We all received an introductory box of your assorted spices, unique and delicious, where a portion of the gift proceeds was used to join in the fight to end childhood hunger. The spices in and of themselves were a tasty and welcome treat, but how you have leveraged your business model to help the most vulnerable in need in a major way is truly incredible and deeply inspiring. I am sold on the variety and quality of your products and the huge humanitarian effort behind them. Thank you for making a huge difference in the lives of many!

The tofu scramble seasoning is versatile and amazing. If you’re going for egg substitute, this seasoning is unparalleled. It’s magical how it works. However, you can use the seasoning on baked tofu and get the best mock chicken strips. Truly incredible. I’ve tried to replicate it but they have mastered the blend! I’ve tried their other seasonings and I’m always trying new things from them. Never disappointed.

I have ordered from here a few different times. First was for Fathers day. We loved all the seasonings that we have slowly started to only buy them. The orders have come fast every time and I thought maybe it was just because we lived in Jacksonville as well. BUT...after moving to California, it is just as fast. I ordered on the 15th and it is arriving today, 9/18! Fast shipping, great customer service and yummy seasonings!

I received some Freshjax spices for Fathers Day and I was hooked immediately on how great they make my grilled food taste. So hooked that I ran out in a few weeks and just had to get more, and also try some new flavors. They have so many varieties to choose from, it’s amazing. I highly recommend them for all your grilling - ribs, chicken, fish, burgers. They’re incredible.

Their flavours are legit. On my second batch for a few of them now. Try the Habenero Lime Hot Sea Salt and Rosy Cheeks.

I have just received the package and I used them the very same day. I love them; brought out of the love of taste.

Shame on you FreshJax! What a fraud! I placed a gift item order 3 weeks ago so that the item has plenty of time to arrive for the holidays, and when reached to try solve the problem, they generously offered me to pay another $42! to have another one sent out. For a company that prides itself on customer service etc.Congrats on losing a customer for life for your small parochial minded approach on trying to save a dollar vs actually practicing what you preach.

I ordered a customized spice set. The package was shipped quickly and beautifully presented: I could have easily gifted it as is. Thus far I am pleased, and did not rate it 5 stars because I have not tried all of the spices or the wood planks. I would recommend customizing a spice blend without any hesitation. Fresh Jax is my go to for all our spices. I have a gluten allergy along with other health issues, my husband is a body builder so we both have to be very cautious about our ingredients and we never have to worry with Fresh Jax.The Garlic Herb, Taco Seasoning and Maple Cinnamon are my top 3 but really you just cant go wrong ordering from this awesome company because they are all great. They also have some great gift packages available that make amazing gifts for all occasions and best of all when you support them youre supporting a small business!

My husband received the 5pack for Christmas and we were hooked. We ordered regular size spices and were sent incorrect items. The company responded quickly and not only fixed the issue fast, the sent a sorry note with it and allowed me to keep the wrong items.... Customer Service is often lost in todays world but not here. I found Fresh Jax while working, I absolutely love the smell of their store! They have really good prices! And the staff know the art of customer service! Adorable little place!!! All their food is 100% vegan and gluten free. They have everything from entrees, smoothies, desserts, and snacks. Counter service. They even offer yoga classes to sign up for! The bathrooms were pristine, equipped with complimentary pads/tampons, hair ties, Kleenex, and plenty of paper towels and a full length mirror! I cant wait to come back here with my girlfriend

While the spices are very good, if you have any tolerance to heat dont bother with their hot spices. In order to get any heat from them the salt is overwhelming. I understand Im in the minority but I basically spent $25 for table salt

The spices are amazing. The variety 5pack was helpful to sample a few that I was curious about and then the 3 pack helped us stock up on the ones we loved. Rosey cheeks is great for pork bbq rubs and the peppered habanero is great on wings. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

My original order was messed up. How this company responded was WAY above my expectations. They discussed at length what was wrong, re-ordered the items I was missing, shipped them PRIORITY NEXT DAY, and told me to keep the items mis-shipped, then they put in 2 extra bottles with an apology note, in the box. Mistakes happen. How you handle them separates good companies from Great ones. This is a great one!

This is my favorite place. When I open the door, the people behind the counter smile and make me feel welcome. They help me with everything from spices, to fruit bowls (so fresh and delicious) to the baked goods my husband insists on when ever I go there, to the hand-picked yoga teachers. This is such an up-lifting experience!Having taken several yoga classes I can tell you each is different, but the common theme is how can I help you? The other students range from stay-at-home moms, to young, older, military, professionals..., but they are all friendly and happy to share helpful information. As the sign says, This is my happy place.

The people are very kind and helpful. I have really struggled with my celiac disease. This place allows me to feel normal. I can eat anything in there because it isnt cross contaminated. I love that they let me sample things. Before this blessing came along I would never have considered eating 1/2 of those ingredients. They make them yummy! I love the variety and that they change some things. Suggestion: bring back the loaded Nachos that had the sweet potato topping that tasted exactly like nacho cheese! Miss it. I would also like to try more smoothie flavors. So far the peanut butter banana is my favorite.Thank you!

FreshJax is one of Jacksonvilles best gems. The owners are two of the nicest people, who turned their small business into this wonderful smoothie/fresh foods shop (and yoga studio). Everything Ive ever had from them is of the highest quality and tastes fantastic. Its truly the place to go if you want something good for body and spirit! And, if you havent tried their spice blends yet, boy are you missing out! These spice blends have become a staple in our cooking! Totally fabulous!

Ive loved everything about FreshJax since the first time I spotted their booth at the Riverside Arts Market 3 years ago! Their new cafe/yoga studio is aesthetically pleasing as well as pleasing to the individual palate, whether youre into healthy foods or not, theres not a single baked good that will disappoint! My favorite is probably a toss up between the cinnamon coffee cake (holy yum) and the chia chocolate chip cookie. :)

The shop is a nice little break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The owners of done a great job at creating a sense of calmness in the experience. The Eclectic vibe coupled with the variety of foods and drinks available is worth several visits to the shop.

I enjoyed getting to try Fresh Jax for their $30 for 30 days promo and decided to get a membership. The staff is friendly and ask you to sample their freshly made goodies. Their yoga instructors are fantastic. I feel wonderful after every class.

Ive been going here for a month and a half and I love their food and their yoga. I am addicted! Today is Christmas day and they are closed, so I couldnt go. Instead I chose to stalk them on Google and reminisce about the good times weve had together...

This place is a jewel! They make us feel like family when we walk in and the classes are killer! Went to the ab classes last week on our lunch breaks and was in and out quickly...had enough time to grab smoothies and be back to work on time!

FreshJax is THE place to go for yoga and fitness in Jax! It has an amazing vibe with caring and well-trained instructors and offers a wide variety of over 45 classes each week beginning at 5:30 a.m.! The studio is beautiful and serene, very spacious and well-equipped and I felt immediately relaxed and welcomed. There is always something fun going on at FreshJax on the weekends. Ive attended both the Mala Bead and Esser Health Workshops and came away from each feeling enriched with creativity and new ideas and just feeling happy to have met and connected with other like-minded new friends ;-).

Toasted Onion and Brunch life are an absolute necessity to any spice collection!

I couldnt find a place to contact the owners without calling, so I will leave my comment here:I have been into this shop a few times and normally the food and staff are wonderful.However, all of the female staff members today were very cold. I would go as far as to say two of them were rather rude. They all seemed quietly exasperated by my colleagues asking questions about ingredients and trying to figure out what they wanted to order. I have never experienced this behavior at Freshjax before & it was disappointing, as I was trying to bring new business ......& first impressions are everything.Also, my favorite dish, the mashed chickpea wrap was not mashed at all. It was another disappointment, as I dont enjoy whole chickpeas.I do hope this was an isolated incident & that the staff remains friendly, patient, and helpful---as I truly love this café shop!
