I love Animal House. I took my 2 dogs, Mishka (white German Shepherd/ husky) and Bella (Black German Shepherd) and my parents dog, Mo ( Black, Tan, white German Shepherd/ Husky) there every week multiple times a week to socialize and to just have fun. Anytime I would leave the house they would be at the door begging to go to Day Camp. I’ve boarded them there when I went on vacation for 2 weeks. They have done hydrotherapy, had their first grooming and nail trims there. I worked there for 2 years and would still be working there today and using their services to this day if I didn’t move to Pennsylvania. I compare all animal services and jobs available in PA to Animal House and cannot find anything like it up here. You won’t find the amount of love, care, passion and professionalism that the staff at Animal House has anywhere else trust me I’ve been looking. Best animal services ever and the best place to work as an animal lover. We love and miss you Animal House!!! Please keep me in mind if you expand to Pennsylvania!!

Molly has been attending Animal House for 3 years for daycare and boarding, as well as some grooming. She’s always excited to leave the house when she knows she’s going to play. They know her by name and are always excited to see her. They offer fun holiday parties and picture days as well. We feel confident that they care for her like their own each time she goes.

We have been taking our girls to animal house for over 4 years now! They absolutely love it! They will sit at the door in the morning waiting on the bus! Their bus drivers are awesome and treat the first so well! And Lisa is an absolute life saver! I know I can count on her to make sure my girls have the best stay, she will text me with sweet reminders and just to check up on them! I just can’t say enough about how much we love and trust the animal house staff with our girls! It is a true blessing to be able to have a safe and healthy place to send our girls when we are away, or just for for them to have a fun day. They especially love their SPA days when they are pampered to the max from their amazing groomer Angie and the rest of the grooming staff! They come home looking and smelling amazing! Oh and did I mention their amazing boarding?? Our girls love the liberty lounge, it’s their home away from home! They get to watch animal planet, go on night time play dates, get bedtime stories and a special snack! Oh and talk about a blast, they love their City Strolls! They even send me pictures of their adventures! They have little birthday parties for their special day along with a treat! Not to mention the holiday parties they have, and the photos they take are amazing! This is an absolutely amazing place and we can’t thank the entire staff enough for the love and care they give Jersey and Abby!

We have been part of the Animal House family for many years. We have used all of their services, boarding, daycare and grooming and have never had any concerns. Our dogs love going there. The staff are extremely professional and treat our dogs just like their own. I highly recommend Animal House! Theyre the best in the Jacksonville area.

I can never say enough good things about Animal House. I began taking my dog Kona there when she was still a puppy after my best friend took his dog there and loved it.Kona has been going to day camp for over two years now and she loves it! Every morning she waits by the door to get in the car and head there. At the end of the day she is so happy from playing with her friends, but also exhausted and sleeps all night.The staff is incredibly friendly and as per owners themselves, they take pride in treating every animal as family. I also love the events and parties they plan around holidays (some photos below).I feel comfortable boarding her when I leave town too as they have cameras you can watch and they provide a report card showing every time they plays, goes potty and eats.If you’re looking for a place to take your animals, look no further!

We have been taking Murphy to be groomed here since we adopted him 3 years ago. He sees Nicole and due to him not doing well when in a crate they always give me a call 15 minutes before Nicole finishes for me to go back and pick him up. Nicole loves Murphy and I know Murphy loves and trusts her. When we adopted Bella I knew that I would be taking her to see Nicole at Animal House as well! We are always greeted with friendly smiles and both my pups enjoy visiting everyone. Bella is so shy and withdrawn around new folks but Nicole does so well with her. I love Animal House and my pups love Nicole!!!!

I use animal house both forBoarding and grooming, they are great for both. My little guy comesOut f grooming looking so handsome and when we board him I never have to worry. He gets lots of playtime and always makes new friends.

I like how there are people on here making claims and posting horrible reviews from a gaslighting post made from a incident. My dogs have always been loved on by the staff and treated amazingly. I cannot see what is being said by this woman happening here. They are amazing and I will continue to bring my babies here. Thank you all for being amazing!!

We have been taking our pups to Animal House for over 15 years! Our current 2, Bella & Chloe, consider Animal House their home away from home, as did our former pup, Luckie, who passed years ago. We have used all of Animal Houses’ services: Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Hydrotherapy (this helped immensely after Luckie’s ACL surgeries)… you name it, we’ve used it! Top-notch all around… these folks CARE about the dogs like they were their OWN! Our pups tails always wag like crazy when we walk in the doors… tails don’t lie! We moved to Hampstead from Jacksonville recently and we still make the drive back to Animal House frequently to take advantage of their great service! You’ll not find a sweeter, more dog-loving group of people than you will at Animal House!

Do you see this handsome boy? Hes absolutely loved on and pampered by these wonderful groomers. Amanda took care of him today and I cant thank her enough for all her hard work on this furbaby. Please go see these fantastic groomers. I will always recommend these folks. Baymax goes to play with his friends at doggy daycare at least once a week. He loves seeing his friends, human and canine. Mr. Carl and Ms. Cindy are always great when taking him around for a stroll. Our family holds Mrs. Lisa in a special place in our hearts. She makes time to check in, ask how everyone is doing and is always great to help us make arrangements for boarding in emergency situations. Their care is wonderful.

There have been several negative remarks concerning Animal House over the past few weeks. It is my understanding 2 of the occurrence were due to pre-existing health issues and nothing related to neglect or conduct of the staff at Animal House. Knowing there was one tragic event, I hope, does not diminish the reputation of the many years of high praise of all the staff at Animal house. I have been going to Animal house for 15 years. My first dog, Charlie, was called by his name after the first visit. When the staff comes to get my dog Henry, they always call him by name, which is warm feeling to my heart. My dog starts jumping and gets excited when we are close to Animal House. Pets are very intuitive of their surroundings and if he was ever mistreated, he would not react that way. I love all the employees at Animal House, which includes the grooming department. I feel like they are family. So, I hope considering we all make mistakes, please do not be so judgmental for one mistake. I feel sure no one feels any worse than each and every employee at Animal House, but I want them to know, I trust them, I love them for caring for my dog and I would recommend them to anyone.

My family has used Animal House for all of our dogs nee7thds and they love it there. (Sometimes we believe more than they like it at home). The boarding is so accommodating to our needs as the 3 dogs need to be together and this facility has a large enough space for that. The 3 dogs are also senior dogs and need thick bedding which the y allow me to bring or if I forget the nice staff ensures that they get it. One dog really enjoys day care and I take her there frequently and she is so tired when I pick her up. I just know she has had an active day. I am sure she likes it too cause she gets so darn excited when I take her there again. Grooming is just as good, my large dog can not tolerate grooming like she did as a youngster so they allow her many breaks and although it may take a bit longer and I have to pick up later, it is so worth it. I recommend Animal House for all there services.

My pup has been going to Animal House for daycare and boarding for over two years since she was 12 weeks old. They taught her to swim, socialized her, and she loves going. On her school mornings she runs circles around the living room and is super excited to go. She even once jumped out the window of my Wrangler to run to the gate (thank God we were stopped!). She and my older dog have both done day care, boarding and grooming there with no problems. I have interacted most with the people who work in the daycare and they all love the dogs. We love this place!

My 14 year old daschund and my 7 year old Yorker stayed over Labor Day. My 14 year old has only been left one other time. He loves it. My Yorkie has been boarding and grooming since a baby. My Pup Loves Animal House! We have tried other Daycares and he does well, but I feel he is most comfortable with the staff at Animal House. They are kind to him, they know who he is, I don’t have to get out of my car for drop off (that’s a big plus for me) I feel he is safe. If anything is a miss they call me about the situation. Would recommend 🐶❤️

They take the best care of our dogs, especially our 14 yr old Kara. Would definitely recommend for grooming and boarding.

I could not have asked for a better daycare for my girls to play at all day while I’m working! They get to run and romp in the pools and play areas with their friends! I’m that type of dog momma who doesn’t just let anyone watch my girls. They come home happy and very tired. They (Animal House) are the only ones I trust with my furbabies. I have been using them for the last 3 years and I have not had any issues with them taking care of my girls daily. One of my girls especially can have her moments but they work around her and still give her the love and playtime that she needs. They call me right away when one of my girls needs something. The staff at Animal House know me so much already when they see my number pop up as I call a lot just to check on them. They don’t mind that I do. I love that I can watch them on the camera all day too! Animal House is highly recommended in my book!

Our Nicky is 9 years old and has been going all his life, he comes home exhausted from playing with his friends, he loves the pool and trips to the park. Day care or over night, he always has a BLAST. If you your pet to have a great time TAKE THEM TO ANIMAL HOUSE , They are also great with grooming. THEY ALL LOVE YOUR FURRY BABIES

My baby boy Herbie loves going to animal house. He has been going to daycare for about a year now. The staff is always amazing. I LOVE IT when they come to get him and also bring him out at the end of the day and just love all over him . They all are always so excited to see my boy. I know that as lovey as he is, sometimes he can be a pain in the bum and they handle him exactly how i would at home.Lisa has always been fabulous. It shows that all the pets are like her very own children. Herbie was not at daycare and ill one day, Lisa called to make sure that he was ok.I feel Animal House is part of our extended family. I actually stopped taking him to the other daycare part time (i was splitting time) and he goes 5 days a week now. We couldnt be more happy.

I took my pups here for the 3 years we lived in Jacksonville. I had high grooming needs pups. One of my pups even had a spinal cord injury so she couldn’t jump or stand long. They always worked with her. My pups were always excited to see their groomers and get fresh! They are priced very nice! The staff is always so friendly. My dogs never went anywhere but animal house the entire time I lived in Jacksonville.

We have been taking our pup here for 10 years & he loves it each time! He loves playing and always comes home squeaky clean. I have been using Animal House for over 20 years. Many of my Fur Children have attended. My dogs are always trying to race me out the door. They are afraid Im going to leave them at home and they wont be able to go see their friends. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and treat animals as if they were their own. It has been very trying for everyone the last few years but Animal House has not skipped a beat! Thank you and many kudos to Animal House and the entire staff. Our community is lucky to have you!! My dog Blaze loves getting groomed here. The staff always shows him so much love and he is always excited to see staff when we arrive. He leaves happy and healthy. I have not had to board him in a quite awhile, but he is always so well taken care of and has play time with other dogs as well as staff. I love that I am always given a report card after he has been boarded and that the ratio of staff to dogs during play time is so good. One staff member watches three or four dogs compared to other places where one staff member watches ten to twenty dogs. As long as we are in this area we will be using Animal House.

My dog Frank is excited to leave every morning because he knows where he is going! Animal House!! He has lots of friends and lots of fun. We’ve been taking our dogs to animal house for over 10 years and you can’t beat the staff or the facilities. Love it!

I’ve been taking my 4 legged fur babies to Animal House since 2002. I’ve always had a positive experience. They know me and my pets by name. Love their customer service. During one of my many boarding experiences, my dogs kennel could not be seen in the camera so they went back and took pictures and video and emailed out to me.

Murphy has always enjoyed daycare at Animal House. Once a few years back we boarded him there while traveling. He had been dealing with some gastrointestinal issues and it got worse. They called me and could not have been more compassionate & helpful. They ended up taking him to the vet, getting medication and by the time I returned home, he was fine. They have always been more than cooperative with any need that Murph has and he gets very excited as soon as we drive on to the property! Lisa is wonderful and goes above and beyond!

Bella and Lucca love coming to Animal House for grooming and whenever we leave town. The cameras are a great way for us to peek in and watch them playing. Whenever the car door opens, they think it’s time to go to Animal House again! I wouldn’t trust anyone else caring for my pups!

Buddy and Louie love Animal House! They attend daycare and have been going almost daily since the pups were 4 mos old. The staff are phenomenal! Buddy and Louie have happy wagging tails when we pull up and the staff always have smiles when they come out to the carline. Buddy and Louie have been boarded a few times and they always have a blast. The webcams are great! You can see the doggies having a great time while playing with their friends. Prices are great and they treat us like family.

These guys know what’s up! Great staff in both locations Wilmington and Jacksonville. Love the fact they expanded because their service is impeccable. It is a true family ran business and that’s the type of service provided, they treat animals and customers as if they are just that…family. I will always board my furry rascals with this company.

Ive been using Animal Houses services for years (boarding, day-care, & grooming). My dog, Dixie, loves the day-care staff and always has a great time there. Their employees love her too. Im very happy with them.

I wasn’t going to post anything but after hearing all the stuff other people have been saying I’m going to. I took my dog to get groomed at animal house and when I picked him up I noticed his ears were cut up and bloody on both sides. I never took him back to be groomed but I thought I’d give the daycare a try. After going 2 times I noticed he started coughing intensely, my fully vaccinated dog had got kennel cough and after reading people’s stories it makes sense. Do not go here.

I have been bringing my dogs here for over 15 years to include boarding them (6) when a car hit our home and it was being repaired. All of my dogs are groomed here to included a three legged Pyrenees that we just lost to bone cancer their staff is caring and awesome. We also use their daycare for our super energetic Border Collie Pups.

Carbon has been boarded here twice now and I’ve been impressed with their service both times. He is well taken care of and gets lots of enrichment.

I LOVE this place....I moved here to NC with my English Bulldog Winston from Wisconsin in April and he absolutely loves going. We take advantage of the grooming as well as over night stays. So far everything has just been great experiences.

I have been customer of Animal House since 2013! My Yorkie-Poo Buddy loves it there!! I will like to take a moment to brag about their drive-thru service! I love it. It is so convenient! I had to get to a medical appointment with seconds to spare, had to drop Buddy off on the way, and the drive-thru saved the day!! A great time saver!! You must give it a try!

Can not leave 0 stars. I believe that my dog Gracie was harmed at this place. After getting a call that she was acting strange I thought maybe she was just nervous about being there. When we arrived shortly after the call the difference was like day and night. My pup who we left smiling and healthy in her kennel was completely unable to straighten her body and seemed stunned. We took her to the vet immediately and after multiple test they found out she had promytra still not explaining her condition fully since she seem to be having something else happening bc her behavior was nothing like they had seen. She passed away and we originally thought it was the promytra. We got further testing done because we needed to have a cause of death. After getting the results back from the lab, the results indicated that her death was caused by a traumatic event either being dropped or some type of force. Gracie was a 3 pound dog who had never been boarded in the 9 years that we had her. According to the lab results she had no other issues and the promytra hadn’t full developed. This experience was one I wouldn’t wish on anyone. If something happens to your dog view the camera footage as soon as possible bc the footage is only kept for 48hrs. I regret not acting sooner but we didn’t suspect any wrong doing until the lab report came back two months later. Now me and my husband have to accept the passing of our dog which appears to be due to being mishandled.

We use both daycare and boarding; our dog Skye loves it! Very professional and courteous staff who love what they do. Great services such as outside drop off and in-house grooming. We have provided high recommendations to both family and friends.

My dog absolutely loves going to daycare at Animal House! When he first started he was scared to be left. The staff showed him such patience that he now trots in with his tail wagging. He gets excited when he sees staff members and gives them lots of love. I cannot praise this staff enough for how much they have helped my dog gain confidence and for all the kind treatment they have shown him.

The staff was fantastic, and the care they provided was first-rate! We used their daycare service, and our dogs came home tried and happy! The staff was attentive to my individual dogs needs and personalities. It was a great experience for the dogs, and for us! This is the only place I will be going in the future when a need for daycare or boarding arises for my pets!

All my babies hair was cut off!!! I cried like a baby!!! This is not what I wanted!!!! I wasn’t even sure this was my dog when they brought her out!! I’m furious and will NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Annabel has been going to Animal House for over a year. She absolutely loves going to doggie daycare there. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they spoil Annabel rotten. I am greatly appreciative to them as I know Annabel is well taken care of which puts me at ease.

I take my two fur babies here and they absolutely love it. Not only do they ensure the animals are kept cool in the summer and warm in the winter, they also looked out for my male dog and put him in a high visibility area in case of a seizure (has had previous). Their daycare, lodging, and grooming are all so very kind to them. My two do not like baths at home but are always up for the attention at Animal House. Thank you for loving my babies like we do 🧡.PS... any recent 1 stars are mostly from those who do NOT take their animals here. Most are just hoping on the trauma train of a viral post, acting like its their own.

Do NOT bring your pets here! Your dog has a better chance dying here than most other day cares in the area, you pay extra prices for your pet to have a better stay, just for them to sit along in a concrete box all day, no water, and absolutely no attention. So little attention that when they get out, no one notices especially and a beloved pet is killed a few miles away!An awful place full of indecent, rude, people who don’t care about people or their pets.

My basset hound Annabel attends doggie daycare 3-4 times a week. She loves the staff especially Ms. Lisa and loves to greet the new puppies. The staff is very professional and love the animals. I would not think of taking her anywhere else!

Animal house is my go to for my sons ( dogs ) daycare. He is so eager to go, before we pull up he already know he’s going to have an awesome day of play. They take good care of him and he always is happy when I pick him up. Prices are reasonable and I love their grooming option. They make things easier for families especially military families who want their dogs to have a social life as well.

Animal House is and always will be my first choice when it comes to pretty much anything related to my miniature labradoodle, Harbor. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient- Even when they’re faced with a rush of customers. The groomers always do a great job and it’s obvious when watching the live cameras that the boarding staff enjoys playing with the dogs multiple times a day. The online reservation system makes scheduling a breeze and the Bark Bus is extremely convenient considering we live in Swansboro.

I used to take my dog to get groomed here. After hearing about what happened I am truly disgusted. I work at a dog day care and if they were ACTUALLY paying attention and putting the dogs first that poor dog would be alive. My heart goes out to the owner. Can’t believe they said it wasn’t their fault on top of it.

When we initially came here a year ago, we loved it. Staff were bubbly and loved seeing our dogs. However, newer staff are noticeably more aggressive and apathetic when handling the dogs. My boys always come home so thirsty it bothered me. I remember picking up my dogs from daycare and they unhooked my dogs leashes from behind the gate, assuming my dogs would just run straight into my car. One of my dogs is very reactive and I’m so thankful there were no distractions or God knows what would have happened to him. I started getting a terrible feeling after continuously dropping them off, and then the multiple stories were brought to light regarding the maltreatment/death of dogs after coming here. We’ve decided to relocate and going to places that constantly have our dogs on camera so we can see the treatment they are receiving and it has made a world of difference.

I took my two dogs to daycare while we were moving. I told them MULTIPLE times that my Great Dane had to be inside with thick bedding due to his mobility and back issues. When I came to pick them up, my dogs were in the back kennels that have concrete floors. Needless to say my Great Dane needed some heavy pain killers after we got home…

The staff was very friendly however my cat got ear mites after being boarded here for a week....immediately when I got him home I noticed the signs. I havent noticed any issues with my dog that was boarded as well..yet. So I definitely wont be back and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I could not say enough positive things about Animal House with daycare, boarding and grooming. I have been taking my Great Dane there for about a year and a half and he loves it. While I am at work he gets the exercise and social interaction needed and I can pull up the website to check on him playing throughout the day if I want to. The staff is so friendly and I love that they know him by name whenever we pull up (which is another perk... you can just pull up and drop your dog off at the drive thru which saves so much time). If there is ever any issues with him they are quick to call and let me know. My dog is like a child to me so I am very particular about where and who I leave him with. The staff at Animal House have gained not only my trust but the trust of my dog because he never seems to want to leave ha. I have also left him here in the past to be boarded overnight... the amenities they offer make the transition easy for him to adjust like he is at home...not to mention they sent me pics of him playing throughout his stay which I loved! Grooming also does an awesome job and it is convenient because they will bring him over while he is there for daycare and he is ready to go at the drive up, nice and clean after work. So if you are trying to decide where to take your pet, I highly recommend this place.

My lil one stayed there 3 nights and loved the care and attention he received. 1st time being boarded since Ive had him. I truely appreciated them.

We have a small dog that has a lot of anxiety, & I have never been able to get him professionally groomed. Naturally, I was over the moon when animal house agreed to groom him. The first time I took him they let the clippers get too hot & burned his skin. They called to tell me that they noticed a rash & I should take him to our vet. The second time he was nicked pretty bad & nothing was said to me. Lastly, I’m pretty sure they do not allow these dogs to relieve themselves ever because my dog whines every time I pick him up & rushes to the bathroom immediately. Something is not right about this place, & I will not be bringing my dog back. Shady business, and abusing dogs.

We just picked up our Miss Dotty and she seemed happy to see us but now anxious to leave. I know she will be back.

I highly recommend animal house for grooming. We take our puppy here to get groomed and they are so good with him. He loves the staff they are super helpful and friendly and our pup always comes back softer, happier and smelling better than ever. They spoil him here so much he becomes a little diva😂 for a couple of hours after.

I absolutely love Animal House Grooming!! My dogs always come home smelling and looking BEAUTIFUL! I have a Siberian Husky and a Belgian Malinois so they’re not the easiest dogs to do but it’s always amazing!! 10/10 recommend! Great pricing too :)

My doggo attended the daycare here for a long weekend. He had never been boarded before but he loved people and was friendly so I didn’t worry about him. When I picked him up, he was happy to see me but he was struggling against his leash to get out the door which was odd. I never had issues with him, he enjoyed the vet, too, and getting all the love. He was panting hard in the car and guzzler is water like I’ve never seen him do before. He was stressed for days and when we went anywhere he had to stay without me, he’d struggle to get away and hide behind me. I think this place traumatized my baby boy.

I have been using Animal House for years. They have quality people and the best facilities around. 20 years of experience and staff who really care about their animals.

Perfect place if you dont care about your pet. 3 healthy dogs have passed within the past month and this place just covers it up. Shame on you.

On their Facebook page they said they have full confidence that their groomer acted appropriately in the video footage from the dogs death. If thats the case then why did the groomer get arrested via video evidence and veterinarian report? Is that what you consider appropriate behavior from your employees? My dog went to grooming here twice. She is elder and has been in and out of groomings her whole life. Her first time going she went straight into the door. Her second time they had to almost drag her back. I thought maybe she was nervous, but after everything coming out about the strangling it has only opened my eyes to what actually went on behind those walls and that she wasn’t nervous she was scared. Don’t trust anyone with your babies and if you have suspicions or hear things definitely go with your gut.

We’ve been taking our shih-tzu to Animal House for grooming and boarding for five years. She is always excited to go and happy when we pick her up. We’ve never had a bad experience.

The employees are the most disrespectful, rude and dramatic people i’ve ever met. they think acting like children on social media is a good look for their business. would not recommend them for anyone

Has taken great care of our 100lbs German Shepard and new pup with grooming/boarding. No issues to date and always come home.e with haply pups.

My dog loves place she used to fight me to go to day care at another place but not here she cant get out of the car fast enough. And dropping her off at their both is so convenient. They do so many neat parties for the pups. And the groomers are first class as well as the salon and always professional. Its really cool if Im busy they have a bus that can pick up and bring my pup home.

They did such an amazing job with my doggie. He had just endured a 5 hours trip home the day before and it was his first time there and they took so much care with him. I would recommend them to anyone and absolutely affordable!

I was not satisfied with my dog’s grooming and another place just did it better. Staff was short with us. Just a weird atmosphere overall.

Took my dog here for daycare one day, we had never used a daycare service before- we were excited for our pup to have the time of her life. After checking the live feed religiously and not seeing our dog on the feed, we called in and asked how everything was. They told us she was afraid of the other dogs ( has never been afraid of another dog before) and was just out of camera view. After talking with a friend who worked there, she explained how all the employees know where they can stand to not be in the live cam-So clearly something happened with my dog, right off the cam. When I picked her up she was terrified, shaking, pulling/ dragging me out the door ( she never pulls) and never tried to have any interaction with the staff. My dog is an attention ho and she is obsessed with every person she sees, but she didn’t want to spend another second in that building..... I think that speaks loud enough.Wouldn’t trust um as far as I could throw um.

We have been bringing our dog here for roughly 5 months taking advantage of boarding, daycare, grooming and their Beginners Group Obedience Class. We both always have a great experience! He is always so excited to go to Animal House no matter the reason! While he was boarding they had cameras so I could check up on my little guy because we all know we miss them more than they miss us! He ALWAYS comes home exhausted from daycare and their drop off/pick up booth is such a convince for those in the military, you can come in cammies and not even have to get out of the car. The grooming services are always to my standard! The Group Obedience Class was exactly what we both needed. It wasnt just training for him but training for me on how to train him. The staff has always been helpful and polite. 10/10 recommend!👌

My pet was only their once but they were nice and showed me all around.

I took a golden retriever, dachshund, and chihuahua. They all look amazing. I gave four stars because they use a ferminator as a deshed treatment.

You couldn’t ask for better! We have taken our pup there for daycare over and over again and he always comes home ready for a nap. We have even taken advantage of the grooming services while our pup is at daycare. It is so convenient they offer both services at one place. Also, the perfume/cologne they put on the pups after grooming make your dog smell SO GOOD! The staff is excellent and truly cares about the animals. We couldn’t ask for a better “home away from home” for our pup!

Didnt think it was worth it before to post a review, but with the new stuff coming forth why not. There were multiple occasions that our dog was no where to be seen on the play cameras, all day long. The staff would always say that he had been playing in a different area with no cameras. Come to find out from someone who worked there previously, that there are no such areas, and employees were told to tell customers this when they hadnt let the dog out to play.Trash company with trash employees. Hope it closes.

We just moved to North Carolina and needed a good groomer for our pup. We are so glad we found The Animal House. The staff is very friendly and professional. The prices were also very reasonable. Trinette did a wonderful job with our puppy. Highly recommend!

All around the best pet care! The staff truly cares for and loves the animals as if they were their own. My babies enjoy staying in the premium suites, which is plenty of room for all 3 of them to stay together! The in-suite cameras allow you to check in on them at any time! 😊

If I could give zero stars I would. What a terrible place. DO NOT let them come near your sweet animals.

My dog Rambo just completed obedience class, what a difference from the first day we walked in to graduation day. Excellent instructors, Nicole and her staff are great. Rambo loved them. Very satisfied with the professionalism and attention from all the staff on the obedience class. Highly recommended.

I was in a bind today as another groomers suddenly said they couldn’t take my dog. I was already 30 min away from home. They took my dog short notice and he came back looking handsome!My dog has also done boarding & daycare and the suites are awesome. They also send you an email while your pet is there with some cute photos.I highly recommend and thanks!

Staff are wonderful, we always leave our babies with them. Have always trusted them with our animals.

They are wonderful. Only problem was my dogs got kennel cough and cost a small fortune at the vet. Otherwise the staff was very friendly.

Our Gabby stays in poolside each time we go out of town! She loves the freedom to play in the water and we enjoy seeing photos of her playing while we are away. The grooming staff also does an excellent job of keeping her nails well-trimmed! I recommend to everyone I know.

Usually have great experiences there. This last time they quoted me $50 and charged me $90 for my doodles haircut. I asked for a teddy bear cut for my Doodle and they said yeah no problem, we do that and my girlfriend had to pay $90 and they told her next time make sure you specify she is a doodle, because those cuts are more expensive well...In the end the cut was ok and it was a last minute appointment. Would certainly use them again for boarding / daycare.

Take note of how the dogs tails are tucked when they are supposedly playing with them. please people pay attention when leaving your precious cargo.

Easy drop-off with thorough questions and explanation of services and care. Pickup was equally as easy and dogs were in same health as we left them. This is the 2nd time we have kenneled our dogs here and will be back. That fact is the best recommendation I can give.

I love to take my fuzzy baby here. He gets so much love and loves all of the attention he gets from the staff Im sure.
