The professionalism in this office is above many many offices I have been in. The front desk assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. It was very obvious that the first person you met, set the tone for everyone else in the office. They were all superb!

Dr. Nassar was professional and helpful. The gentleman that walked me to the waiting room was very friendly and polite. The front desk check in assistant was rude and I had to repeat myself more than once when I asked her a question. Other than that, my experience was pleasant.

Walking in, the nurse had already researched and printed my lab work. No one sent it, theyre just thorough. Dr. Mishra was a great listener and really made me feel comfortable and heard. He also seems to really know his stuff.

I had over an hour and a half wait to see Dr. Ferris. I do not particularly enjoy that but then the doctor spent 45 minutes with me. So it was worth the time spent. He and his assistant both expressed concern about the delay and as always were very thorough. I recommend the doctor for his knowledge and willingness to answer questions in a way I can understand.

I had an issue getting medicine I really needed and because of insurance issues I wasnt able to get the medicine today; so Dr. Misra and the Staff stepped in and gave me samples to hold me over until the issue with my insurance is resolved...Thanks So Much🙏🛐💙

Office staff is extremely friendly, but most of all I didn’t have to wait. Everyone was on time. I haven’t been here in 9 years, but they were able to pull up the last procedure performed to get a full understanding of my past.

I went to see a doctor but I got to talk to a NP. I had a good insurance and all labs test were sent out of network and I got charged almost $4,000. I was waited almost 7 days every time for someone to call me back from that office. Sad part they did nothing and I still have the same problem. One star just for the NP because she was quite pleasant otherwise I would give 0 for the quality.

Dr. David Ferris is my Doctor at Borland Groover and he has been excellent to me with my Liver Issues. Runs all the test needed to keep on top of the progression of my liver problems. He is Honest and Clear in my liver issues and what we need to do to prevent it from progressing. I could not ask for a better Doctor than Dr Ferris in both his expertise and down to earth logic and diagnosis.

My husband was diagnosed with cirhossis of the liver and was not on the right medication which caused him to be taken to memorial hospital, which is where we met Dr. El Hajj, he put my husband on the right medication and has followed my husband very closely. Wally now has liver cancer and Dr. El hajj is still following my husband quite closely. Both Dr. El hajj ad his nurse Susan R.N. have been AMAZING! we could not do this without them. we are now preparing for a liver transplant and are so blessed that we have Dr. El Hajj and Susan in our corner.Dr. El Hajj thank you for taking such good care of my husband we both appreciate you more than you will ever know.Thank youBarbara & Wally

My fiance and I had a really great experience here at Borland and Groover with Dr. El Hajj. He is very professional and definitely comforts you. My daughter had an app with the doc about a month ago and complete the lab test ordered by the doc in a week. After 3 weeks when I called, they haven’t read or opened the lab report. Daughter is very sympathetic and the office keeps on telling her they can’t see her early. What if something positive in the test?

Almost 2 hours in the waiting room and never made it to the Dr. I arrive at 12:30 my appt at 1:15 and the waiting room continue to fill with patients. After almost a two hour wait o seen people who called that arrived after me. I ask what was the problem they said theyre back up. At 2:20 i decided to leave

I always appreciate an atmosphere of cleanliness. How clean the office looked was my first observation. Secondly they were VERY pleasant at the reception desk. Dr El Hajj was very thorough in gathering all the information around ALL my health issues further than I expected and that was reassuring. The nurse was patient and was eager to answer all myquestions. When I left the office I was comfortable and feeling relaxed about my up coming procedure and that is GOOD.
