Best crossfit Ive been to. The energy here is contagious and the instruction/equipment is well worth the membership

I LOVE being a part of this community! The owner, the coaches, the members... every one is SUPER awesome and friendly! They know how to scale when necessary and push you when they know you can do more. Bonus: its a SUPER clean place! The coaches grab the mop in between classes and spray everything down with disinfectant. You cant go wrong becoming a member here!!

Ive traveled a lot with my job and had the opportunity to check out tons of CF gyms; Tailwinds is by far the best gym in Jacksonville. The facilities are amazing and the coaches are rock solid. Super friendly atmosphere and an overall awesome place!

This place is amazing!!! I’ve been going since they opened and even more motivated with the progress I see in my strength when I workout here!! They train you in all around health! From working out to nutrition. Im a mom to two girls, an 8 and a one year old and with my last one I had a hard time losing the weight! As of today I’ve lost 25lbs since I started and I feel great physically and mentally! I bring my daughter with me so there is nothing holding me back from working out here! This place has because a part of my life style and the coaches and people here have become like family!! Tailwinds is very welcoming to new members and will work with you on your personal goals!!! If you have never CrossFit before this would be an awesome place to start! I would recommend Tailwinds to any one a thousand times or more before anything else! Hope to see you around!! 😊

Such a great box! I dropped in for about a week and am truly sad to go (but will definitely drop in again next time I’m in town). The WODs were perfectly challenging and everyone is so encouraging of each other. The space is incredible and well laid out for any size class. 11/10 would recommend!

The coaches care about your success. You will learn multiple ways to workout successfully. They teach different techniques to meet your goals. A very good family atmosphere where EVERYONE can come, get in shape and feel apart of something bigger!

My 18yo son and I joined tailwinds together about 5 months ago. Tailwinds trainers are very knowledgeable and motivational. They thoroughly explain every movement and spend quality time with each of us to ensure that we are performing them properly. As a massage therapist, this is the number 1 quality I expect from a fitness program.

From the second I walked in I felt completely welcomed. Everyone is so kind and supportive. The coaches are the absolute best with taking care of each and every one regardless of your level of fitness. This is by far the best box ive ever stepped into and im so glad to be a part of this family !!

I am new to the Crossfit World. My experience with Crossfit Tailwinds is amazing. I went to a regular gym before I joined Crossfit Tailwinds. I know NOW all the mistakes I made during my gym workout and why I was not getting the results I was looking for. CrossFit Tailwinds has taught me proper movements and good forms to keep me safe during my workouts. Taught me how to move effectively, and gave me the motivation to continue. The Coaches here are the best!!! The CrossFit Tailwinds Community has also allow me to meet new people and enjoy my workout with such a wonderful group. They always encourage and praise you and comment on how well you doing. From beginners to advanced we are all treated equally and we enjoy working out together as a big happy Family.

Welcoming, engaging, encouraging, spacious, clean, and fun. These are all words that I would use to describe Crossfit Tailwinds. The staff is excellent, the coaches are passionate about what they do and make it a point to interact with all who walk thru their doors. The WODs are challenging, yet very scalable, making sure that individuals at all levels leave feeling like they got a great workout. Whether it’s your first time stepping into a box or you’re a multi-time games competitor you’re going to enjoy Crossfit Tailwinds.
