Today I got my little guy groomed for the very first time. WagTime was able to book Leo on short notice and gave him an absolutely beautiful haircut. The groomer Allie did an exceptional job and was very friendly to Leo. Thank you guys for a great experience despite the pandemic, and I will definitely be returning soon!

Owner and workers are very friendly. A little pricey but provide good services. My little doggy, Mr. Britches, loves to attend their Christmas, Halloween and Easter parties. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.PS:Wheelchair access is not needed. Front door is level with street.

Today I went in with 2 of my dogs to get their nails trim. Theyre both difficult to trim and one has anxiety which makes it even harder. BUT everyone there is so nice and professional they got both difficult dogs done in under 10 minutes and their nails look great!! They also are SUPER CHEAP and VERY AFFORDABLE!!

They do a great job grooming my German Shepherds. My boy comes back from boarding without acting like we were apart for more than a couple hours which is a big deal, anywhere else I board him he makes a huge scene when we meet again like he had a horrible experience. Not here. He loves going here.

OMG!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! They took such great care of both of my dogs and they look great. At the end of the visit they give you a progress report and make suggestions as needed.When you drop them off they have you in a caged area and let you take the dog off the leash and prevent the dogs from getting out. Such a great idea.. I do think making it a little larger would be nice.Price was good too. Ill do a new review if we board with them.

Jack Daniels, our 12 year old Standard Poodle, absolutely loves WagTime Grooming. He becomes totally animated as soon as we turn into the driveway in Half Moon. His excitement is genuine as he cant wait to see Kim and the rest of the staff when we open the door. We are fairly newcomers to this part of North Carolina and have taken Jack to other groomers; however, no more. He always comes out looking his best and happy from the experience...you cant it a price on that!

My puppy Sweetpea is very energetic and the groomers are great with her. She always comes home with an adorable bandana :)

Ive been meaning to review this amazing business. I bring my dog every 6 weeks to be groomed and he always comes back smelling wonderful and his coat is so soft. I have never had the opportunity to board him with wagtime but have always been pleased with the service provided by everyone who works there. When we had our first appointment back after covid began they even made the point to express that theyd missed my little brat 😂. Would definitely recommend

I was so worried about getting my elderly dog groomed. He is getting close to the end of his journey and is fighting tumors and heart disease. However, he has always loved getting a spa day and we wanted him to feel handsome so we chose Wagtime for his grooming needs. When I spoke to the manager about Okie she brought the groomer Gloria out to speak to me beforehand. She took the time to assure me that my fur baby was in good hands. She did a phenomenal job on his cut and was patient with him. I could not have asked for a better experience for him!! I highly recommend Wagtime :)

My great dane, Frank, absolutely loves Wagtime. He is treated wonderfully by the staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate Frank. Great danes pose challenges for many boarding/grooming facilities, but not at Wagtime. We love you guys!

Took my dogs for 24hrs and checking in was nice and easy and good every thing was great. Went to pick them up and they had the wrong collars on( collars have tags and are labeled. One is a female and one is a male and names are obvious) the person bringing the dogs back even said she wasn’t sure that they had the right ones on. The girl one is purple and the boys is red.. the harness the girl came in was just handed to us. No talk of If they did well or had good behavior or anything. Just here you go. For $90 I expect at least to hear they did well or had a good time and at the very least have the right collars on. I’d recommend going to pawville in Jacksonville where I normally go where I get multiple pictures and an update on how the dogs did while they where there. (They even come out with the correct collars, harnesses and a cute bandana) and for $20 less a night. Maybe it was a bad day and people were ready to leave for Christmas but when it comes to dogs and what they mean to a family maybe a few minutes of care could be put into receiving of the pets to change all of that.

We absolutely love this place. My dog is always excited to go for both boarding or doggy day care. We have also taken him into get groomed. All aspects and services from here are top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved this place great with my mighty mouse and fast he was clean and happy staff was very nice and seem to have a true love for animals more then just a paycheck we will be back for sure!!! Oh and the price was even better then I thought it would be for my dog because hes a big boy!

Wagtime is awesome! If youre trying to decide between them and all the others, you can stop searching. The staff at Wagtime is very professional and friendly. The prices are great. My dog stays when we have to go out of town. She also gets a full groom there every few months. Highly recommend.

We have taken all 4 of our dogs here for grooming however, 2 of them go more often. Our 2 cocker spaniels require more upkeep than our 2 pugs. Last grooming session they were nice enough to call me and let me know they had found a second tumor on our male who is 12years of age. He was already scheduled for a removal of another tumor the following. They were very polite and nice and seemed to interact really well with our dogs. Our oldest dog is also blind and almost completely deaf. The showed the ability to be patient with him and he did fine. They even asked me to call and let them know what the out come of the tumors was. Over all it has been a great experience with them. I actually have an appointment with them tomorrow to have our dogs groomed again. Highly recommend them. Its a clean, nice, affordable and very friendly establishment.

Very friendly staff. I usually take my pets to get their nails trimmed and I never had to wait. Guess I go at good times. Had them groomed here once and it wasn’t anything special. Making an appointment was easy and the price I think was reasonable for two dogs. A nail trim here is cheaper than any other place I’ve visited in the area.

This facility is great. The staff all care about your pets and treat them as their own. Every time we go in, they recognize our puppies, and they know their names; offering personalized service that only comes from caring. I love this place!

I truly love Wagtime! Theyre very nice and accommodating. They do a fantastic job with cleaning up our wiry haired dachshund. They also do a great job with the nails for him and our English Bulldog. The nails are never jagged like they sometimes are at other places Ive taken them.

I bring my dog here quite often to get a haircut, and theyve always done a great job. He is a larger breed and requires a fancy cut to not look silly, and he leaves here looking great. Theyve just added boarding services too. Will definitely be back! I highly recommend.

I cant say enough great things about Wagtime! Two of our dogs have been regular grooming clients over the last few years and they always come out looking wonderful. Weve also utilized both their boarding and petsitting services for all three of our dogs and were always confident that they would receive the best care possible.

The ladies working at Wagtime are so nice and so gentle with all the pups that run their store. Definitely returning here for all grooming needs. Keep up the good work, everyone!

They always do a great job giving my dog a haircut.

We took our senior dog for grooming yesterday and I have to say my husband and I were very pleased with the job they did. He has arthritis in his knees and when I picked him up he was resting on an orthopedic pad. We will definitely take him back.

We love it at Wagtime. They are patient with my dogs and they always look and smell great. All 4 of my dogs go here and I will continue to take them. The staff is all so sweet and welcoming. :)

Very nice staff but my dog came home with fleas after a flea dip and coat wasnt shiny and great smelling as it should have been.I paid for oatmeal bath due to his allergic skin issues and he was itchy, scratchy ever since, way more than his usual. His nails werent trimmed properly either. Not a satisfied customer.

We love wagtime! They are equally great with our senior dog as they are with our rambunctious pups.

They do a wonderful job with our Lhasa. He struts his stuff when they groom him.

Do not take you pets here! Took my lab there to be shaved and groomed. Only to get a phone called stating he was aggressive and trying to bite the groomer. When I go pick him up he had a chunk of hair missing on his back, since they couldnt shave him and was soaking wet when its freezing outside. The groomer was extremely rude and snobby, then when I was walking out the door stated oh bring him back when he is sedated. Now my lab is acting different and staying close to me like the groomer tried to hurt him. I do not recommend this place at all.

My two sweet girls have been very well taken care of! We dropped them off a week ago today for an extended trip and I have no doubt that both of my girls have been very well taken care of!I have a yellow lab and a mixed 25lb. Special needs female (on medication and scared of loud noises).....Im here to tell you the owner is very compassionate about her facility and each and every animal in her care! This has been a very difficult experience to leave our loved ones behind while on our family vacation, but I have been at total ease during the process knowing that the owner is very caring, loving, knowledgable, and compassionate! Thank you sooooo very much Wendy! You have really been on top of your game and I appreciate everything your doing for our Big Girl lab and our special Lady Bug.See you soon,At ease & happy!!!!!!!

Very Happy with our first visit! They were able to squeeze her in on late notice! She usually goes to PetSmart, however I have been searching for a new locale due to personal beliefs regarding PetSmart practices. In contrast, I loved that I did not walk out of the business with animal hair all over my clothes, as I would at PetSmart. I have a toy poodle, who is hypoallergenic and does not shed(which works for me), because I am allergic to cats and dogs. I would leave PetSmart feeling terrible, just by dropping off and picking up my pet. Wagtime, I had no issues with my allergies, the lobby area is clean/free of hair. The receptionist is super friendly, and my pets groomer Alyshe, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Very satisfied! Ty Wagtime!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Ive been having my dog groomed at Wagtime for years. I had an appointment at 2:30pm on a friday. I pulled up in front of Wagtime at 2:30 pm and brought my dog over to the side were they ask you to allow your dog to use the bathroom before bringing them into the facility. I walked into the facility at 2:33pm and sat in the waiting area for a few minutes due to the front desk person being busy with another client. By the time she was able to help me it was 2:36pm. I was told that I was late for my appt and would have to reschedule my dogs groom. I drove 30 minutes to make this appt and was told that I had to reschedule for another time. I WILL NEVER USE WAGTIME GROOMING OR RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE!!!!
