For someone that is completely new to CrossFit & has tried out other gyms from time to time. This one hands down is the best. Ashleigh, the owner is running a tight ship! All of their coaches are fantastic, they’re knowledgeable, patient & is always offering advice on how to improve.This will definitely be a gym that I stick around with for awhile.

Highly recommend CrossFit904 to anyone who is brand new to CrossFit or has years of experience! Everyone is so welcoming to new members. The coaches scale workouts to each individuals abilities but challenge you to go outside of your comfort zone. In addition to CrossFit classes, there is also Olympic lifting classes for you to work on those more complex lifts. If you are looking for something new to keep your workouts interesting, this is it!

I have enjoyed my time at CrossFit 904. It is a very diverse and welcoming community. It is also home to team Northeast Florida weightlifting team. I have been able to take advantage of really increasing my lifts!

My husband and I were on vacation during the last open WOD. When he contacted CF 904 to see if we could drop in to complete it, they were very welcoming and accommodating. The facility was super clean and well maintained, and the members and coaches were helpful and encouraging. If were ever back in Jacksonville well definitely be back to CF 904.

The gym hosted a competition and all of the staff were professional and everything was on schedule! Great place!

CrossFit 904 is in a convenient location heading home from work on US1 or I95 and has a great community of people. Ashleigh, the owner, is very nice and communicates well and frequently. I highly recommended dropping in and checking this gym out!

Crossfit904 was the first crossfit gym I had ever gone to and from day one I felt welcomed and immediately part of the gym family. It never matters how bad of a day I have I always leave 904 smiling, it’s amazing what a good workout and good people can do.

This is one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been to! The sense of community makes all members and drop-ins feel welcome and the building is conveniently located right off of Phillips Hwy, making it easy to find. 100% give CrossFit 904 a shot if you’re in the Jacksonville area!

CrossFit 904 has been my home away from home for the last 5 years. The friendships that Ive made here have been what has kept me sane and made Jacksonville really feel like home.A lot of CrossFit boxes can feel clicky, not CrossFit 904. As Ive moved around Ive gotten to be member at a few different CrossFits across the country and 904 by far has one of the most inclusive environments.Its a great place to get fit and a great place to make friends.

Update!! It has been about 6 months since I wrote my previous review. I am happy to say that I am not only still going, but Ive been going 5 to 6 days a week. This gym being great for beginners and vets stands true to this day. I have improved drastically, and cant get enough!!Great place. Super friendly group. Im brand new to crossfit, so I was a little nervous starting, knowing I would need a lot of education about the workouts.(I had previously done Muay Thai in a similar gym setting). But Ashleigh and her staff have it covered. From scaling workouts for beginners, to having a designated weight lifting specialist to train you on proper form. I will say the reception was a lot more inviting then when I did Muay Thai, and they are super welcoming to newbies. Hopefully Ill see some of yall there!

Best CrossFit gym in the city!!

I started here about a year and a half ago. Thanks to all of the great coaches, I have become way more confident with all of the different movements. All of the members are always very welcoming, making it really comfortable to interact. I’ve never had a bad day here at CF904.

I love the encouraging environment CrossFit 904 creates for us. I love being pushed to my limits and always taken further than I thought I could go or lift. I am addicted now! Thanks CrossFit 904!

I recently moved to the area and had intended on visiting a bunch of local boxes in hopes of finding a new CrossFit home. My first stop was CrossFit 904 and after my first visit, I knew I didn’t have to look any further. Coach Josh and his members were so friendly and welcoming that I felt like belonged after my first day. I have been at the box for three months now and have grown to love it even more. Josh is by far the best coach I have ever had and he does an outstanding job with making workouts challenging, fun and suitable for every fitness level. His attention to detail and vast knowledge of movement enable him to improve and fine tune both the experienced athlete and those just beginning their CrossFit journey. The staff and members truly care about each other and the community atmosphere is positive and family friendly. Crossfitting since 2009; been two other boxes and experienced eight coaches, coach josh has been the best Ive encountered. theres a definite difference because he explains movements in an easy to understand method. I really feel he does his research or preparation and continues to search for more information. the community of people is awesome and I totally dig the music selection.

Loved it since I started 3 months ago. Constantly getting stronger and more fit. Definitely worthwhile.

I was a member here for 2.5 years. Switched my membership only because I moved and traffic in Jacksonville is less than stellar. Coach Josh knows his movement standards and does a great job ensuring his members stay safe and injury free!

I always tell my mom... Crossfit is both my favorite thing, and my worst enemy. I hate coming here, but I love how I feel when I leave. I find myself gravitating towards hanging out with the people I work out with here as they are super motivating to be around to keep me on track.

I joined Crossfit 904 in July 2017 despite everyone around me saying that it was too dangerous. The only injury so far is to the barbells Ive been bending! Kidding. Not kidding. Josh and the other coaches at CF 904 are very well-educated and focused on the proper form for injury prevention and maximizing the correct technique to maximize the benefit of each exercise movement. Im 42 years old and feel like Im in better shape now than at 22. I highly recommend Crossfit 904!

I came to Crossfit 904 because a friend kept telling me about Crossfit and how much I would love it. After a year of trying to get me to come for a workout, I finally caved and went in. I was intimidated, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at home. I could participate in the workout at my level of fitness, everyone was so nice, they encouraged me, and told me what a great job I did. I could not wait to sign up, and did so the next day! I have made lifelong friendships here, and have come to love the people so much. Coach Josh and his staff are second to none, and I am truly thankful to be a part of such an awesome community!

Never thought of myself as a weightlifter, nor did I ever want to weight lift. I started crossfit with my boyfriend and love it. Now I go 4x/week :)
