Jaclyn’s facials are better than Disney. My face always feels like a babies bottom after the love she gives it! I can’t thank her enough for helping me through my skin’s rough time. I have yet to meet anyone as kind and knowledgeable as her! Just know if you start going to her, you won’t be able to stop!!

I highly recommend experiencing one of Jaclyns facials. It was quite honestly the highlight of my weekend and I cant wait to go back. I had the compromised barrier facial yesterday and while my skin felt amazing after I left, it felt BRAND NEW this morning when I woke up. My usual redness was gone, I have some issues with texture on my chin that have vastly improved. Beyond that, it was an extremely relaxing experience. I walked away feeling like I had done something very good for my skin and my mind. Her location is also great. The room I had my facial in was extremely relaxing (the lights are SO COOL, you cant miss them!) and comfortable. I was also in another room for an eyebrow tinting and it was so open and welcoming. Both rooms are extremely clean and tastefully done, it is clear a great amount of care and consideration has gone into your surroundings. Overall, Jaclyn is extremely professional and very informative with every single service she performs. You will walk away feeling relaxed, renewed, and informed.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! I have been going to Serenity Skin Studio for 2 years now for waxing and facials. Jaclyn provides high end services and products for a very conservative price. She takes her business seriously and provides top notch service each and every appointment. She is knowledgeable and passionate and you can tell. I have seen great improvements in my skin and leave feeling rejuvenated and educated on what my skin needs.

Ive had massages all over the country, including the best Spas. No one has ever given better than Jamie. I see all these people going to these franchise massage places. Its a hit or miss experience. Are you going to get an experienced masseuse, or someone that was in massage school a week ago? With Jamie you get experienced every time. Because of her experience as a physical therapist, shes been helping be gain more movement in the shoulder I had joint replacement surgery. I could go on and on, but I wont. If you need a good massage, book an appointment. You wont be sorry!

I am looking forward to my next facial service with Jaclyn! She is very knowledgeable about her product ingredients! Her touch is continuous, and no crashing or banging around during your facial service! Mine was very relaxing, and informative. I love love love the oil cleanser and mask she used for my skin. I fully expected to have a purging of break outs after my facial, and shockingly I didn’t! My skin was healing, and very moisturized, and smooth. Definitely would recommend laying on her table to revive your skin, you won’t be disappointed! Her room is so cozy, and relaxing! I will be back for more!

I visited Jaclyn at her spa twice during trips to the Jacksonville area. Once for a facial on my own and again for me and husband To get our eyebrows shaped for a wedding. She did the most fabulous job on our brows! Most places just rub baby oil on you after but Jaclyn used such wonderful products on us, that neither of us were red or sore afterwards. Jaclyn is very professional, explains everything she is doing to you and why, and uses the most wonderful products.

I have been to Jackie 4 times. 3 times for facials (I suffer from adult acne) and she is saving my skin! I have people tell me my skin is glowing now! Jackie has a magnetic personality and treats you like a good friend. She is very thorough and highly knowledgeable. You feel more educated about your skin. Since I was feeling more confident with my skin (thanks to her facials and products) I decided to enhance my look eyelash extensions from her. All I can say is....WOW! I refuse to go to anyone else no matter the discount they might offer. I highly recommend her. Jackie is the best!

Jamie is my go-to masseuse!! Ive had deep tissue massages at other places and they always leave me in pain. I typically carry stress, so I need a more intensive massage. Jamie asks the problem areas, how much pressure, etc. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She gets to the problem areas, but I never have a lot of soreness. I dont go anywhere else for my massages!
