I had several appointments here this year. The medical care was adequate, but the business office is the reason I could not give a higher rating. The business office twice referred my account to a collection agency even though they never sent me a bill or called. I contacted the business office and was told that somehow my account had been set to not have statements sent, and they seemed very unconcerned even though it was my credit rating that was on the line. I will not be returning to this practice.

This is the worst place to be. I went there some time last year for a physical. It went fine at first, then things went sour so quickly...good luck finding someone to talk to on the phone...they lost my urine sample twice (on purpose I guess) and that is unprofessional and unethical at all...I don’t want to assume anything at this point...but I can smell it...I complained once but they were so unbothered...I don’t recommend this place to anyone, find a better qualified office

It was hard to get my patient records to them, I finally had to go get them from my old doctors office and bring them in person. At one point someone called to apologize because in their words: someone didnt do their job of faxing the form. It is hard to get anyone on the phone, their call waiting platform makes no sense. You can be caller 1 and it will hang up on you. Once I got a test done finally, I recieved no follow-up. I had to call and get through on the phone again, and finally I was told Ill get a referral. Ive never heard another word about that referral. I came to the office one more time for a separate issue and the nurse was rude to me. I was told I was getting a prescription and of course, it has never made it to the pharmacy. Does your office always conduct medical care in this manner? Was it because Im self pay? Paying out of pocket doesnt mean Im poor, it means I have a lot of savings from not paying a monthly insurance premium, to occasionally go to the doctor when I need to.

Dr A. Epperly was my primary care physician. She was very personable. She cared enough to place me on a keto eating plan rather thah pushing only medication . It canged my life and added extra years to spend with my grandchildren. Lost 22 lbs the first month after I decided to stick strictly to it. I am very grateful .🙏💖

I made appointments for my husband and myself after having a bad experience with another doctors office, to establish primary care. My husbands appointment was yesterday, and the amount of time and care the doctor took to address his concerns was incredible. While the office cant handle everything in-house and referrals are required, she was real quick to get the ball rolling to get him the care he needs, and even gave us some pointers on how to navigate the referral process faster since getting an appointment to a specialist can be frustrating. (Been there done that!)I was so impressed by her bedside manner, her attention to detail, and her ability to listen and communicate that I quickly asked her if my appointment was with her or another doctor in the office and she quickly pulled me up on the computer and confirmed that yes, Im seeing her tomorrow. I was so happy, I could have hugged her on the spot lol. My previous experiences with doctors in this area have been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating and its a relief to finally see a doctor that cares and will go the extra few steps to make sure everything is addressed properly. With care like that, I dont care if the wait is a little long or if the reception staff needs a little guidance and patience pulling up proper info. Ill gladly deal with a little paperwork frustration and wait time to see a competent and caring doctor. Theyre a rare find these days!

My primary care physician is Stormy Gilbert. I just want to say, she is, by far, the best physician Ive ever seen. Ive seen specialists in San Diego and none even come close to the care and attention Stormy provides. She is thorough and quite knowledgeable. She takes her time to make sure questions and concerns are addressed.Ive been dealing with a very dry scalp (23 years) and anemia (13 years). Im finally getting results and relief for my dry scalp with a medication she prescribed and Im in the process of getting iron infusions to bring my iron stores up.I highly recommend Stormy Gilbert!

I thought I was the only one... nobody in office is on same page. Each time I call for prescription refill, i get different stories, call on lady dose, call a few days ahead.. I hadnt been in a year or 2 and they couldnt find me, and still have a hard time finding me (my record) when I call.. usually there for 3 hrs for a 10 minute visit... I havent seen any of my test results.Government medical center = over medicating and over diagnosing to get more funds from government/ medicaid/ medicare.

Excellent compassionate care. Easy to make appointments. Prompt access to tests and labs results via the patient portal. Sometimes appts run a bit behind, but its because Drs will listen to your concerns.

I WOULD NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE HERE!!!!!!!. This place is awful. Nobody in the office is on the same page. When I call every single person I speak with pawns me off on someone else. And everyone gives me different information. If I could give negative stars, I would. If you are seen here make sure you verify everything you were told.

Ive been using this facility for myself & my children since moving to Jacksonville in 2005. The staff are friendly & qualified however theyre continually overbooked. It has been better over the past few years now that the military population has dropped. Our most recent appointment (kids well visit, school physical) has taken 40 minutes past appointment to be taken back and additional 40 minutes to see the doctor. This is ridiculous. My time is just as valuable as the provider. Just very unprofessional to over book your patients.
