Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I continue to go back because Carrie is professional, her room is cozy and clean and I always feel phenomenal when I leave. You won’t find anyone better, she is AMAZING!

I had my first experience with Cary and Massage Daze today, but it will not not be my last! I was suffering a badly aching shoulder and pain in both legs from PAD, and had been to several massage studios without relief. I left with no pain in my shoulder and was able to walk with minimal pain and cramping for the first time in 2 years. The cost for treatment was the best i have seen in Jacksonville. I’m looking forward to going back soon!

I go to Carrie all the time. Before I was pregnant I found relief through her deep tissue massages, she has a technique that is UNMATCHED. I have been to several massage therapists as I experience back pain often. Carrie has what I call magical hands. Lol. She just is very knowledgeable about the anatomy and muscles and she really works hard the entire time to get knots out or relieve tension. She also is extremely caring and continuously lets me know what part she is working on and why. She informs me of everything, I always know what to expect. Her homework to ice my body after always works well. She is a true professional who knows her craft and I recommend her to EVERYONE. she just recently ventured into pre-natal massages and I must say this was the best part of 2020. I am pregnant and I have seen her already 3 times in less than 2 months. She really alleviates my pain and overall improves many parts of my life because of this. I love her work and you will too!!!!!

As someone who regularly gets massages and is always trying to find a great massage therapist Carrie is one of the best! This was my first visit, but will definitely not be my last! If you like a good deep tissue with great technique you need to book a visit.

Carrie is amazing and very insightful about what stretches I need to do in between my sessions to help keep my neck from getting so tight . I drive a lot and struggle with tension headaches, as well as hip/back pain! However, since I have been seeing Carrie regularly for the last 6 months I am feeling much better ! I would highly recommend you allow Carrie to help you feel your best!!

Carrie is great at deep tissue massage! Ive used Carrie for about two years to help with issues I have in my neck and back due to driving, working out, and playing sports. She does a great job removing knots and relieving pain I acquire from the above activities. I had a really bad muscle strain in my neck last week from working out and after a massage with Carrie the pain was gone the next day.
