Beware this office staff. Dr Davila is a good doctor if you have the priveledge of actually seeing him but many in his staff need to be replaced.If you like being charged more than told, seeing different nurses/PAs everytime you come in giving you contradictory information, and not getting your medication youve been on for years refilled because they dont do their job, you found the right place.Ever since they were bought by Family Medical Centers a few years ago this office has been steadily declining.Just got another bill today 12/17 in the mail threatening collections for a visit 5 months ago. Turns out the account had a zero balance and was paid off last month with a payment plan I set up over three months ago and never missed a payment. They said disregard the collection notice you have a zero balance. GARBAGE.So glad I switched doctors. Two visits and lab work with the new doctor and no billing issues. Its a holiday miracle

DoctorWilliam Davila is a wonderful doctor. Simply put, he has the experience the compassion and the knowledge to give all of his patients excellent care. My wife and I have been patients of his for many years and we have been delighted with the service and care that he is giving both of us. I would highly recommend him to anyone, family or friends.You would be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable, compassionate, and service oriented individual. He is truly a professional.

Dr. Davila is the best doctor that I have found and you can tell he really cares about your well being. Yes, you have to wait sometimes, but I have never been to doctors office that is on time. Id rather wait a little while knowing that he would spend extra time listening and finding solutions for me, if needed. Btw, the office staff isnt going to give you any answer, they are very straightforward people. The office staff is dealing with peoples lives, not just filing papers and answering phones.

I have complaints they are a wonderful staff

The staff does not provide adequate customer service. Not only do they lack a welcoming atmosphere but they also avoid many of the concerns that you may have. There are many times I felt like I offended them just by being a patient. I wouldn’t suggest going there if you don’t have to.

Dr. Davila is the best doctor I have had since living in Jacksonville. He is very conscientious, thorough and listens to his patients. His concern is with your wellbeing not the wellbeing of his pocket. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent doctor.

Dr.Davilla is a EXCELLENT DR.I would recommend him to any family member. The office gets busy at times and yes ive seen pts complain ( but they had no appointment) and the staff works hard to help. Ive been going to him almost 2 years and have not once waited in the lobby more than 15 min. My personal opinion is any truely good physician is going to have ALOT of patients :-) .

Ive been treated by Dr. Davila since 2015 for various chronic and acute conditions. He is knowledgeable and highly capable in treating most concerns. But readily willing to refer to specialists when needed. He actually listens to concerns, takes his time each visit, and involves me in the whole process. He is extremely responsive to internal email submissions and has responded or prescribed without my having to go in. I have never had to wait for my appt. The technical/nursing staff have always been very warm and friendly. While the front desk staff arent offering me coffee and a neck massage, I have always found them to be polite and professional. Maybe a little cool but cordial. There has been an occasion when Dr. Davila felt the staff were negligent in contacting me regarding lab results. He was visibly upset and personally got involved to let his expectations known to the office manager. He encouraged me to let him know anytime I was not pleased with the staff. Dr. Davila is a kind, caring and capable physician. I would trust him to treat my most precious family members and I hope he will be my physician for life.
