Excellent gym, have been going there for about 5 years. They gave something for everybody. Hammer strength rules.

I was very reluctant to get a gym membership, working out in puic is stressful. But I have found that this place is actually very nice and the people either mind their own or are very helpful. I feel comfortable working out and swimming here.

Go to pool to do workout. Employees are always nice.

Pretty decent place to get your workout on. They have a brand new gym, with mini golf (green) and golf simulation. Plenty of room for cardio (ellipticals & treadmills, various weight machines, basement has lots more to offer with bike rooms, studio, free weights, racket ball room, and more machines. They even have a sauna down there! Would be nice if they added cryo room, for freezing therapy, but a cold shower or ice bath should do just as well. Anyway, give them a call or stop by and ask for a tour, well worth it!

Great gym, love the free weights. I just wish that they would clean the floors and bathrooms more often.

I highly recommend Fitness World if you are looking for a place to get your health back!! They offer a variety of classes that are welcoming to you no matter what shape you are in. No intimidation, just good people trying to help you achieve your fitness goals. I personally do the Lunch Crunch classes and I love the family feel, everyone is encouraging and supportive.

IDK. I dont use the Fitness World Health. I was at the mini mall for another reason.

They have an incredible staffs. They have a huge basketball courts and lot of exercises machines.

Jolene and Kristie are awesome instructors. Would highly recommend their classes.

Okay gym but bathrooms have been absolutely disgusting every time Ive ever been there in the last year and Ive never seen staff go around cleaning machines not once

Great friendly place for and inexpensive membership workout.

Fitness world has everything weight rooms, fitness machine room, raquetball courts, and pool. They have also recently expanded by adding a new gym, a crossfit room, and they have several sports simulators and a putting green.
