me. So, here’s my review, after wasting 2 hours and walking away WITHOUT having mylab work done— both the automated system and the staff at Quest do not function properly. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I couldn’t even get the portal to upload my complaint form, and when I called the 800 number listed for customer service, the person just sat there silently and offered a cursory, fake apology at the end. I’ll never, ever waste my time or money supporting this horrific business again :)

I went in to do a drug screening for my job. After I signed in, the automated sign-in system said it would be about 10 seconds until an associate would assist me. I looked around and there wasn’t a soul in the place. I figured it would be just me in line and the estimate seemed believable. Almost immediately, a guy came out and said that they “only do appointments here, no walk-ins.” I thought that was interesting because their automated phone service said appointments were from opening until closing every fifteen minutes. Instead, I find out that this location booked all their appointments during the day for the next two months, but not to actual people. It’s just place holders so they don’t have to deal with customers.

My child has had labs done frequently since he was a month old. He is medically complex and is totally use to having to have them done...BUT :You know what we arent use too?When our child walks out telling us how much he liked this location. When he walks out telling us how much HE liked the person who took his blood. How the guy would converse back with him, not ignore/just agree. Even my husband came out very happy that it went that well.I dont know his name but to the guy with long hair/eye brow piercing (Im sorry! We didnt see your name) you rock at your job especially with kids. Keep on doing what you are doing. Sir, we have been to 3 different locations in state and YOU are the best our child feels he has had for labs since the childrens hospital in CA. That really says alot. We plan to share your location/description with our specialists. If you havent already...your going to make labs for alot of kids better instead of a nightmare. Thank you!

I had an appt today for lab testing and left home 20 minutes before my appointment and could not find the location. The GPS took me behind the Gate gas station and Ruby Tuesday’s on Monument and when I re entered the address into Maps AND Google Maps and it took me to Walmart. I missed my appointment because of their wonky address and no way to get through the automated system to speak with someone. The phone just disconnects. What a waste of time.

I was sent by Quest on Hutchinson Park Dr. for an H Pylori Breath Test to the Quest at Beach Blvd. & University Point . I have a bad back an can not stand very long. I would like to request and appointment at the Quest located on Hutchinson Park Dr. it is very close to my home. When I visited the Quest at Beach Blvd. & University Point I had to stand up for a long period of time it put bad strain on my back to stand that long. Called ahead to see if I need an appointment and was told no get there and told that they only take appointment only. I can only go to a free-standing quest without an appointment. Stupid!

Very rude service. Had an appointment. Waiting for a hour outside the office since no room inside. Kept checking in on computer inside to check time. They text me I went inside checked in and time still said 20 mins. So went back out the doors to wait out of the office. I saw a worker finally come out looking for someone and asked. They said they came out and called me three times but did not because I was right there. She had an attitude and ignored me. Did not let me tell her that I was there outside like I was told and they didn’t call. I understand busy days and there was a lot of walk ins but I had an appointment. I’m not a person to complain but really sad how someone can be so rude. Best way this could of been handle when a patient tells you that you did not call them don’t get mad at them and ignore them. That is what made me sooo upset. Listen to them and if they have an appointment bring them back still. Do not make them wait another hour. They made an appointment for a reason. Do not have an attitude and ignore when they said you did not call them and they were one of the patients that was told to wait outside too. She did finally do the right thing and brought me in after I made sure she saw me every time she pass the door. I’m just disappointed she was still trying to argued that I left the area and never was outside the store. I stood and sat for an hour outside that office. Please understand when a patient is very upset they are telling the truth instead of arguing back. I will not be coming back unless need to

Fast, friendly and efficient .I love this location

After my daughter and I’s appointments got canceled at the Hodges branch, we were scrambling to find an appointment. Never been to this one, did not even know they existed in a Walmart. This was my daughter’s first time getting blood work done and she was nervous. They phlebotomist( Jason I think his name was) was AMAZING!!!! Seriously, the best I’ve ever gone to and SO good with kids. I wish I had taken my son to him years so bc he has had bad experiences with people telling him to get over his fear/panic attack. Be aware that it is appointment only!

I have been to this location three times. Always in and out without much of a wait. I have had blood drawn every few months for many years, and occasionally had an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I have never had a bad experience at Quest inside Walmart. The phlebotomists at Quest inside Walmart are among the very best. They are always courteous and always professional. I appreciate that.

Never had an issue until today . Highly rude staff . Refuses to accept walk-ins . Appointments only . Thought it was a lab . Staff seems overwhelmed per usual everywhere you go these days . Quest needs more trained phlebotomist

Nice and easy experience at this location today. I was called back on-time for my appointment and it seemed that they were getting the walk-in customers back pretty quickly too. The employee that drew my blood was quick and gentle.

I definitely recommend this location.The guy with long hair, beard and earrings is very skilled at drawing blood. No pain and hes quick. Good job dude.

Took my fiancé in to get labs done for a routine check up. Not really busy so we were able to get in and out. I’d recommend this location in a heart beat.Only issue I have isn’t with the actual office but the other people in the waiting room. They were literally cutting their nails while waiting and flinging the cuttings on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

The quest site clearly states that you can for people over 60 or with compromised immune systems from 7am-8am. Either fix your website or comply with what the website states. Very frustrating!!

Showed up 30 minutes before open. Says on website high risk people can come in the 1st hour with no appointment. I need blood work for surgery and fasted all night and took off work. I waited in pain just to be told it was appointment only. Not very good communication on their part

Best Quest experience Ive ever had. Was early for my appointment and they were able to see me immediately. The phlebotomist was that rare combination of professional AND friendly (not just polite, not just courteous, but friendly), which is invaluable in a medical environment.If I wasnt moving across the country next month, Id make a point of only ever coming to this location.

I was seen in a timely manner. Jason was professional and considerate. Excellent experience. Very different from my experience at Southside location.

Coming back here from now on! Walked in at 9am and only waited 3 minutes. My tech L. was friendly, professional, and experienced. She got blood on first try (I did not even feel it) and I am not bruised afterwards. Both are a rare occurrence for me personally no matter who does my lab draws.

Came on my lunch, was about 10 minutes early and as soon as I clicked the link that I was there,i was called back. He was professional, friendly and I didnt feel a thing when he took my blood. Couldnt ask for more

Got there for my 3:15 pm appointment at 2:50. The employees were on break. I signed myself in and sat down. By 2:54pm they were back from break (not due back until 3pm). Within minutes they called me back and by 3:10pm I was done with all lab work and on with my day. Literally the best lab service I have ever had in my life! I’ll be going there every single time I need to have labs done in the future.

Best location I have been to. I walked in around 7:30am (no appointment) and was out before 8:00am. The phlebotomist was so friendly!! My go to if I ever need labs or anything in the future!

Why do we always have to wait 10-15 minutes on your employees. Are you not supposed to OPEN at 7? Thats when your employees are arriving.....The staff however is friendly and the office is clean.

Impossible to find....I now notice that they changed the name to show where it was located better. So I am just editing to let you know. I have never seen it inside this walmart though...but have never looked or asked. The walmart is friendly...Im sure someone could help. Had I only known this when I had an appt a few years back, would have been helpful.

This place is so ghetto. This lady comes in the lobby after making me wait when no one else was there I needed a drug screen testing for new employer. She says no drug screen after 4 ....why I called the 1800 number they informed me that was not true.... drug screen hours is 7am-7pm...so she lied because she didnt want to do her job just ghetto.

Very friendly phlebotomist. Next to no wait. This was as good of an experience as you could have getting stuck with a needle that doesnt have ink on it ;)

Showed up at 12:30 on a Friday on my lunch break, and had the door shut in my face and locked. The patient who was leaving sai “I think they are going on a lunch break.” And the Walmart employee said, “ya, they go to lunch from 12-1.” It was not posted anywhere, I called quest and they looked into it and said they only had one person in so they just happen to need to take a break today. Sure sounded like 12-1 was a normal thing. Frustrating to drive across town to have a door literally slammed and locked in your face. I’ll be going to a different lab from here on out.

There was one worker in there and she was not rushing to get it done. There was one person ahead of me. When I went back there even though I waited just 20 minutes she apologized for the wait. I would rather have a worker take her time and friendly then a rude person rushing to get the work done
