I brought my cat here for the first time as a walk in because he was hiding and wasn’t eating for a couple days. He ended up having a urinary blockage and was in really bad shape and had to stay several days to recover. Both vets I interacted with were very clear and forthcoming about his condition, outlook, and what the best course of action was and why. It was all explained to me so I understood what was happening every step, which I really appreciated. I was able to visit with my cat every day he was there and was happy with the care he seemed to be getting. The final bill was very high for me as I don’t make a ton of money, but it was worth it to save my cat and I’m very grateful for the treatment he got.

I went to this place twice, 1st time for fleas treatment on my dog. Spoke with a vet same person both times how gave me a very condescending tone about papers Id had and the fleas treatment I should have been doing. I took the first visit with a grain of salt. Next I came to get my dogs eyes checked for pink eye and update shots. I gave my papers to an assistant who copied them. In walks vet and begins to tell me these copied papers are pretty much Blank. I say umm i dont know what Im really looking at but here is the papers I came with. Tells me that those are pretty much Blank papers as well. I tell him I have her chip info then an he says thats only good if she is dead . After I ask if he is being sarcastic, he then wants to see my papers again. Now he finds shots info that he didnt see🤨 I confront him about how its either your being sarcastic to a patient or you seriously didnt even look at my dogs paperwork. Either one is terrible.

If i could, i would give this place 0 stars. all they care about is money and not your pets. i brought my dog in last year because he had urinary issues and they gave him medication for it and once we gave it to him, he died. the next day we called and told them what happened, and they ended up giving him THE WRONG MEDICATION. like how does something like that even happen???? on addition to this, i have another dog who we took there and they did a full exam on her and everything came back fine. today, she was feeling very sick and we wanted to take her to st. francis but they were closed. instead, we took her to another vet hospital and they diagnosed her with diabetes, pancreatitis, and kidney disease. now today, she’s getting euthanized. how come st. francis didn’t tell us this???? this vet place is unbelievable.

**Do yourself and your beloved pets a favor. Avoid St. Francis Animal Hospital.**I have visited St. Francis Animal Hospital several times over the last couple of years. Never again! This place cares about one thing, MONEY. The more they can milk from you, the happier they are. Regardless of whether your pet gets better or not.One of the receptionists thought it was appropriate to joke with me that they have put down so many animals, the place might be haunted -- not exactly what you want to hear when you are taking in your pet and worry for their safety.During my last visit another receptionist tied a huge, thick rope around my dogs neck and DRAGGED him across the floor (he is a smaller dog). The rest of the staff acted annoyed with my dog for the rest of the visit because he wasnt cooperative and up to their standards. He already hates the vet, being dragged around by his neck is not going to make him calm down.Dr. Shelton is just catty, no other way to describe it, she acts like you are an idiot and steps into the room for five minutes. Writes a prescription (for something the pet might not even need) then hands you the bill. This place is a total sham and a disgrace to the name of St. Francis -- an actual animal lover. The way I see the staff treat animals when owners are in the room, I could not imagine how they are treated if kept overnight.I called earlier to have some information sent over, the person on the phone (sounded like Shelton, could have been Angela since the email came from her) was incredibly rude. My phone call was an inconvenience and what I was saying was not understood by her. Terrible, terrible communication. Very unprofessional.I now go to San Marco Animal Hospital, they are probably trying to rip me off in the long run, too, but nobody there has dragged my dog by his neck, acted like we were an inconvenience or prescribed unnecessary medication and their prices for bloodwork and tests are way cheaper than St. Francis, youll save $70 in some cases. Their office visit fee is way cheaper too. This place is clearly understaffed as well. They cannot handle more than one customer at a time and the wait times are awful too unless you come first thing, usually.

I have been bringing my doggies here for quite a while and we always receive the best care! We are educated when there is an issue, such as bone/joint issues, with different options for care. Dr. Shelton did not trust FNA done which confirmed soft tissue sarcoma. Advised not to try to keep wound bandaged after removal of sutures. What a disaster! Thank you Dr. Johnson for trying to fix your colleague. My dog, after biopsy done by Dr. Shelton, and visiting an Oncology clinic, is now being hospiced at home. I wouldnt bring a pet cockroach here. And, I will contact the Jax Humain Society, advising them to never make a referral to this hospital as you are better off searching the internet. RIP Jack soon

I came in as a walk in because my French Bulldog had sneezing/nasal discharge. I was seen immediately and was able to go in with my pup. Dr. Johnson and his staff were very knowledgeable about this breed of dog (which is unusual around Jacksonville). He took his time to explain and gave me information on Frenchies because I’m a first time dog owner. My last vet told me my puppy was aggressive and would have to be sedated to be seen again. Funny because Dr. Johnson and his assistant had no problem drawing blood or examining him.I was not given any unnecessary meds, and the rates were affordable. The receptionist was very helpful and patient too! If you are looking for excellent care for your pet this is definitely the place!

Dr Johnson explained and gave me written information to research what is better Nutrition information for my Cat. This is the 1st Vet who Ever* explained anything when I took my cats to animal clinic.Very happy. Decided to give them a try after years at another vet just because I heard their prices were reasonable. Called a week ahead and made an appointment for 2:00 pm. Showed up at 2:05. No one at the front desk. Another person ahead of me was also waiting to sign in. Finally about 10-15 minutes later, an employee came out and gave me a clipboad with a short questionnaire. Filled that out and then nothing for another 45 minutes. The whole time, my dog is stressed out and shaking like a leaf. Another person comes in with a lab that wont stop barking and crying, making my dog cringe even more.l Finally, at 3:05, I gave up waiting. I got someones attention in the back that I was leaving. What a horrible experience. Wont go back.

Have not been in the last 3-4 years, but they helped me and my cat Max in ways that helped him stay alive and stay comfortable. He has since passed, but while alive he suffered from the slang is “Puffy Paw Disease” at the time he was born an unknown new genetic and non-transferable or life long disease in cats. Causing a club foot inflammation in the paws (usually one at a time), and at times swelling in the jaw, a side part of puffy paw disease). After years of paying anywhere from $180-$250+ an attack, I could no longer afford the treatments after having a baby, and worried that the worst may have come for Max. But with help from St. Francis Animal Hospital, the compassionate care, very professional and knowledgeable and kind staff and vets, and a price that I could actually afford for his treatment, and not have to push a bill back another month to keep Max alive or worse have him suffer or be put to sleep. They helped us for years with their affordable pricing and never had to trade care, effectiveness of the treatments, and their excellent Veterinarians and staff. Thank you for all that you have done. We have recently acquired two new for family members and will definitely be taking them to Saint Francis animal Hospital for their care! As should you all out there!

After spending $500 for test and shots so I can get my 2 dogs trifexis prescription, I am told I must use their website to order it (the most expensive prices I have found even after coupon codes), or pay $40/dog to have a copy of the prescription to use on another website (therefore making it the same price as their website). what a sham, I am switching vets going forward. All this is on top of the fact that the communication has gone way down hill. I have always had a great experience with St. Francis. The techs are AMAZING - super nice and knowledgeable, and Dr. Shelton is great as well. Unfortunately I brought my dog in for anxiety this week and I had a very poor experience with Dr. Johnson. The first thing he did was Google separation anxiety for dogs and print out an article for me to read. But as any good pet parent obviously I have done my fair share of research on anxiety and I had already explained to him that I have tried CBD treats, and an extensive amount of training to cope with my dogs anxiety. He then insulted my trainer and proceeded to be very condescending towards me. I am a young female and I spoke with my sister afterwards about it and she has had similar experiences with Dr. Johnson. I adore everyone else that works for St. Francis so I am surprised that his bedside manner does not align with the rest of the employees. I strongly suggest that Dr. Johnson would be better suited for another animal hospital.

He had been receiving treatments three months prior to that. This place has had my dog several times and AMAZINGLY each time we are told something different. The last time we brought him in he was there for 9.5 hours we got the call to pick him up, when we got him he never received the heartworm shot he was dropped off to get. They did chest X-rays for a reason I’m still not sure of and still no shot as we were told when we dropped him off he would receive. The entire point of the appointment was for this shot and yet nothing. This place is more dysfunctional than a cat herding facility. I have honestly not been this misinformed on different occasions in my life. This is only one instance of their lack of organization.

We called St. Francis in hopes to schedule a check up and shots for both of our dogs. The person we spoke with was very friendly, and worse off, she told us we had to pay a deposit just of $80 just to make schedule something. Weve had 6 vets in the last several years due to my job requirements us to relocate a lot. Ive never been to an animal hospital in my life that asked for a deposit just to make an appointment. This place is not worth the trouble. Find a more friendly and reasonable vet. This is not the one.

I have had pets my entire life. After relocating to this area I searched for a vet and found St. Francis a few years ago. This place deserves all the recognition and attention it could possibly get. They helped me so much in my time of need at the end stage life of my late kitty (Danny). He was diabetic and needed close attention for the last two years of his life, with visits to St. Francis twice monthly for monitoring and then once a month. Toward the end he was there several times. I called him my soul mate and he was everything to me. The staff at St. Francis treated me and Danny as if they loved him as much as I did. Angela in particular brought me to tears in her selfless humanitarian work showing as much love and attention toward Danny as I would give him. Each visit he arrived nervous until she would scoop him up into her arms and hold him close and at times walking around holding him while doing other tasks - just to comfort him. She cared about how he felt. She showed genuine love toward him and he loved her. The rest of the staff is just as loving and understanding when you are going through a trying and difficult time, or otherwise. They are a non-profit organization and with good cause. Those people genuinely care about you and about you and your pet. As a middle aged woman, I have never in my life seen or witnessed an organization that showed so much attention and love that is as genuine as it gets. When I am in a position to reciprocate the best way I know how (financially), you can bet I will be sending them as much as I can and then some. It has been a couple months since I lost my special Danny Boy, and Im now able to speak about it freely without getting upset and knowing he is in a more comfortable place running around and healthy. Angela helped soothe Danny and I, along with my mother who felt the same special connection toward Danny as I did, when he peacefully went to the Other Side to meet up with our other late pets and family members. Every once in a while I catch a glimpse of Danny in the corner of my eye and I can smile, knowing its a sign that he is OK where he is and that gives me comfort. Danny was 15 when he passed and had a wonderful life. We will never forget how St. Francis helped make this transition with as much ease as one could imagine. Thank you is not enough - there are no words to express our gratitude.

I was not from the area and was traveling with my dog when a cyst on his back ruptured. After having already been to a VET ER in Jacksonville, they told me to contact a local vet for surgery and that my dog needed to have surgery within 24-48 hours. So, I looked at the reviews for vets in the area and St Frances was highly rated. So, I called SFAH was told that their vets dont see any pets between 1-3pm. With no time to waste, I rushed my terrier down there and arrived at 12:34 am. I saw a lot of other people there before me but thought it might go quickly. I told the receptionist that I needed to schedule surgery that day or the day after and she told me I would have to see the vet. Every 15 minutes or so someone would order carry out. I saw a couple of the customers order carryout and thought it was such an odd thing. So, I waited and 2 hours later I went back up to the window and asked her if the vet could just briefly look at my dog to schedule the surgery but was immediately and sternly told that I would just have to wait in line. By this time, I was pretty hungry and decided Id better order carry out too. So, I did and of course I had to buy some dog treats for my dog too because I felt bad. Then, 30 minutes later they called me back to a room where I sat for another 30 minutes (falling asleep several times). Then the doctor came in and said that they would not be doing surgery for a couple of weeks!!!! I couldnt believe it. So, when I protested that I was told my dog would have to have surgery today or tomorrow at the latest he said that I had received enough medication from the ER Vet and that my dog would be fine to wait to travel back to my home state to have the surgery. Then, he sent the Office manager in and I told her that I had just waited three hours for nothing and she had the nerve to tell me that she heard the receptionist tell me that they couldnt do the surgery. I told her that she never said that and I walked out. They didnt charge me for the visit but made sure they charged me for the treats, I wouldnt have had to buy if they had just done their job right the first time! I would strongly recommend taking your pet elsewhere. Instead of touting the rules for customers perhaps they should invest in training their staff to ask the right questions so that people arent wasting their time sitting in a waiting room only to be told that what the customer needed done cant be done by this staff. Voted Best Vet in Jacksonville for 2014!??!??!? Please!

I’ve been bringing my pets since they were on San Marco, after they moved they turned into a business $$$$$. I went in on a Friday and dropped $235, went back on a Monday and paid another $100. The diagnosis was that my dog had high blood pressure which was why she went blind. The test they ran was blood, urinalysis, blood pressure check. I received a prescription that cost me $45 at a pharmacy. When I requested to speak with the Vet Shelton she had a snippy attitude and said she really didn’t know what was wrong with my dog, and since I was counting my pennies she really didn’t have room for further test. I have never been so insulted, humiliated and heartbroken. I thought that they cared about animals but I realized all they cared for was 💵 dollars 💵Unfortunately that evening after giving my dog her meds prescribed by Vet Shelton, she had seizures and wasn’t even able to walk. I went to an Animal Hospital in Flagler County to find out that my dogs heart rate was barely beating. I had to put my dog down 😭Stay Away from this Hospital if you want to save your pet, Heartbroken and regretful that I trusted them.

My wife and I moved to Jax a couple of years ago with two older dogs and the associated trials and tribulations. New friends recommended St. Francis. St. Francis has created an environment of genuine caring, compassion and competency that we have not experienced anywhere before in over 30 years of pet ownership. Its hard to single out anyone on their staff with praise because they have all been great. Do not think for one second that their willingness to help less fortunate owners with their pets needs means that they are second rate. Quite the opposite. They have never asked us for anything, yet we willingly donate to their cause. Its ironic that they are a non profit - they exemplify all of the qualities that make any for profit business great. Thanks St. Francis - you guys are the best!

Deeply unhappy with the service lately. The Doctors seem to come in whenever they feel like it, they made my daughter sit in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours just to tell her there are no walk ins available (yes, I called and was told they do have walk ins during the week)....I used to brag and recommend St. Francis to my friends, but they have had bad experiences lately as well, so not anymore. Its too bad, it used to be a great Vet.

I was refused service. My pup needed an e-collar to prevent her from chewing on her leg wound. These guys are blocks away from my home so I called them. The person on the phone said no problem bring your pup for proper sizing of an e-collar. When I arrived young man from the front desk greeted me. I explained we needed a collar to prevent chewing. He went into the back office to find right fit collar however he came back out telling me we have the collar you need however I wont sell you one because they are expensive, and even if you are willing to pay for it, I still wont sell it to you, sorry, try somewhere else, maybe petsmart. I was very confused by this response. It was highly uncomfortable, I did not argue, thanked him for his time and left. Im sure they do good work but I will never go back.

They estimated the surgery wpuld be $1200.00+ and my daughter had to take her dog to the humane society and give her up because she couldnt afford that price. Cant speak to their veterinary care because we never got it. Took my dog for a broken tooth. They only do walk-ins for broken teeth and told me to come on Saturday. Ok. We waited 2 hours until they even got us in a room. The doctor will be right with you they said. We waited an additional 1 hour 15 minutes in that room. I got up and just left. Going there was a mistake. Its stressful enough on my dog to got to the vet, to then make him wait 3+ hours there. My dog agrees that St. Francis would not approve.

Where shall I begin?! I have been taking my son to this facility since it was down in San Marco and always spoke so highly of them and their staff. I could never have anticipated the lack of follow through nor the lack of care of my son this year. February I noticed his ear was bent , upon further inspection he had black dirt it seemed so I rushed him up to St Francis to get him checked out. The vet when he walked in 2 hours after we had been waiting immediately insulted his weight then continued this the entire visit and pretty much was belittling my intelligence by asking me if I knew cats were carnivores and upon checking his ears instructed me to look at a clean passage opposed to his dirty passage with the scope to which my baby screamed in pain because the vet was showing off in the most condescending manner. Im not an idiot, I knew there was something wrong with him as I worked in a vet previously! The vet then instructed me that hed prescribe a flush that would treat the ear but wasnt the complete combination as the second medication he needed they did not have available but that I should treat his ear with the flush and see if the army retreated. To that statement I became irate because who wants to half treat an issue in hopes that it goes away! The vet then stated he would find the medication and have it for me within the week. The vet techs although nice were not properly communicated with because they days later told his father that they had prescribed me the correct medication and that I was mistaken..... fast forward 2 days and the VET HIMSELF called to tell me that he was calling in the medication and once it was ready the office would call me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. Its now 2 MONTHS later and the ear infection has come back and I just went up there to ask if they could fill his prescription as I had noticed its resurgence and since not ever having the second medication in conjunction to the first to combat it effectively there shouldnt be an issue. The receptionist was trying to be even keeled but didnt accomplish the task as she just seemed frustrated and unapologetic to the misunderstanding and request I was making because they wanted him to come back and go through it all over again for another $150 dollars. Please do yourself a favor and take your furbaby to a facility with patient care minded staff that have follow through and dont leave animals in wayward positions because they have too high a volume or poor leadership. I used to champion this facility as it is a community low cost facility making it affordable for other pet owners and donated. I will not donate any longer as the pets do not receive the true care they deserve because they are just a chart and a bill not an animal with a disposition needs remedy. How dare they .

Always friendly staff, attention to fur babies is second to none. Walk-ins are available everyday which is hard to find and they have boarding available if you are running late for pick-up so you can pick up the next day. This place is such a waste of my time. I’ve been taking my dogs here for about 2 years now. We usually do a walk in, occasionally have an appointment, to get shot updates or even just hearworm meds. The wait is always incredibly long, their older male doctor is EXTREMELY rude and condescending to women and your time means absolutely nothing. To top it all off they aren’t even much cheaper than other vets in town. Came in today with only one other person waiting, have waited a full hour to even be spoken to. So sick of wasting countless hours here, I would not recommend to anyone, officially finding another vet.

I came to them when no one could figure out what was wrong with my baby. When they saw how sick she was they wisked her away & started working on her immediately. No one else but St Francis figured out she was diabetic. They gave me a few more months with my baby girl. Every time we went in she was as happy to see them as they were to see her. Everyone is so nice & Dr Boggs will be my vet for my other dog & any future pets. He is just so kind. Yes the prices are the best here but I dont know if I would care about price as long as both me & my animals received such good kind care. Its what we should expect when we bring our animals some where to be taken care of, to trust them & not have to worry about who we leave our babies with.

I arrived without an appointment assuming I did not need one and they were so kind and accomodating. They were able to squeeze Edgar inbetween scheduled appointments if I was willing to wait. I was prepared to wait much longer than the 10 minutes that it took. I was pleasently pleased with the staff and their care of my puppy and would not hesitate to return again.

Amazing and friendly staff who basically dropped everything they had going on to save my dogs life! I brought my dog in for a second opinion after an awful experience at another pet clinic in San Marco. Saint Francis prices were extremely affordable, making it easy for me to get my sick dog proper care and examinations. They found a sewing needle and other strings wrapped around his intestines and needed to put him in to emergency surgery right away. The Vet Technician, Angela, is simply outstanding. She was texting me updated and photos throughout the surgery, letting me know of everything they found and how his intestines went back to happy and pink once the foreign objects were removed. They also have this AWESOME Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Machine (only one in Jax!!) that makes the healing process go much quicker. The clinic kept him hydrated and comfortable during his recovery after surgery. They called 3 times a day with updates and allowed me and my husband to come play, walk, and hang out with Jasper any time we wanted while he recovered! This clinic is definitely #1 in Jacksonville and I wont ever take my sweet Jasper anywhere else! 100% recommend!

Possibly if not the worst vet in town. I used them for over 5 yrs at old location since new location no where nere the same. Last year I refused to use there service after dropping my dog off to be spade with a quote of 155.00 go to pick him up bill was almost 500.00 dollars they added every shot chip anything they could think of which my dog already had now he has 2 chips. And argue with me said I gave permission over phone. Wanted to act like there going to hold my dog as a hostage if I dont pay all of there fictitious bill. So I paid them and told them not 1 of my 3 pets will ever be back here. Earlier this week my boxer was seriously injured point of death. I had no choice but to rush him to St Francis only 1 mile from house. Got there they give pain shot and catheter said X rays. Then tell me they cant treat have to take him somewhere else. Then priced gouge me to hell and back for there no help service asked if could pay half since longterm customer and now have to go to another vetThey stated no and would not give me my dog until fully paid for there false treatment. So I had to pay didnt have time to get police involved my dogs dying. Took my dog to other vet now hes in recovery and may be able to come home tomorrow. The point is the xrays where no good they gave me a disk of to take other vet. And catheter was in incorrectly. I called to let them know and other vet called about Xrays that day to try to save me some money since I just purchased them 30 minutes prior. I asked for at least refund on xrays they rudely stated no. Do note use these people or donate please they are using the few clients they have left. I have donated thousands to this establishment in the past. Whats so bad I here its the same owner as before. But this is just my review but I have many of San Marco neighbors after hearing about this that also use to be clients there ,but no more they will be posting about there experiences why they are not going there anymore . So please keep up to date on reviews.

I liked their office and customer service much better when they were located on Mango Pl. If you needed a Rx filled you could walk in and see their office person at the counter and they would sell you the Rx promptly. Now you have to wait in line to get one filled and there is usually no one at their counter so it takes forever to get someone to provide service. I understand they are busy but they really need to improve their customer interaction. Last time I went to buy some Comfortis, after waiting at their counter for about fifteen minutes someone finally showed up and then told me to take a seat and wait my turn. It would have taken over an hour just to buy a box of flea meds. There were several people already there waiting so I just left. It was the weekend and it was walk in day so maybe their staff was limited.

We took our dog in (about 6 months ago)because he had a limp and were mandated to do so by animal services ( after my dog got out of the apartment ) . The vet literally played with my dog the whole visit and claimed at the end that my dog has a torn ACL , and that we should be prepared for the other one to tear as a result of the first one .... she was talking about thousands of dollars including bilateral surgery and physical therapy . We left that day with 2 pain meds and planned on taking him back after the meds depending on how he was doing.... within 8 weeks my dog was RUNNING again ! Playing like Normal , extra appetite and even walking on his hind legs , never would we trust this vet again

0 stars from me. Do not bring your pets there. I see some people saying they charged a $30 deposit before the appointment. Mine was $40. I had a 3:00 appointment for my dog on May 29. We arrived at 2:30 and signed in. There was a man with a poodle mix already there. Someone came in with a cat and they were seen immediately and left in 10-15 minutes. Another couple came in with a dog who was visibly hurt and couldn’t walk on one leg. We kept being told “we’re just waiting for some rooms to open up, he had 3 emergencies today.” It was 3:30 before we were even taken back to a room. We waited in the room for an hour before a nurse came in to check out our dog and then she told us, “I’ll have the doctor in here in 5 minutes.” All the while we kept seeing new people coming back that weren’t out in the waiting room when we were. It was 5:15 pm and the doctor still hadn’t came in. We picked up our dog and left. As we were walking out we saw the man with the poodle mix who was there before us STILL WAITING and so was the dog who was visibly injured. $40 to get to sit at a vet’s office for 3 hours. It’s ridiculous. I understand it’s an animal hospital but if there were so many emergencies why doesn’t someone from the office call before the appointment, refund the deposit and reschedule us?

Do not use this vet! Horrible experience after coming here for 4 years. We bring our mini doxie here, and 6 months ago we brought our GSD/husky. He was a stray, abused, etc. naturally he has anxiety. We’ve tried everything, getting help from a trainer, kongs with peanut butter, slowly working up to more time alone. Nothing worked. Finally he ended up hurting himself, so we took him to this vet (he’s very well trained when we are at home). The Dr we originally saw prescribed trazadone “as needed”. He didn’t act “drugged” on it, but he didn’t panic when we had to leave, it worked well. The Dr told us we could call back if it worked and get the medicine refilled. Well we called, they denied the refill. The “Dr needs to see you again to discuss other options”. Turns out our Dr is no longer there, and the new one doesn’t believe in prescribing medicine for anxiety. Her solution was “make an appt with a specific behavioral therapist from UF in Gainesville FL to come to our house and assess him”. I almost laughed when they gave that suggestion. Needless to say we are switching vets- we don’t want him on medicine forever, but to respond the way this vet did was laughable. In the past 4 years, we’ve gotten a different Dr. every visit and they are all over the place with their advice. It may be “affordable” but save yourself the hassle, potential to waste money, and go someplace else.

Brought our dog to a different vet who was much more friendly and it turned out he had kidney failure and could have died. Thanks St. Fran. Also boarded him a couple weeks ago for two days and while they boast on how luxurious their accommodations are, when we picked him up he was in a medium sized cage with two yipping dogs right next to him and sitting on a concrete floor. They were gracious enough to give him a cheap ass thin blanket to sleep on but no bed or anything even remotely comfortable. We also brought him in for a checkup when we first rescued him and the vet did nothing more than listen to his lungs and check his temperature...we could have done that at home.We will never be back and we live just down the road from this place. Dont take your pets here, this is my second rescued dog and this place has by far been the worst experience out of the numerous vets Ive been to.

NO STARS DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED FURRY FRIENDS HERE. No one can dispute my experience which leads me to believe they depend on ones love of their beloved furry friend to max out your charges/bill... This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been there before and had a male (I think) RUssian vet he was great. But the last time I was there I had a money hungry female vet who had the audacity to tell me AFTER AN OVER $400 bill for diagnostics NOT TREATMENT Our rates are already low my cat had an infection... you treat an infection with antibiotics but this greedy money hungry vet charged me hundreds of dollars because she is without a doubt a horrible practitioner. The staff was rude and rushed me out the door. I left my cat there for a day of treatment and I was called after 1 hour of treatment she was ready to go home. What makes me more disgusted is this greedy female vet Dr. Nygun (I think) is working under the guise of a man who purported kindness and healing above all else. Despite the over $400 bill I had to take my cat to a different vetclinic for an emergency visit on a Saturday because she was still going down hill. By the grace of God she was a devoted compassionate vet and that visit with treatment cost $100 and my cat was immediately improving after we left.
