Awesome customer service! I went in to speak to someone about my daughters hair texture. I got so much advice about oiling her hair, and which oils to use. Male person that appeared from room behind counter was rude and/or had negative vibes. He could not identify verse on a sarong and said so in the most sour way. I am not sure if he wanted to present himself in that way but after reading previous review I believe he did. Perhaps three paying customers when there were already three customers in store caused him or the young lady with the child on her hip anxiety or something.I hope his today was just an off day. I chose to return my selection of goods back to the shelf so I can’t speak to the quality of sea moss, body lotions or soaps nor sarong or loc jewelry.

The guy is a rude person I love the sea moss gel and when I came inside to purchase for the 3rd time he yelled at me for going in his fridge saying that I know the rules when I never even knew he had rules, he is bipolar cause every time I come he has a different mood, my husband loves the sea moss gel but we will no longer be spending our money with this unprofessional establishment it’s sad it be your own people who treat you any kind of way and it’s sad!

This place has all the herbs I need. Teas, sea moss, herbs..they have it all. Friendly service and great food on Saturdays. I have eczema and the shea butter mix that they sell smells awesome and cleared up my eczema. Along with advice from the herbalists on what not to eat to help the process.Thanks!!

My sister & I went into the Reggae Roots Inc Culture Shop today (on Main Street & 5th street Jacksonville Florida) to look around maybe even purchase a few things as we were in there it began to shower down outside & so our stepdad & friend came into the store along with the baby & another person to stay dry the reggae man told us if youre not buying nothing you must leave remind you we were being quiet & trying to stay dry but he still put us out as we stood outside under the shelter he came out to tell us to get on the sidewalk we politely pleaded with him to allow us to be under the shelter especially since we had a small baby with us but he refused even though we explained we dont want the baby sick from getting wet we remained polite & respectable & moved onto the sidewalk so we finally applied & we were soaked including baby once he seen this he asked if we wanted to stand inside. Such nonsense this was & very upsetting especially cause the baby is just overcoming a cold.

The gentleman who assisted me was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Shop was easy to move about.
