I received a gift certificate for a Couples Swedish massage and I called them last week to schedule an appointment but was sent to voicemail. I left a message and gave them my phone number to return the call when available. I still have yet to receive a call from them so I called again today. Same thing. Forwarded me to voicemail.All my calls were during business hours. It’s incredibly unprofessional to not return a call made 4+ days ago. Will be looking into getting the money back for the gift certificate. At this point, I don’t even want to use it.

Ive been to many places for a massage but this is by far the best one Ive visited. The owner gave me exactly what I asked for. If its too deep or hurts during the deep the deep tissue massage, I simply tell him. He is very professional, nice and goes above and beyond for his clients. I absolutely love this place!

Had a couples massage with my husband today. It was our year anniversary. They were so respectful and kind. It was my husbands first massage and she went over everything that would happen and in general was just so respectful. The location feels like one of those hole in the wall kind of places. The massage was amazing. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had and the price was really good. Especially considering this is a holiday weekend we were very lucky to find a place that was even open. Loved it and will definitely be going again

If I could give zero stars I would. I read all the reviews about scheduling conflict (business at fault) however I still called on 3.05.2020 and spoke to a nice lady who proceeded to tell me there is a opening Saturday 3.7.2020 at 1pm and they prefer cash or gift certificates. She even walked me through how I could purchase gift cert online. I schedule and confirmed my husband a 1hr massage (birthday surprise). From this point everything else is down hill. Saturday I planned my husbands day around this massage. So he arrives 15mins til 1pm he arrived to only find the doors locked and no one answering the phone number listed on Google (not even a voice mail ). Then a rude guy comes to the door said he is busy then slams the door in my husbands face. Where is the empathy. If you are reading this please trust all the complaints you see and do not waste your time with this company. Theres plenty of massage businesses in Jacksonville area. They have zero respect for another person time.

Highly recommend! I’ve been to a number of places in the local area this is by far the best. If you are looking for a great massage this is the place. They are professional and down to earth.

First off, this place was a bit hard to find because the building numbers in the plaza didnt match up. Once I found the place I didnt have to wait at all. As a matter a fact my masseuse was waiting for me. I had a full body deep tissue massage from Nancy. She gives a disclaimer that her hands are a bit heavy so if its too much to let her know. I thought it was the right amount of pressure of my aching muscles. The setting was clean and quiet. I was very satisfied with the service. Would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone.

Great massage! Good customer service. I got there a little early but my massage therapist was waiting for me and ready to kick it off early! That is really nice, when more corporate massage places have made me wait until after my start time on occasion. The therapist was very professional and personal, making sure to get information on why I wanted a massage and what to focus on. The whole process is interactive and tailored to you exactly. I felt great after my massage, and had multiple knots from my neck, shoulders, down to my hips and IT band all worked out and loosened. I definitely recommend the deep tissue.

Everyone was very kind and were willing to accommodate when we were not able to make the time of our reservation. The ladies who gave the couples massage were excellent. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time and were very professional. The prices are very reasonable and would go again. Highly recommend

Had an awesome experience. Got the 1 hour deep tissue couples package. It was exactly what we needed. Relaxing and rejuvenating.We are definitely coming back for another session.

Massage therapist used knuckles for pressure at one point. Poor technique. But he was nice and had good pressure otherwise.

Had a massage with Rebecca few weeks ago it was great! I have booked two appointments on line since then and both times the therapist was a no show! The first time Donnie called me and said times were mixed up and offered me 1/2 off my next service. Ok, people make mistakes. The next time he was again a no show and not even a callback after I left a message. Both appointments had been confirmed by email and text. No excuse, very poor customer service. HL Byrd
