Kinney is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She has an amazing ability to read your body and it shows. She’s able to fine tune your movements; not only does this help during your session, but also carries over to everyday life outside of the studio. Every time I’ve had a lesson with her, I leave feeling amazing physically and emotionally. Very uplifting instructor with a true passion for teaching. Highly recommend.

I cant rave enough about how awesome this studio is! Kinney is one of those once in a lifetime teachers. She is extremely passionate at what she does and it reflects in her teaching. Having joint problems due to autoimmune diseases, I cannot do many high impact exercises. Kinney was able to formulate a plan for me and get me moving again! I cant thank her enough for everything she has taught me. Thank you, Kinney! You are awesome!

My job requires me to maintain certain physical fitness requirements, some of which have always been a struggle. In terms of my core strength, I was able to do within months of working with Kinney (weeks really!), what I could never achieve in all the years of running and Crossfit.Kinney’s passion is clear – both for Pilates and for helping her clients reach their potential. Kinney is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, and sessions include clear instruction on proper form and just how to activate those elusive muscles. I also have issues with my feet and hips, and Kinney knew precise exercises that would help target these areas of concern.I’m moving soon, and can only hope to find a Pilates studio as great as ABsolutions in my new town! I started doing Pilates a year ago at a studio in Hawaii and fell in love. I am from Jacksonville and decided to come home for the holidays. As I was excited to come home, I didn’t want to take a break from Pilates! I found Absolutions Pilates studio and scheduled private lesson with Kinney. It was the best experience in my Pilates practice yet! Kinney is an amazing teacher and works extremely hard to educate students. In the short time I worked with her I learned so much and that will carry with me as I continue to practice Pilates. It was refreshing to work with someone that cares about clients and the improvement of our bodies. I will definitely take lessons with Kinney the next time I am in Jacksonville.
