UPDATED REVIEW -- NEW CONSTRUCTION - Met with the representative who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was courteous and took the time to fully discuss my concerns. The first review is incorrect as I was misinformed by the GC for the Builder. In turn, the GCs ignorance, rudeness, and absolute disregard for customer care was the basis for the first review. The GC poorly represented Williams Brothers.Based on my conversations with the WILLIAMS BROTHERS electrician that came to my home, I am confident with their work, and appreciate their time to meet with me. Excellent customer care and respectful empathy in addressing all issues.

All outside outlets installed are INDOOR non-TWR without any GFIs. NO GFIs on breaker panel. NO GFIs in bathrooms. New construction hired by builder - not our choice! MAJOR SAFETY HAZARDS. Called multiple times for assistance - NO RESPONSE.NO WAY I would allow them to correct these BASIC mistakes. NO confidence in them at all.

Maybe they do great work. Well never know. We got their name thru a close friend and called for an estimate. After several phone calls we finally got an estimate. We were told one month. That was 6 weeks ago. I called several times and got excuses instead of the truth. We didnt pick the expensive route so Im sure he decided we werent worth his time. I had already suggested Williams Brothers to someone but was sure to tell them to find someone else, not worth wasting their time.

Very professional, top notch for both quality of service and customer service.
