You have a TERRIBLE driver on your staff. Cutting off school busses on the highway, cutting off normal drivers, riding too close to the car in front, changing lanes without a signal, and speeding. You should train your Jacksonville drivers better!

Strada Electric is AWESOME! They are thoughtful, courteous and always on time. It doesnt matter what the electrical service is. I have had light fixtures and a security system installed with cameras. Strada installed the wiring and all electrical components in my new-build home that I purchased in 2017. Suddenly a couple weeks ago half of my kitchen just completely stopped working, the breakers all were fine and we replaced outlets but the problem persisted. Come to find out, it was a wiring issue due to poor installation. When I called them for repairs they expressed that they wouldnt fix it unless my home were two years or newer. Im no electrician but if your work only lasts two years then maybe you should quit while youre ahead.

Strada did our electrical for our new home and was totally unresponsive after their work was done. They never once returned emails or a call for help and our home set dark without electricity due to their inaction and unprofessional level of service.

I had to call 4 times in order to get my service request handled. I worked with Thomas Carr who handled my request and once he got involved everything was great. I feel like I shouldn’t have to follow up 4 times though. It’s hard to get ahold of someone who will actually help you.

I called Strada for a warranty repair at my home. Darren Ferrell came and was very professional. He kept me informed about the ongoing work and was very professional. He made me feel comfortable and informed. Highly recommended!

The call who responded to my initial call was also great and when I said we needed immediate help, she followed through.....great service on all counts!

We needed some ceiling fans installed. We heard Del-Air Electrical was a good and reliable company. Johnathan Oxendine is the person who came out from Del-Air. He was great, on time, courteous, very professional and easy to talk to. We will always call Del-Air now. Could not have asked for a better experience.
